Creative cloud desktop app seems to be stuck. It is asking me to comfirm my email address (which is the wrong email) If i click on check and continue nothing happens. there is no point in resending the verification email as it will send to a wrong email account. In the drop down menu there is not change account or sign out option. I have Deleted the OOBE file installed the app and reinstalled it but nothing seems to be able to get me off this confirmation email page.
HiWe have a small number of Creative Cloud licenses and need to reassign one due to staff changes. I'd previously been able to administer these licenses by logging on to http://www.adobe.com/go/team_admin. Now, however, the link takes me through to a page where I can purchase plans - there's no option to 'Manage team' as the FAQ links describe.Has the option to manage a team been changed recently?
Has adobe abandoned support of Adobe Captivate 9?We've been trying for some weeks to get help with a few things.Outdated/conflicting articles. Adobe Captivate 9.0.2 question (their KB articles contradict each other) - JAMF NationOutdated downloads pages. Adobe - Adobe Captivate Support Center : DownloadsCreative Cloud Packager (CCP) latest version does not show Adobe Captivate as available for packaging. We have a significant number of users waiting anxiously for us to deploy. We hear crickets.Do we need to escalate? Thanks,Don
Hi there,We have about 122 Windows and 86 Mac workstations with Adobe CS5 Suite (the following apps are all bundled: Acrobat X Pro, Captivate, Photoshop CS5 32 and 64bit). We are tasked to remove only Adobe Photoshop CS5 on those workstations. Add/remove programs only shows Acrobat X Suite without listing each bundled app. We spent hours researching, developing and testing a fix but cannot find one even using wmic and PowerShell scripts. Our enterprise clients configuration manager is Altiris 7.5. We are to avoid uninstalling the entire Suite and then reinstalling it without Photoshop. Any technique recommended by Adobe to get this done? Thanks,
I want to replace photoshop with illustrtator in creative cloud license. How to do it?
Hi Adobe Forum!Would really appreciate a good hint here, just not getting forward in this topic:I'm using the Creative Cloud Packager to create customized installation package for our Creative Cloud applications. When trying to install / deploy a package for I've noticed, that even if I create a 64 bit package, it installs into C:\Program Files(x86) and creates and uninstall entry in the registry under "HKLM_Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\Uninstall."Do you know what reason this could have? I'm just trying to make sure that the Programs are correctly installed as 64bit so they are not limited in use of CPU & RAM.Best RegardsBjörn
We have a PC in our environment that we originally installed Creative Cloud apps on a device license. We want to change over to a user license. We've purchased the licensing and are ready to deploy. We've used packager to deploy CC in the past, and installed Creative Cloud Desktop as part of the package. Do I need to create a new package to remove the device-licensed version from the machine, then create a package to install the user-licensed version?
hi everyone,i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong but i've followed the AIP, slipstream, msi steps a million times. created an AIP, slip streamed the updates in order, created a .mst tranform file and created a batch file to install using the .mst file. acrobat installs fine but when i launch it, it doesn't open. the splash screen pops up but acrobat doesn't. when i check taskmgr, the acrobat.exe keeps flashing on and off. if i run the .msi install manually, it installs fine. i've recreated the AIP, .mst files, started from scratch a million times and i'm getting tired of doing the same thing over and over. thx.
We use and Adobe Update server here on site and trigger updates using the RemoteUpdateManager. Last year we installed Illustrator 19 on a lot of stations and I assumed that the update server would get version 20 from Adobe and update all of our stations. This does not appear to be happening.Do I have something setup incorrectly or will the update server or install incremental update and not version updates? Is there a change I can make to the server?
Hi,I am sequencing Acrobat Standard DC and have followed the app-v deployment guide App-V Deployment: Acrobat DC — Enterprise Administration Guide but our VDI environment is user-based and not machine-based so deploying globally will not work.Is there any way I can deploy using the userconfig.xml and ensure the license is activated?
Has anyone encountered this yet? It's really bizarre and has our IT dept serving my team of designers baffled... Here's what I wrote to Adobe in a chat support as my opening explanation...Current subscriber - corp acc- with numerous licenses to individual designers with individual Adobe ID's (but all under that one corp acc) Setting up new Windows 10 machine:Downloaded and installed Creative Cloud desktop app.Installed InDesign CC. Immediately upon opening InDesign CC it was apparent that it was NOT the latest version. Checked "About Indesign..." and confirmed that the version was at least 2 versions back (11.0.0.72) A number of team members have successfully updated Indesign using the Creative Cloud app to versions 11.4.0.90 and to the latest, 11.4.1.102. (They are using Windows 7 pcs... receiving update notifications from CC and updating... and getting the latest)Now what is going on and why would the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop app serve up a version of
Good day. My name is Anna and I'm from Ukraine.I have a training center, but does not have the state accreditation. Can I buy a license for a photographer for $ 10 a month for a year for students and teachers for their training?thank for answer.
We are an educational institution with device licenses of the full CC suite. Since the full suite takes ~1 hour to install, I want to include the software on an image for the lab computers that are supposed to have the software installed rather than install it on each computer individually. We use Windows Deployment Services and PXE booting for imaging, making my question basically identical to this one: Deploy Creative Cloud with WDS imageHowever, for that question as well as others like it (e.g., Deploying CC in Symantec Ghost images , Re: CS5 Production Premium build into lab base image , Proper way to install Creative Cloud, Education, Device License in a Master Image ), the answer always seems to be a link to the APTEE documentation (Creative Cloud Help | Using Adobe Provisioning Toolkit Enterprise Edition ) without any further explanation .My question, then, is how exactly APTEE fits into a deployment scheme that uses static images to lay down software within the image rather tha
!When I installed CC through a package in my team I disabled the option that the team members can update the apps themselves. Now I regret doing that. I want them to be able to update their own apps whenever they wish. Is that possible with a simple option change in AAM or where ever? Please help me.
When I log in to the Team admin Portal, only the upper most line appears (the one with my account name, the menu symbol and the search symbol). Then the spinning boxes stay forever and nothing else happens. I followed the procedures for testing the connections and try to open the test links:Adobe Activation Server, Adobe Icons: (https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/renga-idprovider/resources/img/logos.png😞 OKActivation Server for CC: (Adobe Systems Inc. - Site Unavailable )Is this a common Problem or specific toour Team or my Account?I need to re assign licenses and create packages.Best Regards, Gerhard
On the licensing portal, for downloading Creative Cloud ENT, I have 6 options.SN EDFUL V15SN EDFUL N15SN EEA 418SN EEA V16SN EEA 174SN EEA N16 Which one do I need and why are these designations not in the FAQ list? I made sure to tag each one so that others can find them in the future.Adobe takes the cake as far as requiring the most internal documentation to sort out their licensing system. The crowning insult that after spending thousands on software, I cannot get phone support or open a support case.
Hello there. Received an invite to Enterprise Dashboard. Accepted it and followed procedures given. Now I receive "access denied" errors. Read other forum threads about this but can't find a solution. When I try accepting the invite again, its says another user has accepted. Any ideas about how I can fix this and sign in to Enterprise Dashboard? Thank you in advance. (Federal Government employee stuck using Explorer 11)
Can anyone advise where I might find a list of IP addresses which are required to be allowed through a private firewall for Creative Clould Packager to work or allow me to log in ?
my product is not listed in my account and I cant download the adobe apps
Good day,In my work team I have one free license but I can't use it because of error.Could you please check it or tell me how to change it.With the best regards Vitalii
Hi.I am an Admin for a High School and I installed a few programs from Creative Cloud onto my Windows 7 Pro Computer Lab computers, as the local administrator. We have device licenses. The software is signed into our Adobe account after it is installed. But, when any domain user signs into any of the Computer Lab computers, the Creative Cloud is no longer signed in under their domain user name. How can we ensure that Creative Cloud will remain signed into Adobe, when each user signs into the computers?Thank you.
Using an installer with the serial key for standard, installs the professional version. Why does this happen, and how can I fix it?
Not sure how to word this one.Previously, i would create the packages using Adobe CC Packager and uncheck the Creative Cloud app. because i did not want user to be able to update the apps or be confused as to how to sign in.We have a Enterprise License and i would Distribute it and Local Admin accounts could update it as needed.Always worked fine before. but this year with the 2015.5 (or 2016?) versions they no longer update. AAM keeps saying that Creative Cloud is damaged, or not installed, which is what I want. I don't want users being able to sign into Creative Cloud or update the apps.I'm signed in, and it recognizes my ID, but Updates is always grayed out.Am i missing something in the creation of Packages? or is a old version that was not uninstalled causing a glitch in the AAM not being able to function? the Serial number nor my account has changed in years, so it should be fine..
Heyho dear community, i just wondered if there is a method to "talk" to the creative cloud portal programmatically, like the way you can do it with the Microsoft Office 365 portal. I would like to automate the process "Order license - Invite User - install software" and implement it into our Service-Framework. To deploy Software, we are using SCCM and the licenses are bought through a reseller. But there is a way to order a new license directly in the portal and set it to a user, without having the ordering process finished (on the site of the reseller).Long story short: I had an idea to write a script which runs when the reseller has sent a mail like "license ordered", and then creates the license in the portal, invites the user, and fires up another script that does "SCCM things". Until now i was not able to find any documentations that would allow to build this scenario.. Does anyone of you have experience in automating processes related to the creative cloud and can share his/her k
