Hello, I have Acrobat Pro 11 that was bought two years ago and successfully used couple of months. Now, after long break I'm trying to use it again. It works a few days but then says "Your Adobe Application Manager is corrupted... Please download it from ... URL" (I'm using Ukrainian version the quotation may be inaccurate).URL = http://www.adobe.com/go/adobeapplicationmanager_uaBut this link is broken. I’m reinstall Acrobat a few times but it not help. What should I do to fix this problem and use Acrobat normally? Please help.PS. I already have Adobe account and already register my Acrobat there.
Our IT department retains sole administrative rights to manage our university CC license pool, and thus the ability to create and disseminate CC packages with the packaging tool [which does not install the Desktop app]. My lab is currently running CC 2015, but asking for 2017 and being told to wait until August. Two other departments on campus (Arts & Journalism) manage their own license pool and update when Adobe rolls them out, resulting in software version incompatibility for my users. And let's face it: I don't like being told to wait 3 months. The way our finances work there's no hope in breaking away from IT and managing our own license pool. Im at wits end and need advice or information on the following:What is Adobe's update frequency? Is there a blog that tracks current versions? Does Adobe release updates regularly on schedule (e.g., like every three months), or do they roll out updates at random? Is there a method I can use
Greetings,A system where I work has proprietary information. Some of these are video files which I would like to open and export from an Adobe After Effects template I created. Unfortunately, I can't access the internet from this secure system. My question is, how do I get AE (any version CS4 and up will do) onto a system without internet? Is something like this out of the question for an online dependent system like the Creative Cloud? Thanks!
I have a few machines where I have manually installed CC apps. I have been manually installing updates. I would now like to use Adobe Remote Update Manager to update the computers automatically. From what I can find, it is is only installed if a package is created. Since I did not do that, how can I get the Update Manager setup?
We recently purchased 500 licenses of CC to replace our CS6. Since then we've had nothing but trouble trying to get this thing installed. We use the packager and when attempting to install, it fails after about 10 minutes with the simple and helpful error of "Install failed."Since then we had been reading multiple posts on this forum and were speaking with an Adobe representative but have failed to get any results. Some things we've tried aside from the normal "uninstall and try again" stuff...Placed computer and user installing software into a non-inheritance OU and verified no policies are applied. FailedUsing the above method we also attempted with the local administrator account. FailedRe-packaged the software with fewer options and even single pieces of the software. FailedTried it with the above settings and our normal setup on both Windows 7 x64 and Windows 10 Pro. FailedWe've double checked the white list with our firewall and have placed computers in a dmz for testing pu
I am trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud on many systems in my organization and all machines are stuck at 42%. I also tried to search out for Offline installers. However Indesign CC 2017 is not yet launched by Adobe for Offline installation. I could get other basic packages offline installation packages. Any help will be highly appreciated.
We have many more than one domain for which we will soon have to update the IDP certificate. Do we have to update each domain manually through the Admin Console, or is there a way that we can perform a bulk update? I haven't seen anything yet to suggest that we can do more than one at a time.
Hey everyone,I'm curious to know if there are ways to restrict certain version updates from my users through the Adobe CC Dashboard? It seems the only way [and please correct me if I'm wrong] to do it would be to set up the Adobe Update Server, so this way we can have more granular control on what updates and packages are becoming available for the users in our organization? If anyone could give me advice on this and what would be the best enterprise solution for this I would really appreciate it.Thanks!
Over the last 6 months or so I've had to add 13 firewall rules to accommodate changes in to the servers that your products are downloaded from. The FQDN at the bottom of the list never worked. This happens every time I need to install Adobe products on a client's computer. Something new is blocked, and I have to track down your new IP address and add a firewall exception for it, often more than one. See screenshot below, today I added the rule titled Adobe Acrobat 8. (has nothing to do with version numbers, just the number of rules I've had to add in order to accommodate you.)Can you provide a FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) for your installation servers so that I don't have to add on average two new Adobe rules every single month? Thanks.Justin A SmithIT Consultant
We have a Citrix 7.13 environment with installed, published Acrobat DC. The XenApp servers share a read-only disk, and all maintenance is done on a maintenance server in write mode. On our maintenance server, we used the Aptee tool to create and activate the prov.xml file before sealing and publishing the disk, and achieved "Return code was 0". The XenApp workers booted and Acrobat launched fine for a few days without login prompts. Several days later, when launching Acrobat, it just flashes and goes away, possibly it is trying to present a login screen and then closing. The problem is fixed temporarily by running the activation command again. Is serialization with the Aptee tool permanent or temporary?Should I be running the activation command on each "read-only" XenApp server?Should I need to run the activation command every few days? Thanks in advance
Hi All,I have a requirement to package Adobe Acrobat DC 2015.The source exe extracts MSI. I have created MST for the extracted file and added serial key and all necessary settings to deploy. Upon installation, on first launch it prompts for Signing option. I am unable to disable the screen after applying some registry sittings specified in the below link:Online features — Acrobat Customization Wizard DC for Windows It would be of great help, if someone could assist me in achieving the purpose.Regards,Avinash L
Can Adobe Application updates be managed and distributed to Adobe Applications without the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application installed through the remote update manager or another solution?Thank you
We've had to downgrade our computer's os down to OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan. These computers were running macOS 10.12.3 and Creative Cloud apps were working well. When we upgrade them to macOS 10.12.4, the system will work for a few hours and then the computer freezes when running any of the Creative Cloud apps like Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Has anyone else run into this issue?

I saw Adobe releases security updates for Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.1 and 2017.So, I've tried to update it with Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app, but it says "This is newest version".However, it is vulnerable version Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 18.0.1, not 18.1.Why Adobe CC app not provide newest and secure update?
I am not being able to install Photoshop CC on Mac OSX 10.11.5. I tried to reinstall the Creative Cloud many times, use the Adobe CC cleaner, tried to install as root and nothing seems to work. The last thing I did was to contact the chat and a guy from Adobe connected in my computer and tried to fix it. Didn't work either. All the time I get this error:Exit Code: 105-------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 1 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Failed to open PIM database.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have the same laptop as my colleges and somehow, it doesn't work in my computer.
Just built and downloaded the latest version of XD and deployed (we had no choice as the previous version had expired). THe previous version worked as expected with our setup -- we have the enterprise/educational serial number based deployment. The newly built version does not launch directly, but instead requires an Adobe ID based login that's authorized for XD to work.Is this a known issue? This is causing us problems and we need an immediate solution.
We updated our IDp certificate last week. Once we got the new certificate formatted properly we got all of our desktop users logging in via their enterprise IDs. However, the same users who had been using mobile apps (iOS & Android) were not able to login. They got access denied errors (general or 401).We restarted browsers and flushed cache. Did a complete re-install for one user and still no change. We also confirmed via the ATS test that all was correct with the new cert for iOS.Adobe support had nothing and referred us here to the forum.Anyone have any thoughts on what to check to restore access either in the Portal or at the device/user end? ThanksDan
Hey All -We have been having issues since we purchased Adobe CC for Teams. When I download and install the CC Desktop App all the programs are showing "Try". Why is this? I spent $2000 on 100 seat licenses for what? Thanks
Hello,We are working on upgrading all our system to Windows 10 with Adobe Acrobat DC installed on the image. We have also used the custimization wizard to create an offline exception and add the serial# to the install. The plan is to create several images on 1 PC and then just replace the hard drives on the machines that we want to upgrade. The problem were are having is once we move the hard drive to the new PC, Adobe Acrobat seems to lose the offline configuration and wants the user to Sign-In with an Adobe ID. We do not want this to happen. If we do not change the hard drive and use the same system that the image was created on, we do not have this problem. Anyone have any ideas on how to get this working without having to uninstall and re-install Adobe Acrobat? Thanks,Gavin
User are getting this error, random user, random locationsHow can we resolve this . Happens at random times, but still allows user to finish document

I have been reading through the posts about this service and have found that others are having similar issues a we do. For us the hard disk usage is at 100% and the CPU between 50%-100% unless I use Windows 10 System Configuration to disable this service. As we have thousands of computers running Adobe products we want to make sure we have the best solution.Has this been fixed? I have seen a post that said it is a know issue in 2016 but there was no response that it had been fixed. If it has been fixed what do we need to update to fix it? Can we just update one product or do we have to update the whole suite. Our users do not log into Creative Cloud. We use Creative Cloud packager to create deployments for our Microsoft SCCM server. Thanks for your help,Daniel
I've recently been attempting to install a Creative Cloud for Teams Device licence on a pc running Windows 10. The problem I am running into is that it isn't picking up a licence from the device license pool and the creative cloud applicaiton manager on the windows 10 pc is only offering trial versions and not the licensed versions of the software. In talking to our software procurement team they discovered that there weren't any device licences available and they consequently deactivated some installs that shouldn't have been.activated. This didn't make any difference even though there were licences showing as available in the device licence pool. Our software procurement team also generated a license package using the instructions found at Creative Adobe Creative Cloud license package which I've run but has made no difference. When I run the adobeserialization application I don't get any indication that the package has run at all, no dialogue windows, no progress bars etc, so I have
