Hi everyone,I have recently bought a new laptop which has a C and D drive. The C drive only has 50GB of storage left but the D drive has 960GB free. When I install Creative Cloud programs is it possible to install them onto the D drive to ensure I don't run out of storage?Thanks!

I've got a new computer (Windows 11) and tried to instal Creative Cloud.It would only get to about 39% then download would fail - error 202.I chatted with support who gave me an alternative download which seemed to work. It allowed me to download Lightroom  and Photoshop.But shortly after this my system informed me that Creative Cloud needed to update, so I did this (there was no way round this when opening Creative Cloud).Again, it would get to about 90% downloaded and fail again due to error 202.I'm at my wits end. I specifically bought this new computer for photography processing and can't seem to get my apps to work properly.I guess I'll have to call support when they're open tomorrow, unless someone has any suggestions.Thank you.

Hello everyone and hope all is well.As the title of this post goes, I cannot for the life of me install the Creative Cloud Installer on my new M2 Macbook Air. I migrated my data and apps from my old M1 MBA to the new M2 MBA. I tried to first repair the installer and that didn't work. Tried to uninstall and that didn't work either. I used the cleaner to get rid of any remnants of the old installer, downloaded the latest CCI from Adobe and nothing.  The error message is: You can’t open the application “Creative Cloud Installer.app” because it is not responding. I don't know what to do. If anyone knows anything, please help me. 😞 Have a great weekend. 😉

Hi, i wanted to download the Creative Cloud installer, but upon clicking on "Download Creative Cloud" nothing happened, reloading the site also didn't change anything. Clicking on "Restart download" also didn't help.

Hello, I have a problem activating the PSE13 license. Brief background: I logged out of PSE13 on my old computer and also uninstalled the program. Now I want to log into PSE13 again on my new computer but it then says the license is already in use.However, no activated devices appear in my account.Somebody here who can help?Thanks 😉

I upgraded my CC apps to the lates version, but mostly work offline with a desktop Photoshop app. I searched for Adobe in programs, but there isn't any new version photoshop there and the old version on my PC says it's been deleted. I'd really like to be able to work offline in Photoshop and Illustrator. How do I do that now?Thanks!Diane Parnell

Bonjour,Suite à un changement d'ordinateur (mon autre ordinateur a crashé et il est innacessible), j'ai voulu réinstaller le logiciel, mais celui-ci me dit que l'activation est impossible car il est déjà installé sur un autre ordinateur (sûrement celui qui a crashé mais auquel je n'ai plus accès). Sur mon compte Adobe il me dit que que je n'ai aucun appareil d'activé (!?). Comment faire pour pouvoir activer cette licence sur mon nouvel ordinateur ?...PS : En plus je ne trouve aucun moyen de contacter une personne physique du support Adobe, ce que je trouve assez incroyable.

I have a new laptop and am trying to figure out where on Adobe.com I go to download my previously purchased Lightroom 5.7 version onto my new laptop.  I can only find links to purchase a new version, a trial version or to join Cloud.  I have the product license number from my purchase.

I just signed up for the Adobe applications and downloaded the ones I used most over the years. I just want to confirm, I can only use Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver when I have access to the internet? Even though I downloaded something, I didn't actually download working software? Is that right? I don't always have access to broadband. What is the use of Photoshop, for instance, in terms of data—if I use me cell phone as a hot spot.

When I download Creative Cloud and Photoshop to my macbook and start the installation I am asked to type my password. But I can not login. I have changed the password twice just to make sure that it is correct. But same result. Can not install. I reckon it is my personal password that I shoud use? Or is there some admin password at my company that I should search for?

I'm attempting to install under the trial, but after installing CC desktop app, I continually get the "cannot connect to servers" error message. I've checked firewall settings, .host files, used the adobe cleaner and repair tool, and even created a new admin user, nothing seems to work. I kind of need it to work, so is there any kind of solution for this issue?

Is there any way to speak with a billing support representative that has a good command of the English language? 

 ive been dealing with an issue for almost 2 weeks now. I got your plan and wanted to install after effects and photoshop. Turnes out i cant because the website claims that i dont have a good enough processor to download those two apps. Im working on AMD Ryzen 5 2600 and after making some research im pretty sure i should be able to use those two apps. I searched everywhere for the answer but there isnt any helpful information about that issue. I also couldnt reach any customer service so im reaching out here as my last hope to fix the bug or at least get an answer.  

How do I delete this ???? I already used Creative Cloud Cleaner but didn't work. I want to delete the folder AdobeSync.

Hi. I've had the same 118 issue for at least a month. Today I opened Bitdefender and disabled the Firewall. After I did that both Creative Cloud updated and then Photoshop. After that I enab,ed the Firewall again. 

Hallo, ich habe auf meinem Laptop Probleme bei der Installation von PSE 2020 sowie bei der alterantiven Nutzung von PSE 2024. zu PSE2020:Die Installation bricht kurz nach dem Start von der lokalen Festplatte mit dem Hinweis "Browser" aktualiseren (vgl. ScreenShots) ab. zu PSE2024Die Installation läuft zwar durch, jedoch beim Start von PSE2024 soll ich mich mit meinem Adobe-Konto anmelden und bei diesem versuch wird auch dort "Browser aktualisieren" angezeigt. Ich nutze Win 10 22H2 auf einem I7-7700 Laptop. ScreenShots sollten anhängen. Nachdem PSE2024 auf meinem Desktop (Win10-22H2 - I9-9900KQ) ordentlich ohne Probleme läuft, gehe von einer Fehleinstellung auf meinem Laptop aus. Auf beiden läuft zusätzlich noch der Adobe-Reader. Sonst keine weitere Adobe-Software. Ich wäre über Hilfe sehr dankbar.

When I try to link my account the message back states: "Vendor notified us that your account is not eligible for this product. Please try create a new account or use another account."I really don't want to lose everything I already have by canceling then creating a new account.
