I have an iMac with OS Sierra 10.12.2. I am needing to update my Flash Player, to be able to watch videos, but installation won't finish. Each time it goes to 95% but won't finish. I have read other forums with similar problems and have tried those things, but still it doesn't work. Any help or tips would be appreciated!!! Thanks!

I have adjusted a particular game NUMEROUS times in settings Google Chrome) to allow ADOBE FLASH PLAYER. It will NOT stay and my game keeps having the flash player blocked rendering me unable to play the game. What and where is the issue? This is a brand new laptop.
Your instructions are TOO techniccal! I JUST want to watch the news video! FIX the problem on your end! This did NOT happen previously, until the Update!
Adobe says Flash is pre installed, but there is no sign of it in extensions, so I can't enable it. Using Chromium Version 46.0.2480.0 Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
For the longest time I have been using the EXE versions of the flash ActiveX and plugin versions to push out flash updates to my clients. Even though it's supposed to be integrated in Windows 10, the Microsoft updates are slow and unreliable, especially in a corporate environment. I have been able to continue using the exe's to install the updates manually (using "install_flash_player_24_active_x.exe -install -au 2") with a set of custom scripts. This worked fine through Flash v24.0.0.194. However, when I just tried to update to v24.0.0.221 the ActiveX exe will not install. It keeps erroring with exit code 1054. I cannot find anything on this error code. Hi, apologies in advance if I'm using this forum incorrectly. I'm used to the 'old-school' forums where it's just a straight list you read or post to.I asked via direct message this question but was directed here. So, here was the direct message content:Hello, I'm inquiring about a performance issue with the most recent stable build of flash player. Are you aware of a problem where with Firefox (47.0 +) the latest release of flash player (24.0.0.221), HBOGO playback is choppy and audio falls out of sync with video, fullscreen mode? Prior to this release (I had the previous stable build -- I update each time it instructs me to do so), HBOGO playback was great. When starting a video one night a couple of weeks ago, I was informed there was a new flash player. So, I updated. Now, performance is terrible. This makes it very difficult to suspect either HBOGO, my hardware, or firefox. The performance issue is very clearly on the side of Flash player. Please tell me this is
Concerns 12'notebook with Windows10.Over 5 years old, rather limited processing.Recently I upgraded Adobe Flashplayer.Shortly after I scanned with AVG.I got a message. There was a file or map signed with a damaged certificate by Adobe. It was clean though AVG advised to remove Adobe and do another download. After I had done I scanned again and I got the same message, though another file.Does anyone know about?Could anyone or any organisation abuse this for installing any kind of malware? Is it necessary to do something.I am not 100% sure it's due to the Flashplayer. The first message was just short after an upgrade of the flashplayer, then I removed and did another official download from Adobe.
Hello, can anyone provide me with a LINK to the Flash Player 24 STANDALONE version?? I need to be able to open web links etc in it. I need the actual program and I need it for MAC not Windows. Please help. And please do not post a link to a forum thread. I just need the freaking standalone flash player 24 download link for MAC. I don't see why it has to be so hidden.

I've already posted about this, but I didn't get a meaningful answer, and another user who posted with the exact same issue was also unanswered. My question is very simple: How do I install Flash Player on a Mac without an admin password? The downloadable installer demands one before it will do anything. When I click "show package contents" and extract the Flash installer package, open it up manually, and unzip the archive inside it, I get an unusable "Flash Player.plugin.lzma" file.I need a way to decompress the Flash Player.plugin.lzma file.ORI need a link to download the Flash Player plugin, as in the actual "Flash Player.plugin" file, and NOT an installer app, which the main download link offers.ORAn installer program that can extract and install the Flash Player file into ~/Library/Internet Plugins and do so WITHOUT demanding an admin password.

Hello,I had a pop up from Firefox saying I needed to update flash.I followed the link and downloaded but before installing I stopped as I was unsure if the link was legitimate because it began with 'get3.'Please can you let me know if this was a legitimate link or if there's a possible risk from this? I think the link was either:Adobe - Adobe Flash Player Download Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions Many thanks for your help in advanceJohn
I use Chrome for my Facebook and to play an online game using Windows 10, yesterday when logged in onto my game it said I had to download the latest version of Flash. I went to the archived downloads at Adobe.com and downloaded and installed the version date (1/10/2017) Flash Player 24.0.0.194 (405mb) and reinstalled WinZip for it. Once it said my laptop said the updated version of Flash Player was installed I restarted my laptop and logged onto Facebook and then logged onto my game only to get the same response as before, that I needed the latest version of Flash Player. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to do?? The game was working great the day before and then this.
I have recently upgraded to Win10, and I was using chrome pretty alright for a while, without any issues, however from one day to another i'm having "couldn't load plugin" in any flash-related programs/websites on Google Chrome.Chrome ver: 45.0.2454.46 beta-m (64-bit)Flash ver: 19.0.0 (however my folder says it's the 18.0.0.209 version).I'm at a loss, tried disabling it, running chrome as admin, it's so sudden, i don't know what to do.
Recently, I've experienced issues with audio stopping on video sites, such as YouTube. There are a few others, but I don't remember which ones they are currently. I'm running version 24.0.0.221 on Windows 7 Home Premium. Sometimes, it stops after 30 seconds, sometimes 8 minutes. Normally, it'll run for maybe 30 seconds to 2 minutes and then cut out again. This happens on both Firefox and Chrome, as well.I've uninstalled and reinstalled Flash, to no avail. Has anyone else had this issue? Am I missing a step, or did I do something wrong?
It's been many years since I've seen a Flash plugin install without the ability to opt-out of the 3rd party promo, i.e. toolbars, McAfee, etc. This latest Flash plugin update I received today forced McAffee Security install. Just informing the Adobe team so they can be aware this is not typical at least in recent times.I am using Windows 10 with Chrome. The update notification was delivered to me via desktop notification.Regards

Since the latest update, I'm having problems with the flash player plugin being blocked. I've gone through all the steps to "always allow" and "enable" on every website and preference possible - chrome and mac preferences. I can't get it to remember the site visited as "always allow." Please help!As seen below - I get the red X and the message plugins were blocked. I have enabled on chrome and in mac preferences and yet every time I go to this site it won't remember my settings. Is there anything else I can do to get rid of this message?[moderator: edited topic title to better describe the issue and included os/browser]
