I’m kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I forgot to cancel the 7-day free trial before it ends. My Gcash was charged with the amount of ₹2599 as the 1 year subscription of the app.  I understand that it is not easy to make a refund decision immediately but I hope to be considered as I am still a student and I can't afford to make such huge amount of purchase. I really am hoping to be refunded as I need the money for my tuition fee for my college studies. I have no means to purchase such huge amount of money. I really need the money for my studies. I just forgot to cancel before the free trial ends. Please help me with the refund. I can't afford that amount and accidentally purchased the 1 year subscription and forgot to cancel the free trial. Please add a toggle to hide "Add to Acrobat PDF Spaces" from the Android highlight menu.Currently, when the app is installed, it automatically injects shortcuts like "Add to Acrobat PDF Spaces" and "Create PDF" into the system-wide text selection context menu (the menu that appears when highlighting text in any app, like a web browser).Giving users control over this would greatly improve the user experience and keep our mobile workspaces clean.

color pickerI think it would be a really useful feature to have quick access to recently used colors or saved colors. When I find myself working with the same clients, using the same hex’s over and over and often use notes or stickies to copy+paste from. 

When I generate a QR code in Express, I should be able to input mailto:helpdesk@xyzco.com?subject=Service Request and it generate a QR code that creates an email.  Your weak competitors do this, why can’t you Adobe, the most expensive software out there?  Come on, get with the program please!

The world doesn’t need varieties of Acrobat files.  What it needs is your software to stop refusing to cut pages, print, edit, or do whatever I click it to do.  So you should tooltip all mentions of your varieties of Acrobat files if you are going to make me blind-choose to convert it into some other form that you will let me change.  Really you should just let me make changes to anything.  I have a signed document with several pages of attachments,, and I want to make a file of the attachments.  Can I do it?  No, because it is signed.

When in boards, the default is always nano banana, I want it to be Adobe Firefly 4. There should be a way to set this to the default one on creating a new board / boards in general as I never want to use nano banana 

I’ve been using Premiere for more than the past 12 years. In that time, the number one frustration for me all along, regardless of input device is snappiness when moving clips around on a timeline. I often find extending head/tails of clips or moving along the timeline that for no apparent reason the clips will be off a frame or two, snapping to virtually nothing else. I dont experience this at all in any other NLE, particularly Resolve or Media Composer. For once and for all, I’d love the snapping to just SNAP!

With so many people moving away from Windows and Mac Environments due to hardware compatibility, privacy and security reasons, we need Adobe products to also support Zorin OS linux.  Please make this happen as soon as possible before we find linux software or AI alternatives to your products.

Why are all the files inside Adobe CC show the same date. Would be great if Adobe can only show the actual date the file was last updated. This would allow the user to see when the last update. This facilitates knowing a change was made to a tool in PS

Currently, when multiple Smart Filters are applied to a layer, they share a single global filter mask.I would like each Smart Filter to have its own independent mask, allowing precise control over the visibility of each effect separately.This would greatly improve flexibility in non-destructive workflows, especially when stacking multiple filters that require different masking areas.

I'm a documentary director currently working on a film with approximately 13 hours of interview footage. I've been testing a workflow that I think points to something important for the future of editing inside Premiere Pro.Here's what I did:I used Premiere Pro's Text-Based Editing to transcribe all 13 hours of material. Requesting support for generating multiple videos simultaneously.  Currently, only one video can be processed at a time, which slows down workflows. Enabling concurrent generation would significantly improve efficiency and productivity for creators handling multiple outputs.  Thank you for your consideration.

I would like to request a modification or addition of an option to change the appearance of the screen displayed when exporting images. I'd like it to not show the images in the background, but rather that when the "Exporting images, 1/14" screen appears, everything behind it is black, or that the "Exporting" box fills the entire screen so that no images are visible behind it. When exporting large quantities of images, I have to leave my tablet or phone on for several minutes, and if I have to leave it on the table, or if someone walks behind me, I want to maintain privacy regarding the images I'm exporting. This process often takes more than 40 minutes when there are over 140 images. Please add this option or modify the export screen to provide this privacy while browsing. Thank you.

It was really help with workflow if we didn’t have to save and then open or drag reference images into Firefly and the AI models.

I would like the option to pin or lock sequence tabs at the top of the timeline.Often when I switch between sequences, I close one by accident. There is no ctrl-t option like in most browsers or softwares. So an option to pin or lock the tabs could solve that. Obviously a ctrl-t option to re-open the recently closed tab would also solve this.

Going all the way back to the beginning of Bridge, I have always wondered why Thumbnails, dimensions in inches, does not show exact numbers. It is always rounded up from a tenth of an inch. Example: a file described in Bridge shows a file as 15.2x22.6, yet when opened in PS it is 15.2x22.527.I assume it is to save visual real estate but it requires opening every file to confirm exact dimensions in inches. We often make print files with a fine black line around the image. So a 16x20 will show up as 16.1x20.1 with only 6 pixels added around for trimming. It assumes that we are good with the "estimated" numbers. Having exact dimensions allow checking for accuracy and consistentcy.

Hello, Please remove the POST a comment feature. I use Adobe Acrobat Pro to edit large documents and am annoyed by the latest update that forces me to “Post” a comment/edit each time. It is cumbersome and achieves nothing! This has also slowed down the pace significantly in my job as a copyeditor! Someone suggested using the “Option, Enter” as well, but I'm still not keen on hitting more buttons to make ONE edit. Also, if this is something I can disable, please let me know. Thank you! 

Here’s an idea, can I get a way to actually cancel the sub in the app.. Instead of going to your dogshit website that conveniently works perfectly but the menu to load the cancel plan is the only thing in the website I’ve clicked on that doesn’t instantly load and after over 20 refreshes it still doesn’t work…YOU ARE EVERYTHING WRONG WITH SOFTWARE AND I CANT WAIT FOR THE DAY AI REPLACES YOUR SHITTY PRODUCTS.Best regards,Someone who will do everything possible to not use your products ever again
