What track of Adobe Acrobat DC is used when creating a package via the Creative Cloud Packager - continuous or classic? Is it dependent on the license used? We would like to use the 'classic' track as it is a better fit for our environment and the way we deploy updates.Thanks!-Rob

Hello,I'm the license manager in my company and I have a little problem with one of our users.The user used to have an InDesign user-license, which we wanted to uninstall to give her a device license.The license is active in the adminconsole, but the user cannot start the software, because it says, that her license is not active. That is right for her user license, which we deactivated. And we installed the software again, so that it could connect with the Adobe Server again and she could activate her device license.But she still cannot open the program, because it says that the license is not active.It would be very kind if someone could help me.Thanks.Kind regardsNoelle Weinmann

We have a few users of this software.  Our security team has expressed concerns that there is alot of internet traffic from those PC's to specific adobe sites.  The two big ones are scss-prod-ue1-notif-19.adobesc.com and scss-prod-ue1-notif-16.adobesc.com.  Is this needed and if not how do I stop this from happening.  I do know that it needs to do a license check every so often so I don't want to block that.  Any help will be appreciated.

I work for a federal agency and we are not allowed to use the Creative Cloud Application Manager, as our employees cannot download or install files on their own, which includes the CC Manager, or any of the CC apps within it.Instead, our IT department requires the actual installation file (.exe) for Adobe Audition CC so they can test it in our Operating Environment and then they wrap their own installation package around the installation file to include the Enterprise Licensing.Is there any way to get a direct download of the Adobe Audition 2015.2 (ver 9) installation file?Thanks.

Hello,As you probably know, Adobe Reader DC has a problem where it freezes when you switch between multiple PDFs that have been opened with tabs. This problem seems to be widespread (we've been able to replicate the issue on 10+ PCs in my environment). There are other users complaining about the same problem, such as in the thread below:Re: Acrobat Reader DC keeps crashing when multiple pdf files are open and I switch between them.Until Adobe fixes the bug, the only solution that I can see is to disable the tabs feature. Is it possible to disable tabs using the registry? Is there a way to do it using the Customization Wizard?

I am trying to update an AIP for Reader 2015. I get "The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program.."Here are the steps I followed, failure occurred on step 5.1. Hi, After having adobe on my Mac for two years it is asking me to reenter the serial key. When I do so it continually says it's incorrect.I'm 100% sure I have the right key - even shows up in my account details.Please help.

Hello,I need to install an add-on in our current deployment of Creative Cloud. It appears that this cannot be done, why? I was able to add them with earlier versions.Is there anyway to get add-ons to work with enterprise installations? Is there future plans to have them work?

I have a volume license for Acrobat Standard DC.  I downloaded my installation package from Adobe LWS with description "Acrobat DC2015 12.0 WIN ESD ALL CLASSIC".  I'm using the Adobe Customization Wizard DC to add the volume serial number and other settings for deployment.  I dont want the end user to have to activate or sign in to activate so i'm trying to use the "grant offline exception and disable registration" button but every time I click the button I get an error: "Offline exception grant process failed. Please refer to oobelib.log in %temp% folder and wizard help for more details."I can't seem to find the oobelib.log anywhere on the computer i'm running the customization wizard.  This computer does have internet access.  Any ideas why this isn't working?

Hi Support,we are using named user license for managing the adobe license, now we have selected four components (ps,il,in,dc) and made it is as a Adobe Standard package name for our organisation.But if i install the application it is showing all the four programs installed, it is very difficult to find the list of devices installed with our standard package. If i check in registry "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\<product name> display name is showing as Adobe Standard Package. Adobe Acrobat Pro XI (11.0.x) is shutting down 15 seconds after launch from Windows 7 Desktop in Enterprise Environment.  We started seeing the issue on a Tuesday of this week.  The day before, there were no issues or explanation for root cause.  The symptom is that Adobe Acrobat Pro XI can only stay up and running for 10 - 15 seconds; behind the scenes, it appears that the Enterprise license check fails and the results in Acrobat Pro XI aborting and closing with no message or error prompts.This is occurring with 2% of the Adobe Acrobat Pro installation base at this time.Confirmed that the issue is not related to Adobe Acrobat Pro XI Patch LevelThe problem was recreated with Acrobat Pro XI base version 11.0.0, version 11.0.13 and the latest version, 11.0.16.There are abnormal Adobe Acrobat Pro license activation activities:We have a volume license; the activation should not happen.  this is a primary investigation focus.We received the license and serial code in 201

Hopefully someone may be able to assist me with this error I'm getting......I am attempting to customize an Acrobat DC .pkg for MAC that was built using the Creative Cloud Packager tool (enterprise).I have successfully built several Windows packages including one for Acrobat DC and I was also able to customize it using the Wizard tool.I am using the following documentation:Mac Wizard Overview — Customization Wizard DC for MacThe .pkg that was built for Mac is able to successfully install on a system if it run directly, therefore it is unlikely that there are any issues with the package itself. We use CCP to deploy CC2015 on our Mac (10.11.6) lab machines.  The Creative Cloud desktop application is not installed -- we use RemoteUpdateManager to deploy updates. Today all of our machines started failing on the MUSE update. Despite claiming to have successfully installed ACR, RemoteUpdateManager will keep redownloading it and reinstalling it (along with the failing MUSE update) every time, with results identical to the log below. We are trying to update our installs of Adobe Reader to version 11.0.17 using SCCM 2012. Whenever we place the .msp file in the folder, SCCM is unable to update the content of the Distribution point. If we put the 11.0.16.msp file there are no issues. Any suggestions? Is the 11.0.17.msp file corrupt in any way?Marc
