So I was using the CC desktop app and Photoshop for about a week when all of a sudden I try to open CC and it gets stuck in a sign-in prompt loop. I've tried everything I've seen online. I've uninstalled everything using the cc cleaner tool, manually deleted all adobe files, tried every option on adobe's official "sign-in loop solution" and nothing has worked. I must've corrupted some app data files at some point but I don't understand how a completely fresh install wouldn't work. Thanks in advance for any help, I'd appreicate it a lot. Also, I have a windows 10 machine.

Thanks for any insight/clarification on this
I have an enterprise subscription from my university. I have photoshop installed in my personal laptop and I don't save my projects in the cloud. Is my university able to view the content I create in photoshop?
We currently have a number of machines that cannot touch the network (must be offline standalone at all times). We need Acrobat Pro on them to permit users to edit PDFs on those machines. We have tried Pro 2020 twice and Pro 2017 once. 2017 was the only one that allowed us to go through the steps to perform the "request code" steps. We generated a response code from an online machine and input it into the activation on the offline machine. This worked temporarily. However, when we put the drive back into the same machine it brought up the activation window once again. We could really use a solution to be able to install and activate Acrobat Pro on a machine that cannot go online. We have machines that can go online for something like the request/response code steps if it would actually work. I know there are agencies out there that have machines that can never touch the network that utilize PDF editing software like Acrobat and would love to know how they're doing it. Thanks for a
Every night around 11:35 eastern, creative cloud effectively locks up my PC, making everything unresponsive for approximately a minute. I noticed that right after this behavior I was seeing a toast notification that CC found no updates, so I turned off update checking as well as font sync, but the issue persists. The only solution I've found is to completely kill all CC processes and start it back up when I need to use illustrator or photoshop, but that's not ideal.Specs are not an issue (Ryzen 9 3900X, 32 gb of RAM, RTX 2080 gpu) so I'm not really sure what's causing the trouble. This is on Windows 10. Nothing else behaves this way OTHER than CC, and illustrator/photoshop themselves have no issues. It's just the nightly system lock-up behavior.
I purchased a plan after my free trial ran out to use for my class assignments and received the confirmation email. Everything was working fine until my desktop crashed and I had to fresh install Windows 10; I reinstalled Adobe CC but my account no longer shows that I have an active plan and can't contact support as it says I have to reach out to an administrator with my college. I did this, and they said it's not something they have control over. Any suggestions?
The above explains the process of 'Directory Trusting' Create Directory To use Enterprise IDs or Federated IDs, start by creating a directory to which you can link one or more domains. Sign in to the Admin Console and navigate to Settings > Identity. Navigate to the Directories tab, click Create Directory. In the Create a Directory screen, enter a name for the directory Directory trusting The ownership of a domain can only be claimed by a single organization. Directory trusting allows a directory owner to trust other system admins (trustees). After this, trustee organizations in the Admin Console can add users to any domain within the trusted directory. To summarize. If you plan to use Enterprise or Federated ID on your Admin Console, you must add the domain associated with your organization. If this domain was previously added by another organization, you have to request access to the directory con

Good Day, A few months ago I contacted your customer services to assist us in reducing the number of licenses we have because our company was badly affected by COVID-19. We have still not returned to our offices. Your team had offered me 3 free months. Prior to confirming I had asked him if we would still be able to adjust the licenses during the renewal period (which was July 2020) and his words were yes you can still adjust it during your renewal period, there will be no committment and the contract stays the same. I discussed this with my managers and they agreed so I agreed. Today I logged on to the console (24 July) to amend and it now says the renewal period has moved to July 2021. So we have no received our renewal period for 2020. I am being passed backwards and forwards between your agents none of whom are being very helpful. They are saying that I can renew next month, the admin console is saying something else and the agent who assured me everything would stay

I have been working with Adobe support for over a month now and I also contacted Dell support since it was occurring on a new Latitude 5500 laptop Win 10 Pro that I purchased. I installed Creative Cloud and Acrobat Pro on it and from that point I keep seeing this message every time I logout and back in or restart the computer. There are three profiles on the laptop and each one sees the message. Dell has no idea what would be causing it and Adobe response to my log submission was that it looked like an add-on was trying to install. I followed their instructions and went to my account on the website and it showed I had NO add-ons affiliated with my login. It's not causing an issue on the machine other than it being incredibly annoying to see this message consistently after login but no sign of it in Event Viewer, no sign in Task Manager Startup, nothing. I am almost to the point of wiping it and starting the whole process over, but that is a lot of ti
Got a user who had set up a personal CC account using her work email before finding out she could get it thru the university. However, when she tried to switch to the university license, it stayed with her personal one. Trying to be helpful, she deactivated her personal account. Now when she goes to log in, she gets a message that her account is deactivated. I've removed her account from the Creative Cloud console and added her back in, but it's still locked on her deactivated account. Suggestions?
Is there a way to figure out the last time a user logged into the application to access or if they have the latest version using Admin Console?
I am having the following problem: my Adobe account was created in 2019 when the company I was working for was named Arconic. I created my Adobe account with the @Arconic.com email address. In 2020 the company split in half and I am now working for the half of the company that was re-named to Howmet Aerospace. I was given a new email address that ends in @Howmet.com and was taken away access to the old @Arconic.com email address. I proceeded to change the email address associated with my Adobe account from @Arconic.com to @Howmet.com but it appears that my Adobe account is still associated with the old @Arconic.com email address. When I try to create a new account with my @Howmet address - the Adobe system tells me that that email is already in use. My network adimistrator tried to sort things out and was apparently unsuccessful hence my Photoshop and Illustrator licenses ran out today. Is there any way you could possible help me with this problem.
Seeing as though it's ridiculous to actually speak to a representative about this, I'll put it up on here with the hopes someone may be able to help. I currently have a full subscription to all Creative Cloud Products paying $76.99/mo. I've just been emailed saying its not 24% off, so how do I change to this plan??? Or do I now need to cancel my current plan and purchase this one (which seems ridiculous)? Brendan
