himy macbook pro keep crashing the web site that have flash player content and i send these report crashand some time it crash the browser and yes i send some report for firefox and some time it crash the hole system and i did send some report there tooand for like a week im calling apple and they walk me throw steps to make shore it's not a cash file of plug-in or system problemthey try to reset my ram and smc uninstalling flash player and deleting plugin's and deleting cash's file all over the placemy macbook never crash when i use photoshop or illustrator or after effect but just on games or flash player content i try to install windows 10 on my macbook pro it worked fine for the flash player but i cannot install driver for trackpad and keyboard lightbut i have no problem going to windows if i can setup a driver's for windows on my macbook                        &n

i currently have windows 10 on my system and a browser called maxthon cloud, the issue is that i have installed beta 20 installer version of flash player on it but there is another type of flash player called content debugger i dont know which flash player is right for my browser... as there are two different types of beta 20 flash player available to download please could somebody get back to me a.s.a.p via email

Running Windows 8.1 with Internet Explorer and Flash Player pre-installed.  Flash Player volume is unusably low on many websites even with computer volume and player volume at highest levels.  Suggestions?  Thank you.    

I have a newer computer (new to me, but refurbished) running windows 7 and internet explorer 11.  I have installed adobe flash player 5 million times, tried other browsers etc.  I show that flash player is installed and enabled however it still is not running when I verify that I have it.  Active x is off as well.  PLEASE HELP!!!

I have been able to successfully play videos presumably requiring Flash Player (eg, Facebook) in my Internet Explorer 11 browser for quite awhile now.  A few weeks ago they stopped playing, and IE displays the error message that Flash Player is required for such videos.  I attempted download and installation of Flash Player from adobe.com several times, each time the installer launches, downloads to 100%, and proceeds to install but always fails with error "ActiveX Control could not be registered".I have tried the following install scenarios:(1) downloading & running the independent activex control install package from adobe(2) turning off my Symantec/Norton anti-virus during download & install(3) opening Task Manager and ending the iexplorer.exe processes still showing after closing IE(4) not opening Task Manager, allowing iexplorer.exe processes (2 of them) to continue running after closing the IE app.(5) made sure that IE "ActiveX Filtering" is turned OFF (ie, Unch

I need to downgrade to an older version of flash because my machine only has a 2.08ghz processor and the current version requires 2.33ghz. Every time I try to install an older version, the program kindly informs me that I am installing an outdated version, and redirects me to their website without the option to continue. Why is this??? Is there any way around it? Also, does anyone know the latest version my machine will support?

Hi TeamWe are having Java based application with the Flash course, it works very well using the previous flash players (15.0.0.167). I'm pretty sure this isn't officially supported. But, there are a lot of articles on how to install Flash Player from archives.  What is the official word on support?

Operating system: Windows 8.1, Internet Explorer 11.  Adobe Flashplayer is automatically updated on my computer.  I keep getting the screen to  update Adobe Flashplayer and then the Adobe check page says I don't need the update. My tech said there's a code conflict with Adobe Flash Player and the code in the newer sites.  I'm wondering if there isn't an add-on I could download to make Adobe Flash Player more compatible with the current sites.

What is the latest version of Adobe Flash Player? Is there a link on the Adobe site that I can look at to show me the latest version before I download it?

I am using Windows 8.1, 64 bit operating system with Flash Player 19.0.0.245 on Internet Explorer. Whenever I try to look at a posted video on Facebook, I get this error screen; "Flash Player Upgrade Required"  "Get Flash Player".  When I click on "Get Flash Player" I'm told that Flash Player is up to date.  Flash Player is enabled, Active X is unchecked. What will solve this problem?

I'm unable to access any page running Flash (19.0.0.245) in Chrome (46.0.2490.86), Edge (20.10240.16384.0), or IE11 on my Windows 10 machine. In Chrome, attempting to access pages like youtube.com or espn.com returns the "A plugin (Shockwave Flash) isn't responding" bar and the page becomes unresponsive. The same pages fail to load in Edge or IE11 with no further explanation.I've tried resetting browser settings/cookies, disabling hardware acceleration, and shutting down the computer entirely, but none of those operations had an impact. If I disable the Pepper Flash plugin, the pages respond but I'm (obviously) unable to access video or audio content from the affected pages.

Ever since flash updated itself to v 19 in ALL my windows 10 machines - NOflash video plays on any of them. The Flash browser plugin is constantly crashing in Firefox, and instead of the "reload" image and text - all I get is an empty gray box where the video is suppose to be. I wonder if all those advertisers realize that nobody can see their ads anymore? That nobody from the media (msnbc, cnn, abc, cbs etc) can see their streaming shows anymore. This isn't just me - it is a massive break down. There MUST be a better format for video than flash like Silverlight or perhaps something else?

install_flash_player_19_active_x.msi and install_flash_player_19_plugin.msi installed without errors  (winxp and win7).in "Programs, and Function" added entry "Adobe Flash Player 19 ActiveX" and "Adobe Flash Player 19 NPAPI" (both - version 19.0.0.245).But in browsers (IE8, IE11, Firefox42) previous version 19.0.0.226 disappears from the list of plug-ins, and version 19.0.0.245 doesn't appear.with version 19.0.0.185 - there are no problems.

HiI have been inserting swf animations into power points for a long time and they have always worked.  If I open one of the previous PowerPoint's and run it the animations work great. Recently I have found a problem in that if I edit the PowerPoint and save it.
