Does anyone know if the zero-day exploit affecting the popular Apache Log4j utility (CVE-2021-44228) that was announced on 12/9/2021 will affect Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Version 6.5.1.0?

I got a brand new Macbook Pro running on MacOS Monterey and I wanted to install Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for working purposes. I get an "installation failure" messsage code 403 that tells me to reseach for a new updated but I don't have any pending. Also, I don't get this message when I try to install Media Encoder or Acrobat DC for exemple. Before getting this MacBook I had a HP laptop and I was able to install every app without any issues.

J'ai un tout nouveau Macbook Pro 14" fonctionnant sur MacOS Monterey (version 12.0.1) et je voulais installer Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effect, Illustrator et InDesign à des fins de travail. Je reçois un code de message "échec de l'installation" 403 qui me dit de rechercher une nouvelle mise à jour mais je n'en ai pas en attente. Je ne reçois pas ce message lorsque j'essaie d'installer Media Encoder ou Acrobat DC par exemple. Quelqu'un sait comment je pourrais régler ce problème ?

My school gives all of its students Adobe Photoshop CC and Illustrator, but when I try to sign into my account, an error pops up reading: "Access Denied. You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator to gain access, or sign in with an Adobe ID." The sign in page recognizes my email, I think, but It always shows this message, with both softwares. I just want to know if there's a problem with my account or some error that Adobe could fix, or if I just need to ask a person working at my school about my Adobe account, like if I don't have access to Photoshop (which wouldn't make much sense, because one of my friends have been using it). Thanks 🙂

I can't seem to find anything out about the next yearly update of Adobe Reader.  There are supposed to be quarterly and yearly updates for Reader, but Adobe don't seem to be sticking to the schedule.I need the next full MSI package to come out so that I can get updates out to my office PCs, as I have never been able to get AIPs to work but I can't seem to find anything on it, even beta.

Hi there, We've been struggling with this for quite a while now. We would like to ENABLE automatic updates on user's PCs for all apps within creative cloud  (Setting = File > Preferences > Apps tab > Auto-update)(Just to note, not asking to update creative cloud desktop itself, this is already configured just fine, it's the apps within CC desktop).  There has to be a way to enable this with the ServiceConfig.xml..I've tried:Repackaging Creative Cloud with Disable Automatic Updates switched off and reinstalling it on a PCPreserving the prefs file within %AppData%\Local\Adobe\OOBE\ while it's configured as enabled and copying it backUsing the <SelfUpdate> and <SelfServiceInstalls> parameters within ServiceConfig.xml (perhaps there is a different parameter that handles that exact toggle option) Or perhaps someone knows of a way to configure this using %AppData%\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\AdobeUpdatePrefs.dat? According to many forums

Hi i have an Adobe teams account for my company and i would like to send multiple files for signature without all the documents coming back as one file. It seems like that option is not available for me because i have a tems account. Is that correct that i cannot change that setting unless i subscribe separetly to a business license of adobe sign?

I have a similar question. I have a Business and Personal profile. I would like to delete the Personal profile as it serves no purpose now. I beleive it was auto-created when I purchased access to an app, which I have cancelled. This caused as issue accessing the enterprise CC license apps attached to the Business profile. I don't want to bump into this again. Deleting the Personal profile should accomplish that. Thanks for any insights!

My team has a shared Creative Cloud library, where we're storing a number of files for everyone to access. When I created the library and shared it, everyone invited can see the files, no problem. But when someone else uploads a file to the library, only they can see it. The file seems to upload ok, I've checked with my company's IT and they say the files upload successfully, and the person who uploaded it can see it in the library with all the other files. Is there a step missing to allow the other users of the library to see it? I've checked a few times and everyone can see files I upload instantly, but it's not working the other way.

I am a maintenance team that runs several companies.After being forcibly changed to Business ID, data disappears, login becomes complicated, and whose idea is this Business ID? In addition, upon invitation, it must be accepted through an email link. This is the old way.Moreover, there are many cases where mail does not come. The change is not important, it is too uncomfortable.Most users are uncomfortable with this Business ID.If Adobe knows these issues, it should rather go back to its old Adobe ID.Let's go back to Adobe ID.

Hi, I have problem to sign in another account which is same username and password. Example I have subscription 2 different company with same username email. But I only can access one only. Anyone can help how to sync or login?

The XML in the uninstaller on the Adobe page does not contain the latest versions. I'm hoping to not have to modify them by hand. Does anyone have the latest?   Uninstall Creative Cloud products (adobe.com)

Many members on my team are running out of storage with seemingly nothing in their Creative Cloud folders. In looking around the forum it is mostly suggested you can manage things by going to the "Storage" tab. But, I don't have that tab. I am the Admin for our Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. 

Hello, our organisation has approx 200 users that use licensed applications from adobe cloud. I'd like to know if there is a model with Adobe cloud where SaaS applications that have a downloadable client software are available to the licensed user without requiring us to create package every time and deploying that package to user devices? I believe there are methods that rights can be elevated in the background to white list apps and locations to allow installation which are invisible to the end user.

I am in a DevOps group who maintains a machine for a Visual Design team at our company.  I would like to codify creation of this machine.  I need a way to programmatically install Adobe Creative Cloud to do this.  Does anyone know of a document that explains how to do this?

Adobe is only reading my personal profile, not my business profile which has access to Acrobat DC. So now l cant use all of the features that l'm paying for, How do l get my computer to read my business account?

It looks like the 23.0 release of Photoshop for Mac has roughly doubled in size and is now over 5GB.This is a problem for us as we want to use a deployment system that has a 5GB limit.After unzipping the package files for both Windows and Apple Mac, I noticed that the Windows package is nearly half the size.After drilling down through each unzipped package I noticed that the Apple Mac Photoshop installer has two 'Core' zip files. One called 'AdobePhotoshop23-Core.zip' (1.7GB) and the other called 'AdobePhotoshop23-Core_stripped.zip' (1.5GB) is it maybe that the 'AdobePhotoshop23-Core_stripped.zip' version should have been removed by Adobe before being uploaded to the packaging server? Seems strange that a program would double in size in such a short time.

Hi all, I have personally paid for an Acrobat Pro account for work but we recently got a series of Team plans. I transferred my data over and cancelled the payment on my personal profile. When I log into my Team profile, I am unable to request signatures and get the "Authentican failed" notification.  I also noticed that my file history does not seem to have transferred, and I worry this may be related. The Team profile should have the exact same utilities as my personal profile. Is there another step I need to take with my Team profile?
