Hey there,I am using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11. I also use Firefox. While the plugin-version of "Flash Player" is updated automatically without problems, the ActiceX-Version is not updated. It is still 14.0.....Why doesn't the ActiveX-Version update together with the plugin-version? I always have to do it manually ....

I installed Flash in to my computer (super micro system) I just finished building. I had conflicts and problems from the bundled software. The McAfee Scan that came with it was able to be un-installed using Add Remove Programs. The Intel Security software was nowhere to be found. I had to use System Restore to bring back the computer to before Flash was installed. Now, how do I get just the Flash software without the bundles so I can use Flash in
Your Flash Version21.0.0Your browser nameSafari (NPAPI)Your Operating System (OS)Macintosh (OSX)I am having problems downloading the newest update of adobe flash player. I started by clicking on the 'install now' on the adobe flash player download page ( Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions ). Then AdobeFlashPlayer_21_a_install.dmg appears in my downloads folder. Clicking on this makes the red icon of the adobe flash player installer appear, so I open this and then click on adobe flash player installer. After being asked if I'm sure I want to open it (and clicking open), and entering my password, a new window pops up saying installation will begin shortly and then barely a second after will say there is an Application Initialization error and the only link on there is Finish which takes me straight back to the Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions web page again. Here is a screenshot of the error message: Please can someone help me, I am so confused right now!

I am trying to install the newest version of flash on my computer. I have a windows PC running windows 7 professional, using Firefox. I have gone as far as to remove the prior versions of flash that I had from my system. Whenever I download the file and attempt to install I get an error message stating it is unable to install because there is an installer already running and can only have one instance. When I downloaded the stand alone installation file, it began installation, then provided me with the same error message. I need to have this installed to run the programs for an online course I am taking and am very frustrated. The error message occurs whether or not firefox is open and the same message occurs when attempting to install from internet explorer.
I operate Windows 7 and use Firefox. I downloaded the Adobe NPAPI update yesterday and now can't open any new windows and all I get are popups saying "warning unresponsive script" - continually. The only way to stop it is to uninstall NPAPI, but then I can't access the few games I play unless I re-install. If I do, then the whole process begins again. I have tried debugging the script" option. Anyone have a solution?

I am trying to download an app that needs Flash 11.1 - which it says I do not have. Step 1: When I go to the Adobe Flash download page, it tells me that Flash comes with Windows 8, and therefore I don't need to download it. Step 2: When I hit the button that says "Test Flash Player", the message says "Flash is either not installed, not enabled, or ActiveX filtering is on". Step 3: I follow the instructions for enabling Flash (it already is) and turning off ActiveX filtering (it is already off), but Test Flash gives me the same message. If I try downloading Flash, I go back to Step 1.Microsoft tells me to get help from Adobe. Of course, there is no help from Adobe except this forum. If anyone can help with this I would appreciate it.

Over the night, for some unknown reason, the text within the chat boxes found on Livestream's legacy website, Original.livestream, have been pixelated, blurry, or lower resolution. They only look like they did originally when the page is zoomed in 500% I have restarted my computer, reinstalled chrome, and messed around with the Adobe Settings Manager, to no avail. It is only on this computer, and only on the specific chat boxes on Original.livestream.
I have a new hard drive with Windows 10 so I'm reloading all of my software. I reloaded the latest Firefox and then discovered I needed to load Flash Player so I did that noting that it was specifically for Firefox. After installing, it has been a nightmare. Whenever I go on-line to any site, I get a flashing (about every 5 to 10 seconds) brief error message which, I think, is about a running script. I have "caught" it fast enough to stop the script but it has made no difference and the problem continues. What's more, I cannot load a live video.I went to Edge (which I didn't want to do) and found that Flash Player is already loaded on it and it works fine.So I uninstalled Flash Player for Firefox and I can go on-line just fine but I can't view any live videos. For what it's worth, my Flash Player on my notebook is working fine with Firefox so this is something new with the new hard drive and new software installations.Oh, I did have to upgrade my virus protection.
