Download & Install

My iMac  (Late 2013, 64bit  - 3.1 GHz Intel Core i7) is running High Sierra and it seems that it cannot update to newer OS'. That's fine. However, The newest versions of the Creative Apps don't work with it and so I'm installing older versions (photoshop & aftereffects)Here is the beginning of the problem: I am trying to install after effects; I am choosing the 'other versions' dropbox, and selecting an older version. All of the buttons are not responsive. Actually, I just tried again, and even the most recent version's install button is unresponsive. What I've tried:Repairing the Creative Cloud Desktop install That's the only thing I've tried because after that everything got worse. I can't open the creative cloud anymore - when I do I find that the text and images don't load, only a graphic peach colored shape - and when I go to uninstall the app entirely I get a message about other apps depending on the cloud, so it cannot be uninstalled.Please help me fix th

Hi there,I can install creative cloud with no problem, but on startup, the wheel dont stop loading and dont appear me the login screen. This happens only in Windows 7 with all updates.In another pc, with a clean windows windows 7 install and i can login normmally.Any ideias of some update from windows which can break login on cc?

I had Lightroom 5 on my older computer and purchased it in disc form.  I bought a new computer and decided to put lightroom on it.  Well this iMac doesnt have a disc drive so I downloaded the latest version off adobes site.  I have my serial number from 2 years ago, and went to put it in and its 6 digits too short.  They are wanting a 24 digit number, while mine is only 18. I still have my receipt as well as the box and the serial numbers match up.  Also to be sure I downloaded LR 5.7.1 which is what was on my old computer, so im not sure why this isnt working.

I just bought adobe lightroom on my phone, now how can I get on my window 10  with the same subscription?     

Hi, all.Years ago I bought and installed a physical Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium student and teacher edition. I'm about to reinstall Win7 and would like to reinstall CS5.5 again as well. Can I still asquire a serial number like I did for the initial install ?

I've just reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop on my Mac (Big Sur) with my new subscription with all the apps that i just paid. (I had an account payed by my school before but it endend) so i had to create a new account. On my Adobe account on Safari it shows me that i can install every apps, but when i go on my account on the Creative Cloud Desktop app i can only install Adobe XD and 2 others free apps. I've already tried the cleaning app, to check the hosts, to uninstall or repair the app but nothing works. A friend also have the exact same problem on his mac. I'm trying to fix it for more than 3 hours now... Thank you

This is killing me! CC recently updated my apps, when I try to open Illustrator, Photoshop, ID & Acrobat they won't launch/load. It doesn't matter if I try from the icon in the Application Folder, the "open" tab in CC or the shortcut icon on my dock. NOTHING happens! I'm on a MAC running Catalina 10.15.7

Hi Folks, I'm helping a young lad across the street learn Photoshop Elements6 for a school project.  I have a Adobe plan but I cannot Find PS Elements 2018 which will work on my sytem.  Any ideas on where I can locate the download link?? Thanks in advance for any help provided

I have had to change my hard drive and now I need to reinstall premiere elements 2019.problem is, I never got a DVD with the program, and I have only got the serial number from the Adobe registration page.Where do I find the download ?

All, i am unable to download some apps from creative cloud. i have successfully manged to download Character Animator, Acrobat DC and Media Encoder however when i try and install Illustrator, it gets to 6% and then fails. Any ideas on why it is doing this, i have unistalled and reinstalled the software a couple of times to try and fix it.

I have my serial no for elements 2019 but no disk.  My computer died but hard drive is ok.  Is there any way to get 2019 program off old hard drive or I found this website that supposedly has the download for 2019.  https://adobe-photoshop-elements.en.softonic.com/Is this safe or do you know if i can pull the program off my old harddrive?It's really unfair of Adobe to not provide the download.  It's not that old!

Hello there, we have two websites, one old one new actually. we want to use the same images placed on the old website to the new website but the problem is that the images used on the old website have watermark, but we need watermark-free images for the new website. can someone suggest the best adobe software to remove the watermarks, please? thank you 🙂

I have paid for a monthly subscription for Lightroom on my new laptop (Dell Inspiron 5000).   It asks me to Download/run the Creative cloud. Downloads fine, but when launching the system error occurs: - "The code execution can not proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"-   I have reinstalled the programs though I keep having the same issue. I understand that this may not be a problem with the Adobe program but maybe my system causing this.   Any ideas? Plzzzzzzz  

I'm attempting a clean install of Creative Cloud desktop app (on Windows 10).In order to do so I've run the adobe uninstaller. It gave me the following error. I tracked down various remnants using Revo uninstaller and I've managed to get rid of all of them.EXCEPT CoreSyncCustomHook.exe It's located in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CoreSyncExtension\customhookThe folder cannot be removed because windows claims it's still 'In Use'  running somewhere.If anyone has an idea how and where this POS is running for the love of all that is holy tell me.I've scoured my taskmanager (both details and services) but cannot find anything that's copyrighted by Adobe. 

I need help finding out how to unsubscribe to creative cloud. No matter how much i search for it i just cant find it. And even tho i thought i unsubscribed to CC, it still sends me monthly payments. I need help.. i cant afford it for long terms

I had old iMac with this package, CS6 design & Web it is basic but I want use at home some time. My iMac has old system Yosemite, it is not supported, I need clean up and reboot this iMac. I just got new MacBook Pro try to copie but not able to activate. According to Adobe they do not surport any more. i am posting this if any one can help me?

Posting this question as a backlog. I have spent 4 hours (by now, time still accumulating) waiting for customer service or trying things suggested by them. Nothing works by now. I will try to be as detailed as possible as by far I don't know what is the cause. I was able to log in to Creative Cloud and download APPs last week. I downloaded PS and other apps and turned off my PC without trying to log into those individual apps. Today I tried to log in to Photoshop for the first time. I opened PS, and the login screen shows up, ask for my verification code. I entered the last code I have received. The login screen then just froze there. I waited for ~2 minutes and closed the screen. The app is also exited. I tried to open PS for the second time. This time it let me start by entering my email address. Then it asks to send me a new verification code. I enter the code. Then I saw a screen for me to type in my password. Before I have the chance to enter anything on the password scr

Can I install Lightroom CC without removing Lightroom 5? I absolutely do not want to install Lightroom CC if doing so, will remove Lightroom 5. I read that a dialogue box should open when I click Install and I should be able to uncheck removing old programs. However, when I click "Install" there is no dialogue box, installation begins immediately.

I have a subscription that has expired, I renewed it but still having problems getting info to get it started.In the meantime, I just bought a new external hard drive and I can get a free month of adobe. Is my data saved if I use the new options? For instance, in lightroom classic, I don't use cloud, will lightroom have my data?

Hello, I am new to adobe photoshop and creative cloud. I had both downloaded and installed in december 2020, and since the new year hit, i cant load and resinall the programs. The app's will not download and install. They get stuck at a loading circle trying to install them. Anybody help me with this? Thank you.
