Hi I use a browser app called ''AudioTool'' which allows me to create music in browser.Over the past few months of using it my songs have become complex and heavy and now most of them have loads of lag or crashes. This is very annoying for me as I can no longer continue my workIt says either the Flash has crashed or the shockwave has crashedI contacted the developer and they told me I was hitting the flash players memory limit, it quickly used 2gb then stopped loading. I have a fast machine with 16gb of ram.. How do I allocate this browser/flash to use more of this ram to stop the crashes?Thanks!

I have the latest El Capitan.I got prompted to update Flash.  Flash install always failed at 53% complete.So I tried the advice offered of delete Flash Player and re-install.Now I have no Flash Player at all and can’t install because it always stops at 53% complete and says it Failed.The advice offered doesn’t help.Has Adobe finally abandoned Flash Player without telling anyone?  What is going on?There is no support and a clean install doesn’t help, except a clean install takes me from outdated Flash Player to no Flash Player.Yes, I’m closing all browsers before installing.  The fail is very sudden and offers no useful feedback.

Hello, from 3 months up to now I've not been able to install the latest version of flash player, I always get the famous "Initialization error".I'm using latest version of Firefox (47.0.1) on Windows 7 sp1 pro 32 bit (updated to the latest patch); I've got a proxy, but I tried the installation without the proxy, same result.I collected logs (even with the adm trace), but no information in them.At the end, I applied for receiving the offline installer, but as I'm a private Adobe support told me it's not possible to receive the link to the offline installer.I'm not asking for a solution to the problem, which seems too difficult (I've googled a lot of forums for the same problem, but no solutions); I'm only asking for the offline installer to be downloadable.Thanks in advanceBruno

Hi allI think this may fall on deaf ears (Adobe's). I am responsible for a network of over 650 machines. This week there is an important Flash Player update because of security issues. I've had a licence for years now to download the MSI, but on logging into my account today I have had to re-apply for the rights to do this!!! Why are you doing this Adobe? I have nearly a 1,000 students that cannot perform Flash Based tests because I cannot update your software, because you make it SO hard to obtain it.Adobe's system now now tells me I have to wait 3 days for an answer to my application!!!Adobe needs to do something about this, because it is IMPORTANT!

Excuse me!When we've done the edition, it can run well with flash, but it's not workable through website, like Chrome, Mozilla, IE, Edge. However, it's only workable while using IE7 under WINDOS XP. Hi, I applied for an Adobe Software Distribution last month for several of your products (Adobe® AIR® Runtime, Adobe® Flash® Player, Adobe® Acrobat Reader® DC Software and Adobe® Shockwave® Player). Received an "acceptance" email with download link for Flash but once logged in to the site (link: Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe ) it states that "No Adobe Flash Player distribution license found for this user."...Please advise how to proceed...BTW: Flash Player is too important to put in a registration wall for the download. I cannot get Flash 23 to work properly on Opera - every time I use I have to right click and run app and even then it doesn't work 90% of the time. Is there a way that I can download Flash 22 until these bugs are sorted out

i have a chromebook and everytime i attempt to use websites that require a camera it says i need to update, then i click the update and it says i have it

When using Win 8 PC and IE 11.0.96 to watch live TV on xfinity web site while connected to the TV via HDMI cable, things seem to work okay, UNLESS I unplug the HDMI cable, or hit the back button to see the TV schedule, or even just turn off the TV without touching the computer (along with other actions).  If this is done, then when the image is restored, it will be frozen.  No amount of waiting or reloading will bring the streaming back.  The only fix seems to be to log out, close the browser, and then log back in.  I have flash 23.0.0.162I suspect the PC's video software or flash.I had been using firefox, but watching xfinity videos with firefox drives the PC into CPU overdrive, as evidenced by constant running of the fan at high speed.  Switching to IE mostly fixed that.Note that this is not the same problem with intermittent freezes and pixelating that many people have which is more of a buffering thing.  This just freezes stuck and stays stuck, like so

Hello,Since the release of the version 23 of the flash player, we experience several issues on mac computers with a Flex-based application:- on Chrome and Firefox, some pages now take 5 or 6 times more than before (or compared to other OS computer) to display- on Safari display times are better BUT scrolling events (from the mouse wheel) are not passed to the application by the browser, so all scroll-bars have to be controlled manually with the cursors, which is far from ideal...By the way both these problems persist with last update (23.0.0.185). Are they known issues? Do you plan to fix them soon?For now our work-around is to prevent flash plugin to update from 22 to 23 but this can only be a temporary solution, and it doesn't even work with all browsers (Safari doesn't allow out-of-date flash player).

My windows 10 computer came with the free adobe flash player. I was having problems with it so I uninstalled it thinking that I could reinstall it with ease. Well, in trying to do so, the adobe flash player download will not allow me to download it because it keeps saying that I already have it on the computer when I actually don't. Any help?

I have an older computer running Windows XP with the last version of Google Chrome (I am disabled without much spare cash to replace computer yet). I had replaced/renamed the dll included in the new flash players to pepflashplayer.dll (and put it in the correct locations) for previous updates, and this worked until last month, when the error Opera browsers were getting showed up in Google Chrome -- any flash content would throw up the error "couldn't load plugin." I saw word that this was fixed for Opera in pepflashplayer32_23_0_0_162.dll, but figured that's probably only for Opera and not Google Chrome.Can anyone tell me how, using the standalone installers, what steps are needed to update the Flash Player to version 23.0.0.185 in the last Windows XP version of Chrome? I have no problem renaming or moving files around.

After updating chrome to the latest Version 54.0.2840.59 (64-bit), flash is working correctly on the chrome Mac browser instance, but no longer working on the webdriver instance. With selenium webdriver, the flash plugin display "Is not supported"How to overcome this issue? (Beside just to roll back the chrome version and flash plugin version)This is affecting all the BDD selenium tests.

Hello Everybody, We recently encountered an issue a few days ago where presentations on disc do not load correctly since the update. I have tried uninstalling,re-installing, the problem still occurred. I have tried the same process using IE 11.589.10586.0, Firefox 48.0.2 and Edge 25.10586.0.0. The problem we are experiencing is that we can no longer play Flash presentations locally and that this is a problem for our customers who are trying to play Flash presentations from a CD, or files on their hard drive. We have been testing some things on our side, but have been unsuccessful in finding the root cause of the playback problem. We did get to test on a machine that still had Flash 22, the items played correctly across all browsers.  Is there anything that you can suggest that we can look into because as of right now we are stumped.  Thank you in advance. <moderator edit: modified title to clarify issue>

On the Download page, there is a pop-up for Step 1 which shows a choice for Mac OS X 10.6 - 10.12 and a only choice of the current release 23. The problem is the technical specifications and system requirements say, OS X 10.9 Mavericks or newer is required. So which is it? My guess is the requirements are in fact 10.9 based on the info.plist in the installer. So what is the last version for Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard?

Please am trying to play games on Chrome and when I try to open a game.   The game states I have to update my flash player.  Checked if Chrome was up to date and it is, as well as my flashplayer.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
