I have Creative Cloud. When I try to use NPR's Media Player window it says I need to Download the newest Flash??? I have done all of my updates in Creative Cloud and also cleared Browser history, cookies, etc.
Every time I see a content that requires flash (ads, stuff like that), it appears as a darkened static picture with a white play button in the middle....to see what I mean, I'll show you how my character (that requires flash to be animated) in a game called Gaia Online looks:(every ad looks like this too) Also: when I click the actual play button it doesn't make the content move, instead it sends me to the ad's site, instead of making it move. Both my flash and chrome are up to date and I don't have a clue why this problem happens....How can I make my Flash normal again? (not showing these non-working buttons, but instead displaying content normally) Thank you for your help
Trying to install Flash Player. It gets to about 52% and says to close internet explorer. i have gone into task master and ended processes, but still won't install.

When attempting to access a site that requires adobe flash I receive the error "Alternate HTML content should be placed here. This content requires the Adobe Flash Player. Get Flash" I have checked that the flash player is enabled in IE and that ActiveX is disabled. I have also checked my version of flash player but it says that my flash player is out of date and when I go to download the newest version it tells me I don't have to download anything for windows 10. I have also installed updates on the PC, we have this problem occurring on multiple PC's in our office some are windows 10 and some windows 7.
Adobe Flash Player seems to have stopped working entirely on my computer. Any programs that require a flash player like Steam, Spotify, or Rainmeter won't respond or load and when I try and go to a website in my browser that requires a flash player, the browser freezes and I get an error message saying that the shockwave plug-in has crashed. I've tried to re-install Adobe Flash multiple times and I know I have the latest version. Any help would be appreciated.

Strange issue here. When I attempt to run a software cd SOME but not all will open, read to a certain choice, then stop responding when I select the install software box. I bought a new cd and will be disappointed if the cd does not work. As a test I opened and ran several CDs. Some worked some did not. Same error message. I used a copy of the same cd from another supplier with the same result. The other players that are capable of opening data CDs go to FLASH. So I have no choice. Any access to the cd produces the same results. So I am convinced there is nothing wrong with the cd. the issue is the player. It plays all other content from websites.straming video, audio CDs. Solutions please. reeltoreelguy@gmail.com.
I'm running Windows 10, I.E.11. Adobe says the player is integrated into I.E. 8 and above, but mine reports out of date, I have version number 19.0.0.185. Adobe says I need version number 19.0.0.207. so, when I click on 'get the latest update', all I get is that it's already installed. when I click on 'check now' on the latest version page at Adobe, I get the above message that mine is out of date and needs to be updated. If I go to my control panel and open the Flash Player control there, the option to update is grayed out. I play games on this computer that use the Flash Player and they have started acting up today. This is true on 7 computers I have here at home, 3 laptops, all running Windows 10 and I.E.11, 3 desktops running the same, and 1 older desktop that I haven't yet moved files from that's running XP Pro, and I didn't check the I.E. number on it, I suspect it is I.E. 10. starting today, the games I play no longer load, and return a message to me that I need to download and
Hey,About week ago I build new PC and did clean Windows 10 install from .ISO. One day while I was gaming my FPS went from 100+ to ~20 so I tracked down causing the issue. In one of the browser tabs had just started livestream on Twitch, utilizing Flash Player. CPU usage % was off the hook causing CPU to hit 100% and choke whole system. Funny part being that with my old PC, that was running i5 750, I didn't have this issue.Build;W10 Pro 64-bit, pure install / no upgrade from previous WindowsAsus Z170-Ai5 6600K @ 4,4GHz16GB DDR4GTX980Ti with 355.60WHQL driversFull DXDiag of my computer HEREI have tried to no help;Enabling and disabling hardware accelerationInstalling Flash player from Adobe website, disabling Chrome integrated one and running one installed from websiteDifferent browser [Chrome & FireFox]Contacting Adobe via Twitter, only to be told "Works fine on my PC" by repPics;Any advice to solve this CPU utilisation issue would be welcome, or am I just out of luck and have to su
I have been having real issues with playing videos - sometimes it works and sometimes I get a green screen. I checked my latest versions (I have version 19.0.0.185) and it says it should be 19.0.0.207. But when I try to download this version is says that my windows system takes care of my downloads. What I am really trying to do is fix the green screen instead of seeing the videos.
How do I enable flash player on google chrome
How do I stop pop ups asking me to install the flash player. I install it, and I still get the messages?
Nechápu co mám dělat zkoušel jsem obnovovat,aktualizovat...
I always use the same way to install acrobat flash. I download the flash msi from adobe and run the update using the command line options: MsiExec.exe /i "C:\temp\AutoInstaller\FLASHIE\full_flashplayer_win.msi" /qnWhen running this command it installs version 18 which is fine, but does not uninstall any older version that was previously installed. In the past when updating to a newer version using this method the older version would automatically be removed. Is there a new command to update and remove rather than just installing the new version? Did something change? What I do is that I have a startup script that looks at the version and if there is a new version download and installs it. In the past this was not an issue because it automatically remove the old version. I can use the WMIC to remove the old version, but then there could be a case of the script removing it, and the new version not installing correctly. Thanks for your help!Rich

About 2/3rds of our company is currently auto-updating Flash Player successfully. It appears the rest of the Flash installs are configured to Notify when updates are available - and users aren't updating. Where is the setting stored on a Windows 7 workstation to Allow Adobe to install updates? Is there a way to configure this remotely (i.e. a registry setting or config file that can be copied to the workstation)? I haven't been able to find what change is made to the workstation when the Control Panel Update option is changed in the Flash Player applet. Thanks in advance.
