Flash Player (read-only)

Obviously from the title, I cant open flash player settings in system preferences. I get this every time I do: do you guys know how to fix it?

Good morning,I was trying to use the Flash Player on Candy Crush Saga on Facebook but the system keeps saying that I need to upgrade my Adobe Flash Player, even though I clearly updated it.  I tried using Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari, but no success.  I am very frustrated because all I want to do is play and the game is not launching because it keeps asking me to update the flash.  I have a MacBook Pro.  Thanks for the help Rae

Yesterday (11/19/18) I updated Flash to 31.0.0.148.  However, when I try to update the PPAPI, all the download link will give me is the "install_flash_player_osx.dmg" file -- even though I click for it through my System Preferences for PPAPI.  Because the PPAPI version doesn't match, I keep getting "upgrade" alerts.    I'm hoping an Adobe employee reads this, and fixes the download.  Mac OSX 10.14.1, Safari 12.0.1, Chrome 70.0.3538.102.

I have the latest version of Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0, chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit) and firefox 64.0.2, as well as flash Version: 32.0.0.114, and I have "allowed" flash on all browsers, yet I still get this when I try to play a game.  Running win 10, 64bit with latest updates.  One chrome and edge, I get the screen below, in firefox, it just doesn't load.  Now, all of a sudden, winster is working on chrome and edge after not working many other times.  Still not working on FF even though it clearly states flash is enabled.   WTF?  Any suggestions?

Hello, I have a big problem with installation of adobe flash or maybe the program itself. As i wanted to study from a presentation, which were posted on a web by school, i was asked to install adobe flash. I thought that i already had done that but whatever. So i clicked on the link to download and install it again. Whole installation was okay, no problem, it was successful and i could study from the presentation. Next day i wanted to study more from other presentations but as i clicked on the link of the presentation, it asked me to install adobe flash again. It was strange but i did it again. But after the installation it asked me to install adobe to play the presentation. I tried these hints of yours to check, if the webside is permited by flash etc. but nothing happened and i dont know what to do. Please help as i need to see these presentations for my examination.Thank you

I'm trying to install flash on my Mac 10.14.2 Chromium browser and every time I get a pop up screen after the installation that says Install Adobe Flash Player quit unexpectedly. Installing on Safari is fine but Chromium is a NoGo?

We're seeing a memory leak starting in Flash Player 25 ActiveX and continuing through the latest (Flash Player 30 ActiveX).  Flash Player 24 ActiveX had no such issue.  We created a test .html to show it.  It simply loops through playing two different shockwave files.  Details can be found in Tracker

My Macbook has never had a virus or malware issue for many many years, until now. Somehow I must have got some malware that is constantly telling me to update my Flash Player. This is malware, I have downloaded and purchased several Anti-Malware/Anti-Virus products recommended by Apple. Non of these has helped the situation so I'm turning to Adobe and this community for answers. Below are screen grabs of the malware in action. Please can someone help me as I can't imagine having to wipe this computer and start from scratch for one piece of malware!

Hello: I am trying to install the or an updated version of 'Adobe Flash Player' but each time the installation tries to begin, after the completed download, the message reads "connection error". Hello everyone, Sometimes I visit Omegle.com where i chat with strangers, but suddenly I can't use this site anymore on Internet Explorer . It says I need to update my browser (while I have the latest version) Now I tried this site on Chrome and Microsoft Edge, but here I dont get the pop up of Adobe Flash wether it is okay to use my webcam. Therefore I get an error which says I have to give Omegle acces to my webcam. I can't figure this out, I also have all my settings at webcam on allow. Other sites, like chatroulette work, as I get the pop up asking me if it is okay to use the webcam.I hope someone can help me out of this.

We are currently experiencing issues with performance and load times with the flash player. Seems that after Flash Player 30 was released that this issue started to happen. Our software loads a 100MB flash object which is taking about 30 seconds to load since the update happened. Since Windows 10 mandates the update to the latest flash player this is a bit out of our control. Unfortunately, Adobe is no longer doing support calls for Flash related problems. Hello everyone,I've tried quite a few things for the past few hours and nothing seems to be working. I'm trying to log into Rosetta Stone for my online Chinese course. Much of the course requires speech recognition, however, my microphone started getting blocked whereas before it was working fine. I'm at a point where even though I have allowed flash, mic, and camera, I am still getting an icon in the search bar showing that the camera and mic are blocked (See screenshot below). Every single site, where I need to use it, says literally: This Adobe Flash player is not compatible with your location. Re-install Adobe Flash Player....That would be fine. But after I tried several times the problem still occurs. I tried to find some suggestions online - none helped. I tried to reinstall and I choose different location - without any better result. Hello Team,I'm in weird scenario, we have uninstalled Adobe Flash players from our servers, as we don't need them, but still we can see Flash.ocx is regenerating at C:\Windows\SysWow64\flash.ocx.Steps performed:Uninstalled Adobe flash player from appwiz.cpldelated all files related to adobe flash player including C:\Windows\SysWow64\flash.ocx  from servers.But still we can see C:\Windows\SysWow64\flash.ocx  is getting regenerated after couple of days on servers.Your answer will be much appreciated.Regards,

On the recent Firefox, trying to login on Miramagia Kristallfarn  (applies to all gane servers) will instantly redirect gthe user to the logout page, it claims the local storage cannot be accessed, as reported in 1514622 - s3.miramagia.de - local storage accessible in Chrome but not in Firefox.
