I have the creative cloud, if I reformat my computer I should do ?

Hello!I try to upgrade several CC apps to the latest version e.g. Dreamweaver CC 2015 November 2015 - I'm not able to.I tried to deinstall and reinstall the apps, I upgraded the Creative Cloud App too, no chance!Please can anybody tell me what I can do now?Kind regardsLorenzPS.: We purchased and installed the Master Collection CC 2015 at our school and I try to upgrade at home, so I would like to use the new features of the November 2015 release at home at in my classroom

Hello,how can i change from a Acrobat Pro License in a Creative Cloude All Apps License in VIP portal?

1st of all sorry for my english limitation.i have follow all the guideline and link given by adobe agent.i manage to install and activate the device license.but after that the app (premier and photoshop ) at pc device appear as trial version.i already deactivate the license, uninstall the app and redo from a to z (almost 10th times)but it still same. at admin console show activated, but at pc device says it trial version.anyone can help me regarding this matter.

HiI am using Acrobat Customization Wizard to build my Acrobat Pro DC package for dist trough SCCM.I have deactivated All Document Cloud services wich removes the ability to sign on trough the welcome screen, but the ability to do so using the help tab is still there. But since the Document Cloud services is disabled it just gives a awkward error.Is there someway to remove this choice on the help menu?

I bought Adobe CS4 Creative Suite (Student Edition) years ago and now I had a problem with my computer so i had to reinstall de suite but i have no serial but only a "Gutscheinnummer" (in German) so something like a "voucher" i can change into a serial. How can i now get the serial again?

I have created some forms InDesign and have saved as an interactive PDF. When I open in Acrobat the text entry fields have a line on the outside. This line occurs sometimes top, sometimes side, sometimes on one or more than one side. What is the cause of this? Also how do I order the fields (for tabbing etc.) using InDesign in a way that Acrobat understands and will carry through?

I have create two different layers in my PDF form, one is in Chinese, another is in English. Now I want to generate unique barcode to each of the form. May I know how?

I'm reinstalling a creative suite (cs6) and I have the serial number (and it is also on the adobe site) but when I try to install it is saying invalid serial number- I have to work this weekend and can't wait until adobe waltzes in on Monday. Can anyone help me?

I purchased a year subscription through my schools software purchase program.  I didn't realize that I had downloaded it already (I purchased it in December), but when I try to redeem it, the error message says "oops, this has already been redeemed".  Maybe it made my computer slow and I deleted it by accident?  Is there any way to re-download it?  I see Creative Cloud, PhotoShop and Lightroom on my computer but no sign of Adobe Premiere Pro.

My company recently upgraded to Acrobat Pro 11.  Around the same time, we began a new ETLA, which provided new license keys for various software; Acrobat being one of those which was v12 (DC).When we upgraded our users to Acrobat Pro 11, we used an existing license key to package and deploy.  The deployment was a serialized package, and has no Cloud connection.It has now been a couple months since deployment, and we're getting notifications of users getting a message prompt for serial number validation.  We have determined that these users are international, where our home office is USA.Why are these users getting a license validation message?

Is it possible to see when a device license was activated?

We are trying to create a package within SCCM however the Serial Number has become a licensing issue for us.  We are a not-for-profit organization and utilize Adobe's TLP 5.0 License Program - Education to which we are issued individual keys per procurement of a license.  This makes it impossible to utilize SCCM.  My question is, as long as we own licenses/keys for as many installs deployed, does it matter if we just pick a single key issued to us by Adobe to use within SCCM as our "go to" Serial Number?

From where does Adobe extract the computor name showed in the license portal?

I keep running into this error when trying to use CCP.  This occurs when attempting to sign in with our Adobe ID and password.  I have tried deleting the opm.db from my AppData folder and relaunching CCP.  I have also uninstalled CCP and reinstalled but am still getting this same issue.  This is really getting to the point where I'm spending more time troubleshooting issues with CCP instead of actually using it.

I have tried importing our existing catalogs but we are not receiving any updates for reader/acrobat. Flash 20.0.0.270 Active X came in just fine.....Thoughts?

We are working on deploying Adobe XI (Reader, Standard, Pro) to our user base but we do not want them to have the ability to store documents on Adobe.com for security reasons. Is there an easy way to disable this with a reg key or something?

Hello, we have an academic device license for 50 seats.  As you know the device license does not include access to typekit.  I am looking for a list of the fonts that will automatically install with CC 2015.  Please note: we are doing a clean install, and do not have previous versions on the machines.
