We run Adobe Acrobat XI in a Windows Server 2012 Remote desktop server.We restrict usage of the application via permissions on the AcrobatXI folder.We also have Acrobat DC installed for all other users to be able to open PDF Files.Users often receive the error below: Is there a fix for this error message, or some troubleshooting steps?

Hey guys,I just installed the CC desktop app and I think there's something wrong with the login form. I press 'sign in with enterprise id' and enter my email address, but when I switch to the password field to enter that, the form changes to the non-enterprise one and keeps my enterprise email address in the user field.If I enter my password first and switch to the user field it still doesn't work...has anyone seen this before? It's really odd because I've signed in before with this account but I need to do so again since I reinstalled the OS.

After installing serialized Acrobat DC and using Customizations wizard, even if I choose to disable all services in "Online Services and features", it is still asing users to login to the cloud, what else i can do?sing users to login to the cloud, what else i can do?

I need some assistance, I have a company issued Dell PC running Creative Cloud. When working from home on a VPN the Proxy Password box keeps popping up. It pops up every 5 seconds and it won't let me close out of it. Task manager quit, reboot, etc. etc. it just won't stop! When it first popped up I thought I needed to log into it, and as I typed my user ID my ID will disappear. Basically I can't type anything into the user ID or Pass because the information just goes away. I have been working on this computer with CC and the VPN for a couple months now and this has never happened. Please help!Thank you,C~

I just installed Adobe Acrobat DC after a fresh installation of Windows 10 Professional 64bit.Upon re-booting I get the following error:There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into the drive \Device\HarddiskVolume14I click continue and then get the same error for Volumes 11, 12 and 13 alsoI checked Disk Manager and I do not have those volumesMy though is that they are the volumes for USB and/or card readers.I know how to suppress the error in the registry but that does not take care of the problem.Thank you in advance.Sal

Installing Acrobat DC standard or pro doesn't install the 64bit internet explorer plugin (acropdf64.dll). But when i install acrobat reader dc it does. The 64bits plugin is needed when enhanced protect mode of internet explorer is enabled.. When enhanced protect mode is enabled ie11 will run only in 64bits.

Hello anyone in the Adobe world who can help.I have a company that has 13+ licenses that we recently moved to a VIP account. Our old account was not cancelled and we have been calling everyday to get a hold of someone who can help. Every time we call, we get redirected 5-6 times from agent to agent before the line drops, and no one can refund us for an overpayment.Alternatively, we also need to pay for the VIP accounts which total over $8000 USD that I am trying to pay your company. Because no wire information has been provided, I have nowhere to send the money. None of your customer service agents seem to have the wire information and therefore I have been unable to pay you.So I'm stuck here. What do we do? As mentioned, we've been calling daily and on hold for anywhere from 3-6 hours bouncing from person to person to pay you, and fix up our account.

I have Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 MLP AOO Licence and I have registred this licence in my PC (W7). After a few days the licence does not work and say: I install Application Manager and actívate the licence and then work well a few days againAny solution????

Hi,The update download for Acrobat pro DC fails at around 60MB completion.I have tried from Chrome, Internet Explorer 11 and Firefox browsers.WinSCP FTP fails with error -Disconnected from serverCopying files from remote side failed.this has been an issue for the last 2 versions AcrobatDCUpd1502020042.msp and AcrobatDCUpd1502020039.msp from ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/AcrobatDC/ I have been able to grab the reader updates fine from the ftp site.thanksCameron

I have a creative cloud subscription, but I ran the antivirus on the mac and it uninstalled some documents needed to run some applications. Now I can not access the icon, it loads and shows nothing. I work with this and I have college subjects to deliver. Can you make a remote access to arrange this? I installed it on my homePC (Id, Ps and Acrobat Pro) and also on my laptop under the mail adres gunter@thinkerspublishing.com.Because of software problems on my laptop I had to remove everything and reinstall Windows, Office 365, Adobe suite and the whole shabang.But somehow I made a mistake and installed a free version while using my other mail adres gunter.deleyn@telenet.be which will expire on 04-06 decemberWhen I look on my account on my home PC two versions seem to be active (Desktop-FTUNS6M and Desktop-LMHF2TJ)What do I have to do now? Uninstall the free version on my laptop and reinstall with the right mailadres? And how do I have to do this? I am a bit afraid to do so as according to my account two versions are active.

Hi there,i have a ausst 4.0 Server with full sync. My Client with Photoshop Version 2015 does not offer the Update to Photoshop 2017. If i build a new package with Creative Cloud Packager it will install Photoshop 2017. Today i did a fresh sync with ausst. No change. Could anybody tell me where could be the problem?

I'm trying to figure out how to download:  Cs6 Design and Web Premium.  We previously purchased this product on CD disk in 2013.  The disk was purchased for Academic use and had 4 licenses.  The original CD has been lost and I'd like to download a single copy of software to a new computer (Dell Optiplex 780, 64-bit, Windows 7; 4Gb RAM).  I retained the SN from the original installation disk.  But under my Adobe account, the SN is not recognized as valid and I also cannot register the SN as an old product.  Plaese help.  Not sure if: 1) purchasing through our academic vendor 2) purchasing on a CD originally or 3) creative cloud or whether other download portals are at issue here?  Need some direction?Thanks,PaulUMass Medical

I have been given the task of managing 1000 CC licences via Adobe Enterprise Dashboard for our university. I have created various user groups to place students on different courses and populated the template .csv file with user data.Before I bulk upload the users however, I can't see a way of assigning the users to a user group at the upload stage. Is there a way of doing this? Thanks!Matt

My harddrive has crashed on my dell computer and now they have sent me a different harddrive but I don't know exactly how to retrieve all of my CS6 software before sending in my old harddrive. Hello,I'll using Creative Cloud programs on windows domain. System Administrator will change my rights to standard user. After that can I install or uninstall creative cloud programs in stantart user policy ? Or install font..etc.

Looking for some help with what is the best option for setting up shared libraries. I currently manage a team of artist who work on 17 brands. I'm wanting to setup individual libraries per brand with all the logos, colors, fonts and other assets. Having them under one or multiple accounts doesn't seem like a long term option. Its my understanding if the account is deactivated, the shared library goes away. Is there a way to setup a shared library that is associated with a company or email domain. If someone has a good suggestion here would be a big help.

Hi All,We've just purchased 100 VIP device licenses.We have 2 labs that will use up approx 60 licenses leaving 40 free for staff machines, however not all staff will need all the CC apps, some may want a subset of them and not the whole suite.Is there any way that we can create a package using the CC packager, so that staff can install the CC desktop app and then choose what apps they want to install themselves, or would this need named user licensing, as we'd rather avoid having to create additional packages or have to install the whole suite on each users machine where they may only want a couple of the apps

Is there any way for a system-wide creative cloud sign-in on OSX - more specially on an iMac? We work with a lot of freelancers that all have their unique osx-user-accounts. And they may switch machines from one day to another during a job. Our Adobe-IDs are bound to specific workstations .. and while it is possible to log-in each user with the workstation-specific Adobe-ID it is quiet annoying.So I am looking for a solution to sign in an entire machine rather than a specific user. This would then automatically log-in all existing users on that machine with the same AdobeID. Optimally this would work with users, that are created afterwards as well.Regards,Julian

Hi evryone,I have a huge problem reguarding our workflow with the libraryWe are 100 people using evryday the CC in the same open space in our company. The problem is that when someone is working with his library or import element from his library to photoshop for his work, if i want to open his .PSD file, photoshop prompt me with miss link. No way to modify any smart object imported from the other user's library.I can't tell to my 100 guys to share each other library. Is there any way to integrate the library's element physically into the file instead of link?What can i do ? i wish i have library control on the CCE dashboard to manage all of this.what happen if someone leave the company, are the files lost ?Thanks

I see that there are new updates for the apps in CC. I have photoshop and lightroom. When I go to my creative cloud there is no update there for 2017. Why?
