I have a Software License Certificate for Adobe Pro. I would like to re-install the software on my reimaged computer. I have things like: - certificate number- end user ID- Adobe order number- Deploy-to ID- Agreement number- WIN and MAC serial number But no redemption code. How can I re-access my Adobe Pro? Thank you!

When windows 11 was first offered as a free upgrade, I did and it was the worst experience I've ever had when it came to using Adobe Creative Apps(I use most of them regularly). All were super buggy and crashed constantly. Microsoft is hounding me to upgrade again, it's been awhile, so I am wondering if anything has changed. I read the Adobe "official" documentation, but was hoping to get someone's personal experience. I am running an AMD thread ripper, 64 gig ram and Geoforce RTX 3800. Will I be able to have a seamless upgrade transition with Adobe now?

Seit mehreren Jahren benutze ich eine gekaufte Version von Adobe Creativ Suite 6 Production Premium auf meinem Laptop. Vor einigen Tagen habe ich mir einen neuen Laptop gekauft und möchte natürlich Adobe auf diesem benutzen. Die Version auf dem alten Laptop habe ich deaktiviert und deinstalliert. Auf meinem neuen Laptop kommt nach der Installierung die Meldung, dass die Seriennummer bereits von der maximalen Anzahl von 2 Computern verwendet werde und ich innerhalb von 30 Tagen einen anderen Computer deaktivieren muss, um das Produkt verwenden zu können. Das habe ich meines Wissens nach getan und dennoch kommt diese Meldung. Der "Support Chatbot" und anschließend ein Mittarbeiter konnten mir bei dem Problem nicht helfen. Es hieß, dass der Support für das Programm eingestellt wurde und sie empfehlen mir den Kauf eines Jahres-Abbo, bei dem ich 3 Monate freien Zugang bekäme. Das ist für mich keine aktzeptable Lösung. Ich wollte gerade Photoshop auf dem Computer herunterladen und jetzt wird nach meinem "Systempasswort" gefragt, um Photoshop installieren zu können. Das Systemkennwort ist jedoch nicht das Adobe Passwort. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Having the same trouble.  Only my copy is photoshop cs3 and I'm using snow leopard, the last year for that softwares' use.  Followed all the instructions, got all the new serial numbers and all it does is a never-ending circle of "install after effects cs4 disc", then, "install photoshop cs3 disc".  It never completes the installation.   So frustrating after years of using the software I Purchased and then being denied its use because Adobe wants to put me on its monthly paid account.  Thanks a lot Adobe!

I am trying to download and install Photoshop and Lightroom. Every time I click on the download button a new page is opened with "Sorry, this page is not available Error returned 404"I am also not able to purchase the program as Error 404 pop up when I click on the purchase button.Any suggestions on how to proceed.Thanks in advance!

Edit: Apparently, logging out of the community subdomain logged me out of everything on adobe.com. Problem solved.  I just got a new job. For the past few weeks, I've been using my personal Adobe CC subscription at work, but now my employer has given me a new subscription under their account credentials.I've successfully logged out of my personal account on the CC desktop app and logged in with the corporate credentials, and I can even sign out of the support community and log in with the corporate credentials, but I cannot figure out, for the life of me, how to sign myself out of adobe.com root domain or the creativecloud.adobe.com subdomain (or the fonts.adobe.com subdomain, now that I've checked). I'm using Google chrome. There is literally no link anywhere on the site that says "sign out" or "log out." Certainly nothing in the header or footer, which is where one would expect to find such a thing, but also not under "manage your account." I've deactivated every Adobe

I downloaded illustrator 2 months ago and realized my computer was windows 8 so I couldn't install it. I waited too long before trying to cancel and it said I would be charged $70 to cancel so I kept it and bought a new computer. The new computer now also is not compatible because it has a ARM processor. I called illustrator and explained that I can't use it and the rep told me he would send me a link to tutorials which would allow me to install. I asked him specifically "even though it has an ARM processor?" He said "yes you can download"....the link he sent me just takes me to the general tutorial page and I'm so lost. When im on the page to download illustrator it says "available on this computer✅" but when I click download, the system requirements says it's not available for that processor. Can anyone tell me if this was miscommunication or can I download it?

Hi!I have a valid Photoshop 5.5 subscription. I wanted to reinstall the program on my current computer, but I reached the activation limit. 2 activations have taken place. One is on my previous machine that broke. The other is in principle on this. But I don't understand, because before I deleted the program, I deactivated the product. Maybe someone accessed it and installed it on their machine? Is it possible to deactivate the existing logins through Adobe, so to speak, to reactivate them using the serial number?Thank you in advance!

I've tried pretty much everything I've found in these forums and other places and no luck.The web version of Creative Cloud shows all of the applications.I really need to utilize Premiere ASAP for work. Hello,I have two old perpetual licenses, one for AcrobatPro DC and one for Acrobat Pro X.I tried installing Acrobat Pro DC on my PC and activate it but when I enter the license number it said not valid. Tried with different versions of DC with the same result. How can I verify what's the correct version I need to use with my license number?I also tried registering it on my account and got a message saying it was already used. I used this license in the past and stoped using it when I got a suscription through my work, but now it was cancellled and I would like to have at least an older version of Acrobat. How do I recover my old DC or X licenses? Thanks.

Olá! Adquiri um novo Mac nesta semana e fui tentar baixar a creative cloud mas o erro 206 persiste. Tentei baixar novamente por outro computador que tenho em casa e nele, deu certo. Já tentei praticamente tudo que vi nos fóruns.  Informações:- Meu firewall está desativado.- O computador veio zerado, então, não há antivirus ou outros programas sem ser os nativos.- Já testei em duas redes diferentes (e meu outro computador está na mesma rede, então não é este o problema).- Olhei as configurações de proxys e não há nada configurado.- Minha data e hora estão corretas.- Tanto a rede como o computador são pessoais.- Já rodei o Cleaner da Adobe e ele não apontou nenhum erro (0 entries fixed - e o único arquivo lá era o de hosts).- Já abri manualmente o arquivo Hosts e não havia nada relacionado a Adobe.- Já abri o KeyChain para analisar os certificados (não há nenhum iniciando com o nome "Adobe" e o Global Sign CA está ativado).- Já rodei o Limit Acess Repair Tool.- Abri a past

I have exactly the same problem. This is an endless loop. After trying for more than 10 times, I gave up and re-bought my product using a new credit card, then at the same time I received 2 emails, one said that the order was OK, the other said that the order failed. Sigh.

I am aware that I will then only have 2gb, but I was wondering what happens to my now-live website (adobe portfolio). Do I get to keep the website live? I used to use Illustrator and Acrobat Pro DC for work but now I do not need the software no longer. The button that is supposed to appear to cancel subscriptions does not appear. What can I do to cancel it? The suscription is about to renew and I do not want to be charge for something I do not need.Please. someone help me!!!!

Hoping this is an easy one. I have Adobe PSE 2022 on a PC. Bought a new Mac, treated myself to PSE 2024, and successfully downloaded the MAC OS version. [ So at that point I had 2024 on the new MAC and 2022 on the old PC.] Then I wanted to download the PC version of PSE 2024 to my old PC, but the website is only giving me the option to download the MAC OS version; there is no option (link) for download of the PC version when I go to Manage My Account window. I see the past purchases there (2022 & 2024) and a link to download 2024 MAC version (did that), but no link to download the 2024 PC version. I understood that the purchase included rights to download for both platforms for as long as 2024 was supported by Adobe.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hello, I have the "Education" license (Student and Teacher) for Creative Cloud. I wish to install the desktop verison of the Illustrator App, but this option is not even shown when I log in to the Creative Cloud desktop. Instead, I see "Illustrator (Beta)" with an option to open in a browser. I am not sure why this is, can someone help? Thanks. The same is true for other apps - Photoshop, Acrobat, etc. Are desktop versions not available with "Education" licenses?

I bought Creative Cloud today and downloaded it to my PC. After installation, a website with various icons appears (see attachm.), but I don't know how to start PS or PS Lr - I don't know what to do with this offer at all.? The downloaded Creativ Cloud keeps disappearing from the download folder and I have to install again with the same result. Thanks for the help.
