Hello, I had recently incorporated my business and am in the early stages, I was wondering if there were any work done as a service from my company, is there a separate business/enterprise license I must use, separate from the license I am using personally? If so, what is the pricing?I would appreciate a speedy response, thanks so much. All the Best, Jessica
You asked, we listened. With the latest updates to Shared Device Licensing, that shipped in October 2019, we’ve included some goodies. These updates are available to your users right away and reduce admin overheads associated with installing apps and updates. For more details, see What’s New in Shared Device Licenses. Now, when lab users sign in on a device activated with shared device licenses, a prominent banner is displayed, which indicates a shared device. To allow lab users to update and install apps, you can now include the Creative Cloud Desktop app in your initial SDL deployment packages. To create a shared device license package, log in to the Admin Console, navigate to the Packages > Packages, and click Create a Package. For more details on how to create shared device license packages, see Create Shared Device Licensing packages. The person that was setup as our Adobe Sign Admin has left he company, how do we go about changing who has Admin rights?
Continuously getting pop up error message while opening any adobe cc package. We are using win 7 operating system. Please help as this is very irritating.
Is there any email contact we can talk about this? I work for a company with more than 5000 users and need urgently to add Adobe Sign into Okta for security reasons. Any help?
The entire teaching staff that uses CC here is asking why we don't have the latest CC apps. I keep telling them that Adobe is dragging its feet about updating Packager and the device license scenario, and I'm not getting any answers about when CC 2019 versions will be available for our over 500 students and instructional staff.Hello?
Attempting to install the application via MSI was quitting immediately when ran silently. I removed the silent flag to see that the installer was complaining about not detecting VC++ 2013 x64 on my machine.I checked and I have the latest version installed already (12.0.40660). I've attempted to uninstall/reinstall the VC++ 2013 x64 package as well as run the repair portion, but Acrobat still cannot detect it.Any thoughts?
Anyone see this error before and how to resolve ? I have tried various browsers, have tried clearing cache . Im trying to get some details on my companies Acrobat Site ETLA licenses (serial numbers etc) "Your Computer Seems to be offline. Please check your internet and try again". The url i use is licensing.adobe.com Thanks
Merci,Anouk
Yesterday I was using Photoshop and I've encountered no problems. Today I noticed that I had to update the Creative Cloud app so I did, after doing so I'm not able to use any of the provided software anymore. After looking at my Adobe profile online it says that I currently don't have any running licenses. I'm pretty sure the license (which I bought February) is valid for one year. I still got my email of purchase. Has anyone encountered the same problem? Can anyone help me?
Hi there,I'm a licensing specialist and I wondered to know if with a license bought under a TLP program of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI , I can cover an installation of a lower version of Adobe Acrobat Standard EditionThanks a lot for the support
I have installed the Acrobat Customization Wizard:CustWiz1900820071_en_US_DC.exe I have downloaded the Adobe reader DC 2019 version MSI:AcroRdrDC1902120047_en_US.exe I then used the customization wizard to use the MSI to generate a .MST to customize the installation, and then attempted an install using the files, however it installs Reader 2015 and not the latest version. Any ideas where I'm going wrong?
We recently deployed our Adobe Creative Cloud installation packages to our new Mac lab. The instructions to get our student accounts ready are to go to the CC login page, have the student click the 'Forgot Password' option which should generate an email instructing the student on how to recover their account - which actually starts their subscription. Many students have done this successfully. However, an equal number have not received this email. It's not in the Spam or Trash boxes. I've looked on Adobe's website and haven't found much help at all. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.
Hi Not that I am complaining, just curious why my collegues are logging into the Creative Cloud Desktop app and the latest update they get is 4.9 but if I log into the same computer with my account it updates to version 5 with a new interface We are trying to see if I part of a beta program or pre-release scheme or something? Weve tested this on about 3 computers and they all update for me when I log in but not other accounts I use the same enterprise account as my colleagues When I click "see full release notes" There is no version 5 listed there or not even available to download from your website or creative cloud packager tool So its like this is an unofficial release or a version that is not offically released to everyone yet
Hi, on my client's corporate network, my CC app is kicks me out of being logged in for periods as short as 5 minutes. If I'm lucky, it stays logged in for an hour or two. This is incredibly frustrating as Adobe XD ONLY works when the app is logged in and one of my brands has recently chosen new brand fonts, which are Adobe Fonts, and this also requires the app to stay logged in. Does anybody have any recommendations on what to do? Are there certain things that need to be done on the IT side of things so that this app keeps its connection? I'm a noob when it comes to IT/network/security. Thank you!
Do we have any helpx or document which states that i cannot add more than 5 user at a time in cc team subscriptions for monthly billing.
No worries. It was an issue on our end.
Good Morning, I am having difficulty fixing an issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC where it closes shortly after opening after reporting it has been restricted by GPO. I have added every associated EXE I can find to the permitted list for restricted users and made sure none are listed under not permitted. I have also double checked GPO settings in general, not seeing any obvious restriction to finesse a bit further. Event Viewer is not yielding any useful information. Per Microsoft, I am trying to download the License Repair Tool: https://files.acrobat.com/a/preview/ea718d3b-1c4c-47fa-95f2-1f3df88d46a1 It appears to be unavailable. I am trying to resolve this matter as expediently as possible and would appreciate your assistance. Thank You.
We currently use the serial number based licensing from our ETLA desktop contract. We still pack our Creative Cloud installation packages with the Creative Cloud Packager offline tool and version CC2018 because we can not yet implement user-based licensing in our organization.Recently, we are seeing the problem that the Acrobat DC (19.0) will not be installed when we run an installation package created with the Creative Cloud Packager. This applies to both the CC Complete package, as well as a single package in which only the Acrobat is included. There is no error message. The Acrobat is missing after the installation on the target system.???
Check out this very interesting and informative Spark page regarding Named User Licensing Survival Kit. It covers the following topics: Adobe Licensing Model Primer What is 'Named User Licensing'? Another question on VDI/SSO/Activation etc. Non-persistent Citrix VAD\XenApp environment. Windows 2016. AcrobatDC latest version 2019. Roaming profiles (FSLogix). Forty servers in a delivery group (pool). Users randomly assigned a session on any one of the forty servers at logon. We have Adobe Federated IDs configured (named user licenses) using on-prem ADFS. All working. So to clarify what our expectations should be of the user experience (and align it with reality). When a user opens AcrobatDC for the first time, they are prompted to sign in. They need to click the EnterpriseID link on the sign-in page, and then on the Enterprise sign-in page they enter their corp email address - at which point they do the ADFS redirect and are signed in to Acrobat without having to enter their password. Activation\license details are stored in the user profile at Appdata\Roaming\Adobe and are roamed. The next day the user happen
We have a serialized deployment of Acrobat Pro DC 19.012.20040.17853 that is demanding sign-in with an Adobe account every time a file is opened. Upon opening, the user sees a dialog that says "Sign In. Your Adobe ID provides an easy way to access your membership, the Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe.com community." Our users don't have Adobe IDs and we don't want to issue them (we're a government agency, it has to go through security review). We're tired of constantly dismissing this dialog. We don't want to re-deploy, either. (The deployment has already been reviewed by security team.) I tried setting registry key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown] "bSuppressSignOut"=dword:00000001 but it does not make a difference. How can we stop this prompt from appearing?

Nice one. Couldnt answer my question so he just left the conversation...
I'm with a large radio company. Like most large companies, all of our machines are connected to a domain. My facility has 15 different studios, and users can go to any of them and log in. The issue is my users are each, individually having to log in to Creative Cloud the first time they log on to a machine in a particular studio before they can use Audition. This basically requires us to share the login credentials for each workstation with EVERYONE in our facility, which is problematic. There's nothing that stops them from taking the credentials home and using them there for example. We've tried reaching out to support on several occasions, and the people we've spoken with acted like they had never heard of a Windows domain before.Any insight into how we can get around this would be greatly appreciated. We're fans of Audition, but have been considering going to a buyout solution like Magix Vegas to end the authentication hassles.
