Has anyone been able to create an App V deployment for Adobe 12 Standard? We can successfully create a package, but when an individual user opens it, they are prompted to login and activate. We have a site license for our organization, and during the package process, we had a tech login and activate. Our hope was that each user would not be prompted once the app was published? Is App V deployment supported for Adobe 12 Standard? Thanks,TG
My Enterprise installation suddenly thought it was a trial installation. In-house IT support fixed by reinstalling the Adobe Suite, but now my online Adobe account still says I'm on a trial. How do I correct this? Don't want to be auto-charged at the end of the cycle. Not sure if canceling on the single user account will impact my Enterprise instance.

It works fine if connected to external network. We can get to the Adobe websites, but cannot connect to the update server. Does anybody know the IP or web address for the update server?
We have federated id setup for our users but when a user tries to login the user gets an access denied message. We have assigned the users to an entitlement. Is there some step we missed or is there any troubleshooting documentation available to reference?

I want to enable the Install updates automatically (recommended) option described in the product documentation below. How can I do this either via the registry or a deployment toolkit? Thanks in advance guys.Adobe Acrobat DC updater settingsUpdates are delivered via two options:Install updates automatically (recommended): Acrobat Reader DC and Acrobat DC regularly checks for important updates, downloads them, and installs them automatically. When finished, you are alerted via a small message in the system tray that your software has been updated. This method is recommended since it does not require end-user intervention. It is the best way to keep Acrobat Reader DC and Acrobat DC up-to-date and more secure.Manually check for and install updates: Acrobat Reader DC and Acrobat DC don't check for updates. Instead, the end user selects Check for Updates. This option is the least secure, and only recommended in organizations that use other methods of deploying updates to their s
We are part of a consortium of schools that have an Adobe Enterprise license. I was give an account that I use to make my packages and install my software. Unlessm I logon as my admin account I cannot extract from Dreamweaver. This is in a lab environment and I am not comfortable giving my credentials to students. Because we use guest accounts me just logging into the software doesn't seem to work I have to logout and then log back out to fix the issue. How do I go about getting it where we can extract and not be logged in as me. Do I need to have the owner of the license (not our campus) go in and create another account?Thank you very much for your time.
My environment implemented strict UAC policies. This hinders users from Installing updates. Is it possible to centrally manage updates through WSUS. If not, are there tools to manage Adobe Updates centrally?
I hate hate hate Adobe's new system of software purchase! The website is cumbersome and difficult to navigate! Who has time to sift through the 1000 options on your site. You've made your programs so inaccessible that I dread the thought of adding a license to my business.I pay the monthly fee to have photoshop on my laptop and desktop. I now have an assistant and I bought a new laptop for them to use. Now I need to put Photoshop on this new machine. The problem: I keep getting an error message that says I already have Photoshop installed on two other machines. Duh! Why isn't there an option which says: "purchase another seat"?? Adobe is really limiting themselves if they don't allow someone to purchase a second software package. Can anyone throw me a link with a description of how I can start paying monthly for more photoshop software packages??...or will adobe only allow a business to purchase one version of photoshop?
When using Shibboleth authentication, is a csv file the only way to add users to a group ? Is there a way to use the user properties that may be obtained by Shibboleth?
Hello. We have just subscribed a number of people to CCT. I have created the necessary packages successfully. Now, I am in the process of setting up AUSST for the first time. I have tried on both a Windows Server 2003 SP3 and Windows Server 2008R2 server with the same results. It gets to a certain point and then seems to timeout. See command prompt text below. Is this simply network conjestion somewhere and I just have to keep trying until I jag it sometime? We have a 10Mb Fibre connection and I am doing it at a quiet time of the evening. Therefore, I don't think its my end.Any other ideas? Here is a copy of the command prompt:C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.BW\My Documents\Downloads\AUSST>AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool --root="\websites\adobeupdates\cct"Choose one of the following options :1. Our client uses an RDP connection to a Windows Server 2012 R2. All users connect to this server log in with their credentials and start working. Only ONE of those users needs the full blown Adobe Acrobat license. What is the best product to use for this kind of situation, and what is the best way to deploy/install that product?
HiThe last 4 users i have invited for named license only get the possibility af trial instead of install of software. it looks as if this started when we reached 50 users. what can i do to continue creating users ?regards Hans
We have an Enterprise License for Adobe CC 2015. We are an educational institution. In our labs, we provide PCs for our students to use Adobe applications. We do not want users to login to the cloud at all because the workstations have generic user profiles and the possibility of a user remaining logged in with their Adobe credentials is high. This presents a serious security and privacy problem. Therefore, as we have done with previous versions of Adobe Apps, we want to disable the cloud features and prevent users from logging into the Adobe cloud. Even though we exclude the Creative Cloud Desktop Application in the Creative Cloud Packager, almost all of the apps have big "Sign In" notices and some require an Adobe ID to allow the user to use the app. How to we get our Enterprise Licensed apps to NOT require Adobe ID Sign In at all?

I work in a corporate environment with over 500 installs of miscellaneous adobe CC and CC 2014 titles. I was wondering if anyone has been successful in building a batch or other type of script to uninstall any and all cc versions. I am trying to avoid having to manually uninstall each individual application prior to installing CC 2015. In our environment, we used Creative Cloud Packager to make the software installs but there is no way using the packager (that i have seen) to create the uninstallers for those same packages.Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks,
Dear Adobe Community,I am the administrator of a Creative Cloud for Teams license.I created an installation package which includes the following software:Acrobat Pro DCAfter Effects CCAudition CCBridge CCDream CCExchange PanelExtendedScript Toolkit CCExtension Manager CCFireworks CS6Illustrator CCIncopy CCInDesign CCLightroomMedia Encoder CCPhotoshop CCPrelude CCPremiere Pro CCSpeedGrade CCThe package is configured so that our IT office can update the entire suite via remote invoking the RemoteUpdateManager.exeI set up an in-house Adobe Update Server and I am able to download all the updates by launching the AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe. with both --fresh and --incremental parameters. I followed the .PDF guide on AUSST and its configuration. I also made sure that every PC can reach the URL which redirects to the in-house Adobe Update Server where all the updates are stored. Everything works fine.I am able to invoke via command line the RemoteUpdateManager.exe on a PC and it connects
Hello all,Another month, another Adobe patching headache! So I have read the Enterprise Administration guide many times, and I have been deploying and patching Adobe Flash,Reader and Acrobat for years now. Usually it goes smoothly, but eventually I always run into an issue. This time my problem is this:Last month, I created a new Acrobat XI AIP from the bas 11.0 media. I patched this AIP to 11.0.07 (quarterly)I then installed Acrobat on many clients using the command line option 'PATCH=AcrobatSecUpd11008.msp' to "chain" the OOC patch into my install, without actually applying the OOC to my AIP.Today, when I try to apply the AcrobatUpd11009.msp to these same clients, I am getting the error in the log file: "PATCH SEQUENCER: minor upgrade patch \\server\share\AcrobatUpd11009.msp is not applicable."And error in GUI: "The upgrade cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade may update a different version of the
