I have purchased Creative Cloud under a CLP 5.0 LICENSE PROGRAM - GOVERNMENT. We want to install it on a Macbook which can then be loaned out to different members of the team when working away. I'm concerned this may be perceived as multiple users sharing a licence and want to confirm we're allowed to install/use it in this way. Please could someone advise? Thanks

I have downloaded Acrobat Standard DC from 2 different locations, and it always contains the Pro Installer.

I'm trying to do a custom install of Adobe Reader DC using the customization wizard. I would like to set some HKCU registry keys to disable certain things in Reader DC. For some reason, the registry keys are not being set in HKCU after the install. There's a similar thread here https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1849422, but according to Rave, an Adobe employee, this issue was resolve with the latest version of the Customization Wizard. I tried and I'm still experiencing the same issue. I don't know if this matters, but I'm trying to install Adobe Reader DC on a 64bit Windows 7 Enterprise machine. Customization version is 15.010.20056. HKCU keys have been set in customization wizard.After the install, the RegistryHiveName key is still present in HKLM\Software\wow6432Node\Adobe\Acrobat Reader None of the HKCU entries are added after launching Reader DC for the first time.Any help would be really appreciated.

I have an Adobe Update Server set up in my LAN, and I deployed the "AdobeUpdater.Overrides" file to my client machines. On my test computer, I can see from the log that RemoteUpdateManager can connect to my AUS, and download the updates, but then, it fails to install them. I'm not sure what's wrong, and I'd appreciate the assistance. Hello,I have a problem during the pack creation in Creative Cloud Packager, there is two "same" selectable organisation.The first one named "Centre Professionnel du Littoral Neuchâtelois" offert a licence type "named license" or "device license".The second one named "Centre Professionnel du Littoral Neuchâtelois" (same) offert only a license type "named license".My question is why do I have two organisation ?Thanks a lot.Pellaton Romain

We're interested in licensing Adobe InCopy CC (2015) for a few users, but we want to first deploy/install the trial version so these users can use/test InCopy and make sure it meets their requirements. I could manually download/install the trial on each workstation, but we much prefer to use central/silent deployment strategies as much as possible, to be more efficient and least disruptive/intrusive to the user as possible.Can we use CC Packager to generate an installer for a trial version of InCopy CC and if so, how would I go about it?Thank you!

Can you install Adobe Acrobat Standard DC on a Windows 2012R2 Domain Controller as a shared printer?I tested Adobe Acrobat DC (Free Trial Version) on Windows Server 2012 R2 Workgroup and was able to set it up as a shared printer, successfully printing from a Windows XP laptop.  Installing Adobe Acrobat DC Standard to a Windows 2012 R2 Domain controller, I am able to set it up as a shared printer, but all of my Windows 7 client print jobs return as "Your file waiting to be printed was deleted". I do see in my Devices and Printers "Adobe PDF on SERVER (redirected 2).Local PDF printing from the Server works just fine.Is the functionality I'm expecting unsupported?

My font kit unexpectedly detatched and I need to resync.  This is being stopped b/c I cannot update CC as it's stopped on that 5% mark and showing not connected to network.  Forums are saying that uninstall and reinstall is successful but I cannot because an error appears showing that CC cannot be uninstalled with other programs installed that require it.  Please help - I've tried closing all programs and restarting multiple times with no success.  On Windows 7.Photoshop and DC were uninstalled, Illustrator is not responding.

Hello,Is there any best practices or things to be careful about when deploying Reader DC to non-internet connected PC's? Currently we're using Reader X, which we are patching regularly via a domain startup script. Specifically, I want do know:1) Can Reader DC be deployed in the same way we are currently doing for Reader X (i.e. first install the base package file via msiexec.exe /i in a startup script then install the latest patch files using msiexec /p also using a startup script)2) Does Reader DC require authentication via the internet, or can that be turned off via the Adobe Customization Wizard or Group Policy?3) Can I turn off all cloud related features and anything else that requires an internet connection via the Adobe Customization Wizard or Group Policy?4) Is there anything else important to know about?Thank you.

Trying to create an enterprise deployment of Acrobat DC. Using the Customization tool I created an MST that included reg settings that held all of the shortcuts that I added to the Quick Tools (not to TOOLS, but to Quick Tools). Those reg settings are coming through when I run setup.exe on a clean machine, telling me that the .mst is being pulled properly, but the icons are not appearing in the Quick Tools toolbar.

Hello, I have Acrobat 9 Pro CD which is suitable for windows XP Installation.We are going to upgrade windows XP to Windows 8.1, which setup file should i use inorder to do the installation ?Also how do i proceed with the serial keys that are allready used with windows XP ?

I work at a school that subscribes to Creative Cloud (in fact, my entire division has access to creative cloud). I have Creative Cloud and various apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, After Effects etc) installed on my teacher computer. I have a subscription so that I can use Creative Cloud at home. I would like to sync my libraries. The problem is, when I come to school and try to open up Photoshop or any other Creative Cloud app, I get an error (I have posted a screenshot). I have two computers (my home computer and my laptop) that are using the two licenses. But my school has a site license. All works fine if I just click on the "X" in the top right, then relaunch. But it is just a pain to have to do this every time I start Photoshop. I am assuming that on the first launch, it is trying to look at my personal creative cloud license, then when I click on the X and launch, it is looking at my school's site license.We recently reimaged our computers, which is when this started happen

We have a CC Desktop version at my school and no Creative Cloud desktop application. It isn't available in the Creative Cloud Application Packager.These directions: Encore CS6 not installed with Creative Cloud. Are only for those with consumer accounts, but not for our Enterprise edition. I have looked in the options for the Creative Cloud Packager and it isn't in there. We don't have the Creative Cloud desktop application.

Hi,I'm in a school environment and just replaced a fleet of PCs.  Unfortuantely we missed entering the serial number, so our 30 day trial has expired.I've used the resgistry and recorded the changes when the key is entered, but it's stored under current_user which is no good to me.Any ideas?Thanks

Hi - can someone please send in the cavalry?  I have a copy of CS2 Premium (Educational).  Have been happily running this on my old XP based Dell 745, well happily until its demise a while ago following a massive drive failure.  No big deal or so i thought, just programmes lost all data backed up on second drive.  I have now tried to install CS 2 on to my shiny new Dell Precision running Win 7 64 bit.  Discs all loaded, serial number entered  but couldn't activate.  No telephone activation available anymore, no chat support available - well I couldn't see it anyway and I couldn't find any other support FAQ that seemed to offer an answer or any help.  I was still not overly concerned as the activation window said I had 30 days of use of CS2 to sort this out and i would be asked for an activation code the next time I launched a CS 2 application.  So far so good.  Having gone to have another good look around the Adobe web site looking for
