When I try to download Illustrator (which is included in my student subscription), Adobe keeps saying my computer's processor is ARM-based. But after verifying, my system is Intel-based which the page said Illustrator is supported by. Help?
Hello I am trying to download Adobe Illustrator for my little sister for her schoolwork. When I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud I could not find the download option in the application. I was able to find a download option on the adobe website that started the process via Adobe Creative Cloud but all I got was the attached error message saying Illustrator is not available for my device. I tried using the "Get Help" link but that just sent me to a page about support for ARM processor archetypes - which the machine I am using is not. I looked up the system requirements for Illustrator and my machine supports OpenGL v4.6, has sufficient RAM and memory, runs on Windows 10 V20H2, has a 1920x1080 display, and has an Intel i7-1065G7 that supports SSE 4.2. I attempted creating a fresh user and reinstalling Creative Cloud and that did not work either. Is there something else that I can try? My sister told me that they use Macs and Chromebooks at school. Could it be that the license her school pr
Hello, can someone point me to documents on how to plan the migration and what we happens with current users etc? Thanks.
I've been having tons of trouble with syncing lately, and just today I deleted all the coresyn .db files, and finally it seems things are syncing again. However, I now have these huge files within the application support folder in the library user system folder (I'm on a mac). In both the Coresync folder and the XD folder within the application support, the files in the DCX folders are taking up a ton of space. What are these? Do I need them? /Users/*****/Library/Application Support/Adobe.XD/com.adobe.dcx folder is 1.3GB/Users/*****/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/DCX folder is 13.86GB My internal drive is only 250GB, so storage is at a premium. What are these log and database files taking up so much space and what can I do to fix this?
Hey everyone We recently migrated from an acrobat team account to acrobat enterprise account. We have been assigend an account maanger/success manager and when we tried ot add additional licenses in our admin portal, it says to place an order with your account manger. So I've contacted the account manager and I got no response. Is there any other way I can place an order to add a license in our Adobe Enterprise admin portal? This is funny right? We have to chase someone at Adobe to place an order in order to add a license in our Adobe Acrobat Enterprise account.
It appears that our former IT company setup an admin account that manages our Adobe users. Hi there,During my time at university I used an Adobe Enterprise account, which I believe is expiring soon as I have recently graduated. I would like to switch to a personal account- am I able to do this while keeping my Adobe ID, files and downloaded fonts etc? Or do I need to cancel my account and open a new one?
Hi, My portal doesn't say the package needs updating but when I deploy the package it says there is an update.I have updates turned off for non admins but this update can be ran by standard users? ( rest is locked down as expected ) This is bizarre behaviour given when i load the app it's # matches what the update is afterwards?
I have been having the same problems trying to get an agent to talk to me. I can't believe this customer service, being a UX designer using Adobe tools this pretty ironic. My team have lost access to our CC libraries which I discussed on the chat line to an agent. Then we were promised a call from one of their team between 24-48 hours...it never happened!!!I first made contact nearly a week ago, and just sitting here twiddling my thumbs waiting for someone to get back to me this is ridiculous. This has disrupted our team which I did emphasise to the chat agent. Could Adobe please explain why this is happening and will I receive a call???

Has anyone else gone round the houses with renewal pricing? I don't get it - Why would I renew my subscription for £70 / user / month - when a new subscription is £59 / user / month? There's a joke here in the UK about things being for new customers only.........
Hola Estamos en proceso de compra de un Equipo MAC con procesador M1. Nos gustaria conocer la experiencia con los Programas ofrecidos en este tipo de equipos. Gracias
Hi,We are a small business and we have subscribed to the InDesign product via Adobe Cloud. I would like to terminate the subscription but :- I dont find any clear termination button on the Admin Console interface (only add licences, add users, etc.). We are supposed to be in the period where we are allowed to terminate the subscription (until 3rd of December).- No contact is given to the support to help (We are located in France and the given French tel number is false!) What is this scam ? Anyone to help me ? Thank you very much.Best,Chris

The Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition is a configuration application designed to package Creative Suite applications as MSI on Windows and PKG for Mac for silent deployment to multiple end user machines. Featuring an easy-to-use interface, it allows IT specialists to automatically enter and validate volume serial numbers over the internet prior to installation, choose which applications are installed, disable automatic updates, and turn off manual registration.Learn More
Hi, Background : We use Creative Cloud Packager 1.9.2 to create installers. All packages we create, have "Adobe Update Manager is Disabled (IT manages update distribution)" setting checked. We use SCCM2012 to distribute the software. 90% of our users don't have local admin rights on their machines. We used "Named Licenses" in most packages. File described here Disable auto-updates | Application Manager | IT administrators is present on each machine. The problem : All Creative Cloud packages we create have Creative Cloud Desktop application, to manage all applications and some services... that's all fine. The problem is that when CC Desktop application has an update it ignores all the known auto update disabling methods I could find. When an update is available our users are unable to use the application at all. They run it, home screen says "Update Available" and only two options are to quit or install (they can't - no admin rights). So the only option is to quit
Hi. I no longer have access to my personal Adobe account that I had whilst I was a student and now cannot access it since I'd have to also log in to the University portal. Issue is, I can't log in to that since I'm no longer a student, and so cannot log in to change my email address to what is registered (or should be registered) as my secondary email. Not quite sure what to do here. Any help would be amazing. Account is under the email [Email removed], and secondary email should be [Email removed]. Please help!
I'm getting a similar error.AUSST can no longer download CCM patches (the Acrobat ones seem to still be working)Looking in the Error logs, it's gettong Server 500 error's from the ccmdls.adobe.com siteIf i try one of the downloads manually I get Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/AUDTBETA/22.1.1.1/win64/1aa8e746-f6fe-40a3-bcb0-2cdd130f6a05/AdobeAuditionBeta13All.zip" on this server. My IT department gets very protective about cloud platforms. When we first signed up for Adobe Cloud, the only way we were able to get them to license us was for all of our design team to sign a waiver that we would only use the software, we wouldn't use any cloud aspects of the system. Since signing up 7+ years ago, we have moved a lot of our systems to the cloud, and we recently rolled out a new brand and are seeking a release of the block they have on us for the cloud aspects of our account. IT claims that we do not have admin for the cloud aspects of our account, but I believe that to be incorrect. Everything I have researched online shows that there is an admin console and even admin user roles which allow levels of control over the content on the cloud. (They are essentially saying that if someone were to leave the company, we would lose access to what they had stored on their account on the cloud.) Opening up cloud collaboration would make it 1000 times easier to colla
My organization has Creative Cloud which is installed on my computer. I've had Photoshop through this for some time now.I started having some weird issues yesterday with the program and after some research online decided it would be best to uninstall and reinstall it.I want to state that I DID check and Photoshop is still listed as an available app for our organization. Every time I try to install Photoshop specifically, however, it says that "Photoshop is not yet available for your device" which makes no sense at all because it was just installed on my device up until yesterday. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
My CC account includes Photoshop for downloading (attacthed photo)But there isn't Photoshop installer in my account in Creative Cloud program (attached photo)I downloaded Photoshop installer from the web site, but when I'm trying to open it, I have such message (attached photo)What should I do? what is the problem?
Over the last week, I've noticed that when I add new users via the admin console and assign them a license, they're not receiving any email to join the team. They do however immediately receive the email about the product they've been assigned. What this has led to is the user trying to install the product, but being prompted to complete their profile for a personal account. When they finish doing that and Adobe CC opens, they see try/buy buttons for their product, instead of the option to install. I've checked our mail server logs - the welcome emails are never hitting Office 365. Either something is broken on the back end or provisioning a business user is taking much longer than normal. How are we supposed to get users to create a business profile if they never receive that welcome email?
Hi, I have created a managed package for Adobe Acrobat Pro and for example turned off self install updates. I downloaded the file, extracted it and ran setup.exe and that customization seemed to work as in the help menu there is no update choice! That is my first question, is that a valid test to show customization worked? My most important question is, I wanted to go one step further and using the Adobe customization wizard to see what other modifications can be done? Is this even possible? Is this recommended? I assume no. My testing comes results come up with anwer is No. Extracted the zip file. I went to edit the first adobe MSI package when drilling down into the extracted zip folder (Acrobat DC v1) and wizard returned error. ( this is where the setup.exe file is also located ) I then drilled down deeper into the folder structure where I found the acropro.msi and mst file. I tried to open that and w
