I currently use the most up to date versions of firefox and flash player and was having no issue last night but today trying to view any flash content will result in an instant crash. No loading just grey box with a sad face saying flash has crashed. I have turned off hardware acceleration in flash and in firefox as well as unticked the protective mode box and still nothing I can not look at or change any other settings now as it just will not load it just straight crashes. I just tried to view flash content in chrome and it works without issue but on firefox instant crash. Is anybody able to help me with this? I have no even turned my pc off since the time it was working and now so I have no idea what is going on with flash.Edit: Just tested with the edge browser and flash is working fine with it as well.

We found that after the upgrade to win10, flash page in the application, access to the recorded data is not normal. We install the latest version of the browser and the latest version of flash player, recording is not normal. 1. On firefox, can not get the microphone data, SampleDataEvent not working. (Debug version of flash player, recording normal) 2. On chrome, SampleDataEvent work, but some data loss. 3. On IE, normal recording. Flash seems to be causing glitches with the audio in Youtube videos. I tried completely uninstalling the Flash player and that fixed the problem. Then I reinstalled Flash, but deactivated it, and that fixed the problem as well. But if I activate it the problem returns. I just can't have Flash active and play HTML5 videos without audio problems. This happens on both Firefox and Chrome. FYI, I'm currently using Firefox with hardware acceleration. Tried reinstalling Firefox, but that made no difference.I need flash for Pandora, otherwise I'd just ditch it. So, any ideas about how to fix this?Thanks

Hello,We've applied for a distributed MSI installer of the latest Flash Player (v23) a few weeks ago, and still heard nothing from Adobe.This is becoming increasingly important as Microsoft are blocking any Adobe Flash content previous to v21 in IE11 as of 11 October this year. In a corporate environment we need to obtain the installer, perform UAT then deploy, so waiting weeks for no response just seems a little odd.I have checked junkmail, etc, but cant find it anywhere.Has anyone else had this problem with lack of response for a simple offline installer request?If so, what was your wait time like?

We have an distribution license agreement for installing Flash.  The e-mail we received has a link for downloading the software.  That page, in turn, has a link for SCUP.  However, the SCUP is for 23.0.0.185, not the latest release for APSB16-33.  How can we get the appropriate update for our Windows 7 users?Thank you.Ken KempEddy County of NM IT575-885-9128kkemp@co.eddy.nm.us

The installer downloads and may get as far as open but then nothing more. I uninstalled previous versions but still nothing. Computer says installer not responding

I am trying to open up my o2 mobiel phone account in order to read my bills but I am being blocked from doing this by an instruction to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. I go through the various of stages of downloading until I reach the requirement for my password. This appears not to be my ordinary Adobe password which I can remember and have used today to enter the Adobe member system. It seems to be another password altogether. I am forced to guess what it is, and its not one of my usual passwords. After a few failures I am given a clue: "I left my heart in" - and the answer isn't San Francisco! So how do I get past this obstacle. At present I am blocked from discovering why 02 is billing for a large sum of money but the obstacle will recur in other circumstances soon, I am sure. Your help, please, Adobe Experts!!!!!

Flash Player app does seem to install and says it is done but Flash Player is not in the Applications folder, only and alias.

I have always had Adobe let me know when an update is needed, rather than letting them install automatically.  From reading the information, I understand that there could be some urgent updates needed that it might be better to let it install automatically.  But I do NOT want McAfee installed on my computer and deselect that option every time that Adobe advised me it is time for an update.  If I say that it can install automatically, will it install McAfee as well?  Thanks for any help you can give.

I tried downloading the latest flash player. Three times it stopped at 47 percent and told me to close internet explorer. I went for help and checked my internet tools, tried everything suggested. I clicked retry and the only option left was to abort. What do I do now? Uninstall?  -- On the other hand, the videos that weren't playing a minute ago are playing now. What happened?

I have to update my Flash player v.22.0.0.209 on my MacBook but every time I download the update for v.23.0.0.162 it downloads the file fine but the act of installation doesn't happen. The file will try to open and for awhile it seems to be working but then it just stops responding. My Mac more than meets the minimum system requirements but for some reason it won't let me update. Others say uninstalling Flash and trying to reinstall it only leaves you without Flash at all.  Can anyone help?Thank you very much.

I am getting stuck at installing Adobe at 90%.  I have tried numerous times and still not working.   I ran the uninstaller and reinstalled Adobe and still nothing happens.  My Java Script is turned on in Safari Preferences.  Help!

I am trying to install Adobe Flash and it keeps trying to sell me Adobe Images which I already signed for and then cancelled.  How can I get Adobe Flash without going through this again?
