Fresco

I have installed the last update of adobe Fresco (1.7.0) and when opening it gives an error and does not open, I have a Microsoft surface Go, I am paying 10 $ for a program that does not work, with each new update the app was more and more slow but with this update it has stopped working, I don't mind paying for a good app but if it doesn't work, I want to know how to get my money back.thanks.,

Hello. My name is Camille, I'm a french illustrator and I was wondering why there's no way to create a "clipping mask" or to create a "draw within" mask like in Photoshop ? To me, it's plenty useful. I would like to know if it will be part of the next update or not ? If not, that's a shame but I will have to switch into Procreate app, because I can't do what I want without this option in Fresco... 😞 Thanks a lot for your response.*keeping fingers crossed*

Hello I am wondering why Fresco is unavailable on my Hp Spectre x360 model, when another model of the same device is included in the list of Freco compatable machines? I Understand it is limited to touch screen digitalized surfaces, but my laptop has this and the ability to draw on with stylus pressure. So I am confused as to why it is not compatable and I cannot install it? Will it ever be available to my model of hp spectre (dfxxx)?  Georgia

I'm using fresco on a Microsoft surface book. Last night I spent about 5-6 hours on an illustration. When I went to export it to a jpeg, my computer crashed. This morning I went to try again and now the document is back at the default of a new document. I'm not finding any other documents in my cloud or deleted works. Is there any way to recover it?

Hello, I have encountered the following issue: When I am using Fresco with a Cintiq instead of the Tablet PC with a Stylus on that same PC, I get always a cursor instead of a brush preview. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I can't delete brushes that I downloaded and imported to Fresco. When I go to the library in Creative Cloud, the brushes do not show up for me to be able to delete. Am I missing something? Is there a sync or refresh that I need to do?

My document I worked on got corrupted. Any ideas to fix this?? or do I have to switch to procreate?not happy at the moment...

Hi all, I have been using Fresco on a Microsoft Surface Pro for a few months now without issue, but today the touch gestures started playing up. The pinch-to-zoom gesture seems to have completely stopped responding. All the other tools still work perfectly though, no lag etc. I tried updating Fresco to v1.5, updating Windows, checked drivers, downgraded Fresco back to v1.4 all to no avail. I use Lightroom and Photoshop too and pinch-to-zoom works fine there - it seems the issue only applies to Fresco. Would love to hear if anyone has some suggestions on how to solve this - can't wait to get back into drawing soon! Thanks very much!

Hi, I've read some posts on the Apple Pencil not working with all the pens in Adobe Fresco and they've said to update the app, operating system of the iPad, and make sure the pencil is fully charged. I've done all of these things and even checked the pen pressure settings within fresco and nothing seems to work. I cannot use all of the pens in Fresco, including the lettering ones. Does anyone know why this might be and/or had this problem and solved it? Thanks!

Hi All I've tried to reproduce the photo painting steps on the following page, but without success:https://blogs.adobe.com/creative/better-together-photoshop-on-the-ipad-and-adobe-fresco-premium/?red=a  I'm on the latest Fresco on iPad but it is not behaving the same way as outlined in the tutorial. Steps I have carried out: 1. Load a photo into a Fresco pixel layer2. Select a Live Oil Brush3. In Colour tool, set Opacity to 0 At this point, the article claims that the brush will now paint on the photo. However, all that happens for me is that as soon as I tap the Apple Pencil onto the pixel layer, it creates a new live layer above it.However the screenshot in the article does not show a new live layer being created above the photo layer, but it shows the oil paint effect appearing on the photo while the photo layer is still active. Has anyone managed to get this working? If anyone can please explain the exact steps required to reproduce this effect I would

Wieso hat Fresco noch keine Motivauswahl wie bei Adobe I-Pad?Wird das noch kommen?

I have a 2019 HP pavillion 360, updated all software requirements, restarted computer,  and still says incompatible. What can I do to get this app on my device????

Hi, I've been trying to install Fresco on my Surface Go for few days, but I keep getting the error code 191 while the program is downloading. I've tried looking for solution to fix the issue, used creative cloud cleaner tool, updated Windows 10 and updated Intel Driver, but the error continus to happen. If there's a solution out there I will really appreciate the help. Thanks

Cannot sync between Photoshop desktop and iPad Fresco / Cloud apps. Have reinstalled Creative Cloud. Have PSD file synced. It will not show up in Cloud douments on any Adobe ipad app. Is this not possible?

I'm aware of the fresco not compatible with cintiq pro.But it is compatible with surface book / surface pro etc. If i connect a surface pro (via mini displayPort) with cintiq pro and draw on the cintiq. Will it work?

Hi, when a file is bailable to both Fresco and Photoshop, on an iPad, is there a way to make that a single file instead of the two app maintaining their own local copies? It's taking up too much of iPad's memory as well as causing conflict issues. thank you.

i am so so sad now, i been draing my art work for more than 2 week in fresco, after today i update the Fresco, the apps crash! and my drawing in fresco, layer gone! i try to check it online on the cloud, the file seem here but with blank layer! omgggggg! what is happen adobe!!!???????

I have been working the whole morning  and  the app suddenly closes,  now I cannot open it. I have tried restarting the ipad, deleting and redownloading the app but haven't get any solution. I cannot open the app anymore, in addition I think I have lost all my morning work because there is not sign in "Adobe cloud" ... What do I should do?

Hello! I use Adobe Fresco on my iPad Pro (12.9 inch) Model Number 13.5.1 It suddenly crashed while I was painting and I have not been able to open Fresco properly since. It stays on screen for about a second then crashes and brings me to my home screen. I have uninstalled Fresco, restarted my iPad and checked the Creative Cloud app. All my files are there, but much lower quality than I would have liked. I am unable to use Fresco at all, as it goes no further than the app logo or loading screen artwork. Nothing else has a chance to load before it crashes. I have attached a screen recording of this. Something I have noted is when I restart my device, Fresco stays open long enough for me to see my files and enter one of them. However, it then crashes and goes back to crashing instantly every time I open the app. I thoroughly enjoy using Fresco as it has such a wide variety of options to paint with, even in its free version! I sincerely hope this issue can be resol
