I need to deploy Photoshop CS5 Extended through System Center to a handful of machines. I am trying to launch Adobe Applicatino Manager Enterprise Edition on my Win 7 x64 box but it is not loading. Have tried it on two machines and also tried running as administrator. I have the spelling german(german) by default. I need to change it to german(swiss).I work with instEd It and adobe customization wizard.

I have created a package and the installer starts, but then seems to 'back down' and doesn't continue.  Not sure what to do to troubleshoot this issue.  Have even deleted all cached downloads and created a package from scratch just n case I am doing something wrong.Not sure where to go with this.

Silent install doesn't work without internet access!! Created a CS6 msi package using Adobe application manager enterprise edition and now during the deployment process it gets stuck if you don't have access to the internet and works as soon as you give the machine access to the internet.Is there a work around as the machines we are deploying to doesn't have access to the internet during the application install process.ThanksFuadul

I use Microsoft Intune to manage my applications and software updates.  Acrobat X and XI worked wonderfully as I could distribute the apps and apply any patches by uploading the .msp file when published by Adobe.  However, I cannot update Adobe Acrobat DC through Microsoft Intune.  While the .msp file provided by Adobe works when manually installing, Intune will not allow me to upload the .msp file because it says that the file is corrupt.According to Microsoft Intune support, the .msp file created by Adobe does not correlate to the .msp specification outlined by Microsoft.  Their exact details are below:The schema for PatchFamily is as follows: <xs:element name="PatchFamily" type="Identifier" />and the Identifier type is defined by this regex: [_a-zA-Z0-9][_a-zA-Z0-9\.]*Cracking open the msp provided, the value for PatchFamily is {AC76D4781033F45034780E0F06755100}. I created a installation package using Cloud Packager for Education which includes Acrobat DC in the exceptions folder.  According to documentation, I'm supposed to then use the Acrobat Customization Wizard DC to make changes to the installation.  In the wizard the documentation says to leave the serial number blank.  I turned of all cloud services, the update service, upsell, and a few other things.  When installing, I use the following commandmsiexec /i "path to main\acropro.msi" patch="path to main\AcrobatDCUpd1500820082.msp" TRANSFORMS="path to main\acropro.mst" /passiveAfter realizing that this requires Visual C++ 2013 first, I was able to get it to install.  However it immediately prompts me with "Sign in required".When exactly does the license get applied?  Does it not get licensed until the main Cloud Packager install is done afterward?  We've had a few issues with the Cloud Packager 2015 created earlier this year where it will randomly lose i

We have to constantly create new installation packages because they stop working after several weeks. We create and download a package for a particular lab or classroom, for instance, we install it and that part works fine, but when we go back to use it again, because of we've added computers or upgraded computers, the installer doesn't work. There usually is no error, but the installer just stops running (it disappears and the process terminates without notice).  The problem with that besides the hours it takes to create and download a new package, is that we have to try and create an identical package to what we had before. Are we doing something wrong or is this by design?

Hi,I am using SCCM to deploy adobe reader with update 12 to my clients. I used the instructions from here Deploy Adobe Reader 11.0.4 with ConfigMgr 2012 SP1 | System Center ConfigMgr but even after created the custom MST file, Adobe still is prompting to be the default viewer. This is for Windows 10. Is there an updated customization wizard that I need? I have even tried using the command msiexec /i AcroRead.msi /qn IW_DEFAULT_VERB=Read and it still does not make Adobe the default viewer. Has anyone else experienced this? TIA

Hi does anyone know how I can disable protected mode at startup in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC either using the customization wizard or using the registry? I have found articles for version XI and version 10 but not sure if these will work with DC.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Many ThanksCW

Hello, I need your help! On July the 14th I bought online the Creative Cloud for Teams (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign ) so we don't have it physically. When we try to access the link to download the apps the page goes blank, it doesn't give the next option to fill my data. I purchased and ETLA license last year. A few days ago it expired and so I re-purchased. Now when using Lightroom and Photoshop it is saying my license is expired.

My small 503(c) nonprofit purchased aCreative Cloud Photography plana bit over a year ago.We now want to add another application (Illustrator) to our subscription.Is there a nonprofit discount price on a plan that includes Illustrator? I have recently join adobe (I pay the licence for the year as a student) but when I go to photoshop or other apps, they do not activate my licence and I just stay as the free account (which means just 30 days to try adobe). I currently manage around 100 computers that need a specific add-on to be installed on all the computers.Installing the CC Desktop Application is NOT an option because of the nagging to log in with your adobe account and asking to run updates on users that do not have permission to do so.Because the Extension Manager was killed off in CC 2014 this leaves no other known way to install add-ons into adobe products other than the CC Desktop Application.Is there any other way I am missing that allows me to deploy an add-on to multiple machines without using this app?
