In September of 2017, we had 5 artists working for us, and we had 5 licenses for Creative Cloud for Teams.By January of 2018, we only have 2 of those artists still working for us, yet we still have to pay for all 5 licenses for an additional 9 months of licensing because of the annual contract, which is the only way you can get Creative Cloud for Teams. That's literally thousands of dollars lost. Adobe has been absolutely useless is helping us resolve this. Tough luck is their opinion. "Oh, but you can feel free to assign those licenses to anyone in your company!" is what they say. Sure, my Accounting team really needs Photoshop and After Effects installed to get their jobs done.To further salt the wound, when our CC subscription rolled over in September, at no point did we specifically sign up for another year. It just auto enrolled us for another year. I'm pretty confident that unless I cancel our credit card or nag them over and over again starting in August, we'll get auto-enrolled
HelloI want to publish a tender for AEM and to request from suppliers to offer a discount over the Adobe price listIs there a formal Adobe price list for this product and for other adobe products ?Avi
All my CC app cannot be launch. It will automatically close after launch. I cannot open any psd, ai, jpg, png and etc.I already update all the CC app. I can login to my Creative Cloud and download all the update. The issue is the application will automatically close. Please advice.Thank you
We are on Adobe Creative Cloud for Team plan and I use Creative Cloud Packager to create deployable packages to our users. I haven't used Adobe Creative Cloud packager since release of CC 2017. So I'm not sure if something on the network / security change caused this issue. Is there a log that shows why Creative Cloud Packager is not downloading any packages. The download progress stays at 1% and it either goes to Oops something went wrong message or it automatically goes back to the previous screen where you select the application to package.
Last year when I started uni I signed up for a student/teacher account that was about $10-$20 a month. I am now being charged between $40-$50 a month and whenever I contact adobe about this they can only help by giving me a number for enterprise support. I don't know what to do about this as my account doesn't say it is an enterprise account, I never signed up for an enterprise account and I am paying and managing this account myself. If anyone could help that would be great as it is almost impossible to get help from Adobe.
Vielen Dank!
Is it possible to update Adobe CC using SCUP/SCCM? Thank you,
I've been struggling with an issue we have with our customers for a number of years now with Creative Cloud so I figured I'd ask here if anyone has any tips or possibly a solution. Our conundrum is that we have a large user base which use InDesign/InCopy and they need to have the correct versions installed for our workflow to function. For a number of reasons our system doesn't support the newest release of CC from day one. (Currently the majority are on CC2017.) This means that there is a period of time after each new Adobe release where our users need to install a previous version. What we've seen from our support cases is that a full 20% are related to installing InCopy because the customer (or more commonly their IT departments) has simply installed the latest version. (Even when they are given explicit instructions to install a previous version.) Many say that there is no way to install older versions or assume that all "CC" versions are the same and the latest is the best.Wh
Hi,We are having an issue with Adobe Acrobat XI version 11.0.23 on Windows 7 x64 SP1 with IE 11.I have found that when attempting to view a PDF document in IE, the document will not load and will show a black X in the top left of the IE page.If the following Group Policy object - Local Policies --> Security Options --> User Account Control --> Run All administrators in Admin Approval Mode is set to Enabled then the PDF will not display. If I change the GPO Local Policies --> Security Options --> User Account Control --> Run All administrators in Admin Approval Mode to Not Defined then IE will successfully display the PDF.Changing this GPO setting is not an option for us.Has anyone seen this before and has a solution? Thanks,Ben
Hello,I'm wasting a lot of time on the seemingly trivial issue of freeing up a couple of "team" licenses that were registered to devices in our department, maybe someone here has done this before?Problem: the 3 existing licenses we own show up in my admin console overview but there's no "assign users" option. Under "products" I already deactivated the existing devices so I see "0/1" for Illustrator CC and "0/2" for InDesign CC, implying that no licenses are assigned. The original devices show up under "deactivated devices". I created a new team member with a new AdobeID, but I can't find any way to assign these licenses to either the new user or their device.Steps so far: I removed the registered software and the Creative Cloud App from the original device using the local uninstall tools on that machine. I added the software to a new device using a team deployment package created in the Team Admin Console. I added InDesign and Illustrator via the Creative Cloud App. I can start the sof
We have a number of staff assigned All apps with CC for teams subscriptions.Ive recently created a new installation package (.msi file) to install Acrobat DC, Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop.Acrobat DC does not install from this installation package - the other 3 apps install ok. (Ive created this package twice)Ive also created a separate installation package, just to for Acrobat DC - Running this doesn't install the Acrobat app either.Ive since followed the following thread Creative Cloud will not install , removing all the Adobe CC apps and reinstalling without success. Can you assist?RegardsJoe

Trying to open Premiere Pro and a "creative cloud" window opens that says "please wait for a moment" with a loading icon beneath it..... any Ideas why this is, or how to fix?
I have a user licence for Photoshop whose licence on their pc used to be for a different user.We have removed everything and re-installed cc with photoshop and each time photoshop starts it asks to login assigns the licence and then asks to sign in again without starting the app.Is there anything I can try to resolve this please?
Hi. I'd like to create a deployment of specific versions of the CC apps for freelancers, so that we're working on the same versions. For instance, we're on AE 15.0.1 but the deployment option for AE is 15.0.0. Same with Premiere. We're on 12.0.1 but the deployment option is for 12.0.0. How do I get them to be exact? Or will I be able to run the deployment installer and update to the same version we're on. I specifically DON'T want to update to the latest. Thanks.
Is there any way to completely uninstall adobe reader without reboot on Windows 10 to install Acrobat Pro 11. After the uninstall of Reader, I could not install Acrobat Pro right away. I used the cleaner, still no go. I rebooted my laptop as mentioned by the cleaner when it finished its task and I was then able to install Acrobat Pro.If you can send me your answer at Jean.seguin@justice.gc.ca it would be greatly appreciated as we are about to start deployment of Windows 10 and I need to be able to figure this one out fast.
I've been having the same problem for months now. Our IT person has spent hours on the phone with Adobe techs and has done everything firewall related there is. Customers should not have to uninstall and reinstall and use a cleaner and reinstall again and again and again. This is completely ridiculous and I can't tell you how many hours of wasted time I've spent trying to resolve this.
Jeg kan logge på Creative Cloude med bruger X credential.Men har ikke mulighed for at downloade Adobe DC Pro license, kun i trial version
Hi, We are migrating our environment from serialized installations of Creative Cloud apps to named user installations. We already have a few hundred that have been installed with named user licensing. We have another thousand or so which need to be migrated.I would like to deploy RemoveVolumeSerial to only the computers with serialized installations in order to prompt our users to sign in with their Enterprise ID's and thus migrate their licenses. My problem is that I don't know of a way to identify those machines with serialized licenses versus those with named user licenses. I would just deploy it to everyone, but I don't want to prompt users which are already using their named user license to sign in again.I've looked at SWIDTAG, but serialized installations have the same swidtag file name as named user.Any help on developing a collection of computers which are using named user licensing would be great, thanks!
New to Team or VIP (are those the same thing?) Purchased 30 seats of Acrobat DC for this small law firm. Created the 30 users in the Admin Console, and now I want to install the app and activate it for them. I will have a riot if each user has to create their own Adobe ID. ("What, another password I have to remember? Do we *have* to use Adobe? !") These are very coddled users.I assumed I could log in as them and set it up for them. But when I try to log in as them, in the "Sign in" dialog, if I put in any password or leave it blank, it tells me the PW is wrong. So I tried the "Sign up" method, put in their email address and try to "get an Adobe ID", but it says "An Adobe ID with this email address already exists"So how does a user log in for the first time and set a password? I don't see any way for me to set/change their PW in the Admin Console.I'm surprised this is not a FAQ... Or maybe it is super simple and I'm just not smart enough to see
Is adobe XD free for enterprise account?
The installation gets to 30% then this error message: Acrobat installer encountered an unexpected download issue. We will keep trying but if the issue continues, please contact Adobe support. I'm running as admin and still nothing. We are on a "subscription" type account where we manage the Adobe CC by assigning a product to a user, then the user gets an email with a link to download the product, which in this case is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
