Download & Install

I had old iMac with this package, CS6 design & Web it is basic but I want use at home some time. My iMac has old system Yosemite, it is not supported, I need clean up and reboot this iMac. I just got new MacBook Pro try to copie but not able to activate. According to Adobe they do not surport any more. i am posting this if any one can help me? 

We have Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 11 for three computers.  We just replaced one of the computers.  How do I download it to the new one?

Posting this question as a backlog. I have spent 4 hours (by now, time still accumulating) waiting for customer service or trying things suggested by them. Nothing works by now. I will try to be as detailed as possible as by far I don't know what is the cause. I was able to log in to Creative Cloud and download APPs last week. I downloaded PS and other apps and turned off my PC without trying to log into those individual apps. Today I tried to log in to Photoshop for the first time. I opened PS, and the login screen shows up, ask for my verification code. I entered the last code I have received. The login screen then just froze there. I waited for ~2 minutes and closed the screen. The app is also exited. I tried to open PS for the second time. This time it let me start by entering my email address. Then it asks to send me a new verification code. I enter the code. Then I saw a screen for me to type in my password. Before I have the chance to enter anything on the password scr

Can I install Lightroom CC without removing Lightroom 5? I absolutely do not want to install Lightroom CC if doing so, will remove Lightroom 5. I read that a dialogue box should open when I click Install and I should be able to uncheck removing old programs. However, when I click "Install" there is no dialogue box, installation begins immediately.

I have a subscription that has expired, I renewed it but still having problems getting info to get it started.In the meantime, I just bought a new external hard drive and I can get a free month of adobe. Is my data saved if I use the new options? For instance, in lightroom classic, I don't use cloud, will lightroom have my data?

Hello, I am new to adobe photoshop and creative cloud. I had both downloaded and installed in december 2020, and since the new year hit, i cant load and resinall the programs. The app's will not download and install. They get stuck at a loading circle trying to install them. Anybody help me with this? Thank you.

I recently changed plans from the all the apps to just Photoshop. At that time I owned   Design and Web Prem, Version: CS6, Platform: MacOS, Registration Date: Jun 6, 2012 Now when I try to open any of the CS6 Design Suite I get a message that I needed to renew my subscription. I tried to reenter my serial number but your system said it was already being used. I contacted you help line and was told to empty all my caches and cookies. I did that on Friday and my CS6 still won’t work.  Now adobe says I have to solve the problem because they don’t support CS6Somehow adobe has put some kind of subscription requirement a with my version and since I own it, it is very disconcerting that adobe put me in the position of solving the problem since it's an adobe issue

Can I use on both a mac and pc? Three computers total. Will be using Student Version.

HiHow can i fix the problem? Cloud update automaticly Photoshop on my win7 computer. Now its not start, by the older Version comes follow message  "api-ms-win-core-library-l1-2-0.dll is missing"  the its crash the programm. I dot want install win10 where can i find this dll?Thanks

Since I Updated to macOS BigSur I can not open new files or load old files from my cloud in any application of creatice cloud. I have already tried to fix it by reinstalling the applications or following the steps named in this entry ( https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator/illustrator-crashes-in-mac-os-11-big-sur/td-p/11595150?page=3 ), nothing seems to work out. Suddenly i cant work like that; i cant even start a new project. I added 2 screenshots. First one shows start screen photoshop, it stays like this whatever I do. Second one shows startscreen Illustrator, stays like this whatever I do. Thanks for ur help!

Bonjour, après avoir vu que les logiciels indesign, photoshop et illustrator n'aarivaient plus à s'ouvrir j'ai décidé de les désintaller pour les ré installer. Mais impossible de les ré installer depuis l'application creative ou le site.... Que faire ??? Merci pour vos réponses !

Hi,I have been disappointed with Adobe Customer Care.The help, though eventually good was initially not at all helpful. To the extent that I wasn’t sure if I was talking to a robot or a human being. I find now that I am told the font usage is not compatible with my system software, so I am paying for a service I cannot use.  I cannot upgrade my software anymore on my current mac and I cannot currently afford a new computer.I looked up my plan today and saw that I am supposed to get 100GB free storage.  So, then why have I been getting messages from  Cloud saying I need to update my storage? Why have I upgraded paying Cloud more money for storage I am told I already have> All in all it seems like customer care is very poor. I live in the country where i'm an unable to buy adobe products. So does that mean i cannot buy it from amazon or any other online shops either? I tried it on amazon but it say this.

Bought photoshop today. After I tried to download it, with and without my antivirus and firewall activated and from 2 different Wi-Fi connections, the same thing keeps happening. First, a window asking for account authentication pops up. After that, a screen pops up to confirm the download, normal stuff so far.Then immediately a chrome tab opens named 'Adobe ID' telling me I'm signed in already and that I can close the tab and continue to my installation. Not 1 minute after the same thing occurs, the Adobe ID tab. After 6 of those tabs have opened, the download crashes with the 206 error code.

I have a new PC computer I am trying to install CS3 Adobe Creative Suite on. I have the DVD Application Disc and have downloaded the program. I am wondering if I can DEACTIVATE my old computer that I had the program installed on previously. Thank you

 I am receiving the following error when trying to install Adobe InDesign.  

Please adviseI purchased photoshop elements 2020 and premiere elements 2020 in Aug 2020.My mac crashed and I need an install of photoshop elements 2020. I have my license key.Every time I try to download it refers me to upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2021.Any idea how I can just stay with my Photoshop Elements 2020 without having to upgrade?The premiere elements 2020 is working fine.thanksS
