Hi there, I am part of a small business of 2 people and we are planning to subscribe to Adobe CC for businesses. I was just wondering how many users I can have under this plan, or will I need to get 2 business accounts for 2 different people? Thanks!
I work off a laptop with limited storage (500gb). We have a 1TB creative cloud sync plan. So I want to sync files to a HDD that is constantly plugged in. I changed the destination folder of Creative Cloud Files in the preferences area and all files moved fine. But I've had a syncing issue since. Today Toshimanu from Adobe support advised me that 'Syncing files through external drive is not possible' (even though they could not provide a web page stating this) So, time to look at alternatives. I was looking to see if anyone else used Google Drive / One Drive or Dropbox for management and sharing of creative files (namely AI, PS, PP, AE). Any benefits or limitations?
I tried using the Cleanup Tool, but get this left over: No entries in Program Files anymore. I had initially tried uninstalling using https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html I used this command: AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe ‐‐removeAll= CREATIVECLOUDCS6PRODUCTS That completes almost immediately and nothing happens other than removing the Creative Cloud icon. Then I ran AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe --createCleanup= I got the XML file and ran the tool and that's how I ended up with the picture above and no entry in Add/Remove. Next steps? I plan on imaging these machines just to clean up the mess left behind, but really Adobe? Why doesn't the cleanup tool actually clean anything?
Historically, Adobe issued serial numbers with our apps (i.e. Creative Suite, Creative Cloud for enterprise, Acrobat XI, Acrobat DC) to customers on Enterprise Term License Agreements (ETLAs). These serial numbers do have an expiration date. Once the expiration date has passed, the product will no longer work so it is important to plan your migration before your serial numbers expire. Ensure your end users have continued access to their Adobe apps and services.

I made two orders for products of CC at different suppliers. The first supplier registered the order with the name of my organization in English. The second supplier registered the order with the name in Russian. Now I have two organizations in AdminsConsole . How can they be united in one?
How can I reach the Community board for Adobe Experince Manager (AEM)?
My school uses Enterprise IDs and apparently that means we aren't able to access any fonts other than the standard options. Anyone know why? I'm so confused. I have students who are designing materials on Indesign but limited to the basic fonts which are...basic 🙂 Help.
I have Adobe Creative Cloud for Education using Named licensing. How would I go about installing Photoshop on a VDI (such as Amazon Appstream) for students to use and properly handle the signing in/out of creative cloud?Installing the software is easy enough, but I'm not sure how to deal with the fact that it would have them on different machines every time they log in.
Where are the Adobe CC font files locally stored on mac? How can I find it? I am using Adobe CC products only for the font. But I can't find it on local. https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/Where-are-the-Adobe-CC-font-files-locally-stored-on-mac/td-p/10623386
Please provide an interface similar to the one provided to non-enterprise customers which displays the computers that the user account is currently logged into in Creative Cloud and provides a user interface to remove the license from that computer.
You can use the Adobe Licensing command-line utility to deactivate the SDL license. For more information, see Enterprise Help | Recover shared device licenses. Once deactivated, users can sign in using their school provided ID. In the Admin Console, you'll need to ensure that the user has been added to the appropriate Product Profiles. To know more about licensing please see: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/licensing.html
If you are the administrator of your team, assigning seats is one of your primary tasks. A user occupies a single seat of your Team subscription. Assigning a seat, entitles the user with access to Adobe's Creative Cloud apps and services. In the Admin Console, you assign a seat by adding the user to a product. To learn more, visit Assign a seat to Teams user.

Does anyone know how to create a segment by Canadian provinces so I can filter for activity from those provinces much like what is already supported for US states?
The Azure AD Connector syncs all the Federated ID users including the ones which already have an Adobe ID. Any users with an existing Adobe ID will have both Adobe ID and Federated ID in the Adobe Admin Console till the Adobe ID accounts and are migrated to a respective Federated ID account. The system administrator needs to migrate these users with Adobe ID to Federated ID accounts. To ensure a single account exists for each user after migration, the admin needs to match the following details while filling the CSV:Match Username and Email fields with Username (UserPrincipalName) fields in Azure AD.Match FirstName and LastName with the corresponding fields in Azure AD. When the users try to sign in with the new Federated ID, they are prompted with an option to automatically migrate cloud-stored assets to the new account. To know more about the Azure AD Connector and sync, see Set up
We came accross this issue on our Windows 10 machines with student logins (non-admin rights and limited access to local drive).I've found this solution on Redit posted by Wicket01.I thought post it here as Adobe seems to be ignorant about this issue. The command is as follows:icacls "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\IPCBox\AdobeIPCBroker.exe" /setintegritylevel medium
You spoke; we listened! We’ve made a small, yet important experience update for our Shared Device License customers. The “annoying” Account Confirmation that popped up every 90 minutes is now gone. The “Account Confirmation” dialog had two issues. It would pop-up for every Adobe app separately, and background tasks such as rendering in Premiere Pro and Media Encoder would stop and didn’t continue automatically. Now, enjoy working on your Adobe apps, uninterrupted. Again, we want to thank you for your candid feedback. Keep the suggestions coming!
Thanks to your feedback, Adobe has improved the “Continue with Google” sign-in experience. Google Enterprise and education customers (teachers and students) can now click on the "Continue with Google" button on the Adobe sign-in/sign-up screen and be signed into their Adobe enterprise account or school/district education account. If a user is signed into their Adobe account via Google in another tab and clicks on “Continue with Google,” the user will not need to sign in again and will be routed to their Adobe enterprise or education account. This login experience is consistent across all Creative Cloud apps, including Adobe Spark. Learn how to sign in to your company or school account.
When I attempt to create or convert a PDF in Acrobat DC I get the error "Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat DC license has either expired or not been activated." This occurs even though Acrobat has been installed via a Customization Wizard produced package which should take care of the activation and the license is far from expired. What could be causing the issue?
I received this email today and I would like help in identifing if this is a legitimate email? Thanl you! Name of Adobe employee: Siddharth V The email it was sent from is: [redacted]@adobe.com
