яHello Behance Team,I’m a professional designer from Ukraine, and I’ve been using Behance for years as a key platform to showcase my work and connect with international clients.Unfortunately, the “Send Proposal” and payment features are not available for Ukrainian users, as our country is not currently listed among the supported regions for Behance Payments. However, PayPal already operates in Ukraine, and many Ukrainian creatives work internationally, successfully receiving payments through verified PayPal business accounts. We kindly ask the Behance and Adobe teams to consider adding Ukraine to the list of supported countries for freelance payments and proposals. This would empower a large and active creative community here to collaborate safely and officially through Behance.Ukraine has thousands of verified professionals who already use Behance daily — designers, illustrators, photographers, and motion artists — and many of us rely on this platform for global visibility.Thank you for
Hi Team,it would be really useful to have a switch in AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe to download only Windows OS related sources. It would save a lot of time and storage for companies using the AUSST solution for Windows platform only.Thank you for considering this.
We create custom shortcuts, brushes, and workspaces in Photoshop; we install plugins or set up LUTs in After Effects or Premiere, but none of these personalizations can be saved to the Cloud. The fact that they aren't saved is one problem, but the occasional updates completely resetting them is a problem of a totally different magnitude. When we sign in on a new device, being prompted for the automatic synchronization of our settings, workspaces, or plugins is not a luxury—it is a fundamental necessity that has been needed for a long time.I hope that for 2026, this development becomes the highest priority item on your roadmap, finally putting an end to this irony
When users of MacOS devices attempt to sign in with the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application and signing in with DUO authentication set to block sign ins with unsuporrter OS or unknown OS', DUO will block Adobe Creative Cloud deskt top app sign in with an error for "Unknown OS" (even if running the most current MacOS). Alternatively, signing in with the web browser option, passes this DUO security check. Also of note, the same issue is not found on the Windows Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app when signing in with DUO. This leads me to believe the Adobe CC imbedded web app for the Creative Cloud app on the Mac either does not allow DUO to view the OS version, or repersents itself as a generic OS to DUO. My request is for Adobe to update this Mac Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application to allow DUO to verify the MacOS version as the Windows version of Creative Cloud desktop app does. When requesting support on this matter, Adobe support suggested using the web browse
It is baffling to me in 2024, that one of the biggest media production suites, has such a terrible Install / Update experience. Simply put, when one of my Adobe Apps receive an update, I want to be able to know whether I can commit to an update or leave it for some other time where my PC will have *supposedly enough* idle time for the update. I do not want to gamble whether Adobe CC Client can finish a given update, by the time I complete my other tasks elsewhere. Some must have, basic features that are software industry standards for ages: - Show users the update size for the software in Adobe CC Client. I want to know whether the update is a 5 minute patch, or a 30+ minute feature update. No, stating "Improvements to the Text Based Editing process and speed using AI features" does not give me an idea. - Allow users to "Pause" updates. Currently, the only option is to "Stop" the update, which cancels it out entirely, removing the already downloaded files, req
I wrote this even before Affinity was born... but the principle is the same and I thank Affinity for making this happen. All Adobe applications have interfaces that may communicate with each other. If Adobe managed a file with the .rev extension (just an example)... a sort of PDF that includes everything: images, links to vectors... videos... we wouldn't need a suite, but a single program with increasing functions. If I join the full plan, my (only) program does all the tasks.therefore we would have a single program with increasing functionality. Imagine a printout without links. When I insert the image, it is included in .rev. If I need to process it, I process it in the document with the photo editing functions. why have Premiere and After Effects when the .rev file handles everything?Again... why have to provide a pdf when the .rev file would contain all kinds of information? This is what I asked Adobe and this I will continue to ask. When I open Indesign... when I open Illustrat
As lens and camera serial numbers are embedded in the raw metadata, when equipment is reported as stolen, photos with those serial numbers taken after the date of the theft should be blocked from being imported into lightroom or Photoshop
Adobe “Essentials” for Long-Time Users Subject: Proposal for Adobe “Essentials” Versions of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Dear Adobe Team, I have been an Adobe customer for decades and continue to use Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign almost daily on a part time basis. I’m 73 years old and semi-retired, but I still design logos, ads, brochures, and identities for national and local clients. Adobe remains the clear pathway for producing professional files for print and advertising. My challenge is that Creative Cloud has become increasingly focused on AI, social media, and features I don’t use. At this stage of my career, I don’t need every update or the full Creative Cloud suite. What I value most is stability, file compatibility, and the essential tools I’ve used for years. I would like to suggest that Adobe consider releasing “Essentials” versions of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign: Core tools only – logo, layout, photo editing, type, and print prep. No AI, s
Hi Adobe, a request please to offer a perpetual license for Photoshop etc as you used to offer with a fee for upgrades every so often. If it helps I have been using Photoshop for 25yrs. Every company is subscription only and quite frankly it is out of control especially now with price increases. At least Capture One is offering a perpetual license. Time to listen to your customers, thank you.
To simplicity managment of administrators in one place, it would be ideal if we could manage administrators in the Adobe Admin console in the same way we manage Licence assignment when syncing identities from Azure AD To be more specific, it would be ideal if we could automatically set all users that are in a specific Group that is synced from Azure AD as administrators (or any othe role) automatically in the Adobe Admin portal the same way we are able to assign licneces. The current proces involves syncing users to the Adobe Admin portal (via a dedicated group) and then manually assigning the administrator role once the user has syncronised. In a large organisation with many technical staff (oftent transient) that often need to log into the Adobe portal to troubleshoot this it means we need to remember to manually provsion each user instead of just letting our identiy managment platform handle that automatically.
Dear Adobe Team,I would like to kindly request the addition of a much-needed feature in Adobe Premiere Pro: the ability to move the timeline by pressing and holding the middle mouse button. The idea is simple — when pressing the middle mouse button, the cursor should change to the “hand” icon, allowing the user to freely drag the timeline horizontally (left or right) or even vertically, just like in After Effects or Illustrator.Currently, working in Premiere Pro without this feature feels extremely inconvenient and slows down the editing workflow. It is surprising that such a basic and highly useful navigation tool, which has existed in After Effects and Illustrator for many years, is still not available in Premiere Pro.Adding this feature would greatly improve the user experience, making editing faster, more intuitive, and consistent across Adobe applications.Thank you for your attention to this request. I strongly believe that this small but powerful improvement would be greatly appre
Our company uses Dropbox for all file storage and collaboration. Each project is saved in its own structured Dropbox folder. When exporting assets, we want to ensure they stay within the correct project folder — but currently, Adobe apps (like XD, Illustrator, etc.) default to the last-used export folder, which often results in assets being exported to the wrong location, overwritten files, broken file links, etc. This affects efficiency and increases the chance of user error, especially in team environments. It would be great if files exported by default to the intended folder, or if a preference was allowed (either globally or per app)Thank you!
Right now it's only possible to change the language of the installed apps, such as Illustrator, but not the Creative Cloud app itself.
I prefer it in english, because of its wild cryptic Turkish and finding help in english is easier. Also there are million scenarios in both personal and business use, which a program that central to applications must have a configurable language selection.
I'm using Windows. I can't change the language of my OS, which for some reason means I can't change the language of my Creative Cloud desktop app. This is so so frustrating! I just want to use CC in English! Please, please include language settings in the Creative Cloud.
With the "Creative Cloud Desktop" management app, you can change the installation language of the apps it controls. What I can't change is the language of the app itself. On the operating system I can have the language is not English and I have no power to change it, but for the apps I have that chance.Nonetheless, I cannot find in any way, even looking through all the entries in all the menus of this app, a way to change its own language. It would seem to be tied to the operating system in which it is installed. This way of handling things does not provide me with any means of solving the problem. ( In addition to this, creative cloud itself, on the web, does not allow me to say "speak to me in English," even if I change the language of the browser: it reads the IP and forces me to use the language of the state I am in...but that is not what is useful to me! ) My priority is to change the language of the desktop app and its content to ENGLISH.This is mainly because the
Every time there is an app update; on my desktop, the desktop icon is also updated to the exact same icon that has always been there and it moves it from where I placed it to the top left corner of my desktop. How about if the icon changes it gets updated and if it doesn't change, LEAVE IT ALONE! This seems like a small issue but it is very frustrating to deal with 10 times a week!
I'm desperately missing the quick actions category on the home page of the Creative Cloud desktop app. The 'remove background' in particular was great as it allowed direct PNG download in one click. We're now left with the Adobe Express quick actions, which are not quick at all:Once the image is uploaded I have to manually select the 'remove background' option, despite having clicked on that quick action in the app menu. Then worst of all, we have to click 'download' to open a menu in which we have to manually select the PNG format from a drop-down and then another click to actually save the image. At the very least, the PNG format should be the default option for the 'remove background' action. The Express way is considerably more time consuming and annoying especially when you have to process several images. Please please please bring back the actual quick tool on the home page.
Using the web based assets site doesn't respond in the same was as the app did. I used the app as a part of my workflow to send large Photoshop files that would normally be too large to send to a client any other method quickly. I am not able to download a file in the same way from the web from my phone and send it to a client. Seems that this is a downgrade in an era that should only be technology forward for upgrades for the app.
First of all, increasing the Adobe Pro Creative Plan from 20$ a month to 29.99$ a month is insane. To top it all off I've had this subscription for over a year now, which means I have to pay 39.99$ a month??!! How am I as a college student supposed to pay this 40$ a month till I graduate? I have never seen more of a greedier company who do not care about its users. Don't even get me started on the cancellation fee...
Hello Adobe Team, As a long-time Illustrator user, I want to suggest a feature that would significantly improve workflow efficiency. Currently, once text is expanded, there’s no way to see what font was originally used. This becomes frustrating when revisiting a file later, only to realize that I need to retype or match text but can’t recall the font. My proposal is a “Font Recall” feature: when hovering over expanded text, Illustrator would display the original font name (and style) that was used prior to expanding. This would save time, reduce guesswork, and streamline design revisions. This small addition would have a big impact for designers who frequently expand text for outlines, logos, and print work. Thank you for considering this improvement — I believe it would be a valuable enhancement for the design community. Best regards,Salty Design Studio
Please make it possible to download entire folders or multible files (more than 10) from the cloud. It isn't possible to save hundreds of files for my backup. That's something a cloud should offer for a pofessional workflow.
