I had cancelled the Creative Cloud for Teams over the weekend and paid for the software licenses until mid next month. When I tried to get into my software today, I got messages reading "Membership Expired." So I went to double-check the website (Legal subscription terms | Adobe) which reads, "Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Cancellations can be made any time by contacting Customer Support."According to the tech, whom I was chatting with today about my problem, "I would like to inform you that you were using a Teams subscription and you can not use the services once it is cancelled." Unfortunately, the tech whom I worked with to cancel the subscription didn't tell me that, but he did manage to try and sell me another subscription.
Curious if anyone has seen any issues with a device-licensed CC client being automatically and repeatedly removed from the admin portal. I have one client in particular that I have to re-serialize about once every two weeks. Our portal administrator says he's not removing it manually, and no changes are being made on the system, with the exception of it being used on different networks around campus. I'm trying to get him to submit a support case with Adobe, as I apparently don't have access to any support but the forums.Any help would be greatly appreciated!
We have a customer with 50 employees and therefore 3 terminal servers. A few employees need Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. We as their IT partner want to install it on all 3 terminal servers so they can use Acrobat on each server. With RES workspace we limit the possible use of Acrobat to the users who have a license.is this allowed and possible?
I am using the Creative Cloud Packager to build individual Adobe packages for installation through SCCM on Dell PC's. I have successfully built and deployed quite a few packages including Photoshop, InDesign, Fireworks, and Bridge, but for some reason the Lightroom package will not install. We have an enterprise license and I am using the same procedure I used for all of the other packages. The Lightroom installation media downloads and the package is successfully built but running the .exe or the .msi is not successful. When the installer is executed, it brings up the normal dialogue boxes and appears to be working. However, after a few minutes the box goes away with no error message and nothing is installed. The most frustrating part is the lack of log files, I found the page pointing to the Common Files folder but there is no Adobe folder in there. I have tried installing and running the CC Packager on two different machines with the same result. I also tried installing Photoshop CC
Why do we still not have the ability to add notes in the admin console? It would make administering large organizations tremendously easier. Everytime an account comes up for renewal I have to refer to an external spreadsheet to see which devices belong to which users and what account they use. Mac hostnames aren't always set and tracking down a dhcp address of when it was last online isn't easy either. If we just had that information saved in a notes column this would be simple. I already have an account for each department but this doesn't solve for when I have 18 licenses and they only wish to renew 8 of them.I've been told over the last 15 months that this was coming, and requested by many other organizations. Where is it?
I currently have 10+ individual Adobe DC Pro subscriptions for my employees that I have an agreement on each one for a year and that I pay monthly using a credit card. I spoke to an Adobe representative 2 weeks ago and they suggested I convert my individual plans into an Enterprise plan so I can administrate the accounts. I want to do this because I have some employees who have left our company and I'm still paying for an account I can't use because I don't have their login credentials. The rep I spoke with took my info and said someone from Enterprise would call me. It's been two weeks and no phone call. I've searched online trying to find help with no luck. How can I get this done?

My company purchased a few hundred dollars worth of HD footage using the standard license. My understanding was that I would that footage licensed to use whenever I needed...however, when I attempted to use it again, it says it was unlicensed. I only used the footage once so I didn't pass the quota of the standard license and there is no "time expiration" within the terms in conditions. Why do I need to pay for footage again that was already paid for? Thanks!
We are moving to datacenter with terminal server virtual environment. We have adobe pro DC for some users who have a login. How do we set adobe reader to be windows default for adobe pdf so that things (like quickprint) will launch reader instead of pro. They get prompted to login and do not have logins. Same with doc view in a browser, it won't open

Hello, I have a user with a 2013 iMac and a 2013 MacBook pro (both up to date in Sierra). Three weeks ago, I made a new package for 2017 CS Master Collection, since a lot of our users are on 2015 software and aren't able to update on their own. The MacBook Pro was able to download the 2017 package without any issues. The iMac keeps failing, using the same installer. The error I'm getting is- "PackageKit: Session UUID file exists - will not overwrite /var/folders/zz/zyxvpxvq6csfxvn_n0000000000000/C/PKInstallSandboxManager/91B7417A-01B1-4050-8816-311ED0D5419A.activeSandbox."According to this Adobe article- 'Creative Cloud package "Installation Failed" error message', I need to repackage the installer because a certificate is invalid for some of the older software. However, I packaged this software AFTER the March 9th date that the article lists. And if the certificate is the issue I don't understand why it successfully installed on multiple computers, some of whom
Tengo un cliente, el cual ya le envie la invitacion, una vez el acepte desea una Licencia de Creative Cloud, como hago para añadirla?
Every time a new update is released for Acrobat XI, I package the update in the setup directory. For example, the latest update for Acrobat XI is version 11.0.20, or "AcrobatUpd11020.msp". I obtain the update from Adobe's FTP site (ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/11.x/11.0.20/misc). I place the .msp file in the extracted setup directory so that the update installs itself automatically when Setup.exe is run from within the directory. All I have to do is edit "setup.ini" with: "PATCH=AcrobatUpd11020.msp" and it's installed automatically in the background. My question applies to Visual C++. The bundled version of VC++ for Acrobat XI is version 2010. The most current version of VC++ is 2015.I would like to place VC++ 2015 in the extracted setup directory ("VC10RT_x64" directory to be exact), rename the VC++ 2015 redistributable to "vc_red" and edit "setup.ini" with something like this: "PATCH=AcrobatUpd11020.mspvcrtMsi=vc_red.msivcrtDir=VC10RT_x64".Will I encounter any problems wi
After deploying the Adobe CC Desktop and installing some of our enterprise apps via the Desktop we found inconsistent results with product upgrades. Some clients aren’t updating to the latest known release. For example when checking for updates on a signed in client with Acrobat 15.023.20053 it says there are no updates available. Additionally, during troubleshooting we found some clients didn’t even show the Apps tab in the CC Desktop application without modifying the ServiceConfig.xml file, and some didn’t even have the option to “Check for Updates” enabled without modifying the system registry. Even then in the logs they showed “Updater is NOT enabled” in the logs. We manually tried RUM, which failed to run on at least one machine.
Every time I launch the Creative Cloud packager on my Mac, it crashes transitioning from the Package Details window to the screen for selecting that apps to include. I need this to work on my profile of my Mac, so I would like to completely and manually remove the packager from my Mac and reinstall it fresh. Can someone let me know all the paths in the System, Library and ~/Library folders that might need to be included in this process. Please help.
Dear Anyone, We hope to clarify something for VIPe From the following website question 5: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/faq/enterprise.htmlDo users in organizations need to be connected to the Internet at all times to use Creative Cloud? No; users do not need to be connected to the Internet to use the downloaded Creative Cloud apps that are running locally on their desktops. We have reason to believe that this answer is not applicable to VIPe, but we have no document to back this claim. Would anyone be able to help us find the correct answer to this question in regards to VIPe? Thanks
System Report:MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)macOS Sierra 10.12.4Symptoms:Hi all,I am facing a severe issue when trying to prepare CC app packages or license files using the Creative Cloud Packager, with a Teams for Education licensing scheme. The CCP app will let me select all my deployment options, location, pool to use licenses from, but when clicking the "Build" button, CCP will simply crash. The crash report will show that AAM itself is affected, and more specifically the "PDApp" process fails.Side note: installation of Creative Cloud apps that are part of my subscription will work perfectly.Troubleshooting (so far...):1. Logging out of the Creative Cloud App, and quitting it. Deleting folders OOBE, AAMUpdater & CCP from the current user Library. Then launching CCP, but the issue persists.2. Completely uninstalled Creative Cloud apps, and used the CC Cleaner App to delete any residual trace of the installation. Downloaded latest version of the app from Adobe's website an
I'm using VMware App Volumes to try and virtualize the photoshop CC application. I've installed photoshop on the provisioning machine, logged in to license the app, and then attached the app stack and published the application. When I try to open the virtual application, it fails because photoshop is no longer signed in with the account used during the install process.Does anyone know how to get the sign-in to carry over? It seems like the application is getting reset during the provisioning process.
My organization works with offline servers for the Department of Defense. We are needing to add some Photoshop licenses to some new machines. What is our best option? Connecting these new machines to the internet is not something that we can do. Thanks for the support.
I have a very specific problem. I use a invoice program at work that requires silverlight. Silverlight is only compatible with Internet Explorer. The program shows pdfs in the browser and for some reason it does not work well with Adobe Acrobat DC but work fine with Adobe Reader. I have both applications installed on my computer and it seems impossible to have Internet Explorer use Reader as the standard viewer when Acrobat DC also is installed. When I open the internet settings in Reader, it even points to Acrobat DC. (see picture). I've tried changing the standard program to Reader but it does not help. I've tried disabling the Adobe PDF Reader addon in IE, but that opens the pdf outside of the browser which is not a solution that works. I need Acrobat DC so uninstalling it is not an option. Is there a file or registry entry that can be changed to have the Adobe PDF reader addon in Internet Explorer use Adobe Reader instead of Adobe Acrobat DC?
