Preface: I have used Fresco for about a year with a CC subscription. Recently cancelled the subscription since I only used Fresco. Have been using the free version for a short while in the meantime. This is when I started running in to issues. I'm using an Ipad Pro and a Windows PC.Example: I make a drawing on mu iPad and save it. Then I go to open it on my PC to export it and use it in another context. But clicking on the filr (not synced/offline available) it loads for a second and then shows an Error message saying "Something went wrong. Please try again." Then I try to "Make available offline" and I get an error message saying "The document could not be made available offline" So now I can effectively not access my work on my PC. This makes me question if Fresco is a viable product to pay for and maybe I should change my workflo to Procreate instead. Does anyone know if there are limitations placed on free users that make this experience so awful that will go away when I
Simple question that I can't figure out. I am using fresco on my windows machine, and the upgrade link just leads me to my home page of my adobe membership account(Adobe Home). What am I missing here??
I've been using Fresco since it was released. It changed my life, giving me a way to get out of my head illustrations I could only dream about until then. I attended the latest Adobe MAX online. I continue to be amazed and so excited about the new features rolling out. Which leads to this request regarding the Transform tool and fixing what is broke. In the early releases, if I chose something to transform, the boundaries of the Transform area matched the content I was transforming. So to get at the edges to resize or the handle to rotate was close to that content. Somewhere along the way, the transform tool had an update that totally changed that. From that time on, the Transform area does not seem to relate to its content, most times being way oversized so that I have to back out of my closeup and struggle to adjust the sizing - and especially the rotation - since I am so far away from the content I am working on. Pire : j'ai l'impression que c'est une mise à jour qui a créé ce bug.Je n'arrive pas à rapporter le bug depuis l'application sur l'iPad mini. On me demande d'abord de me connecter à mon compte. Or, je suis déjà connectée.Bref. Je suis très déçue par ce mauvais fonctionnement. Si vous avez une solution ou la possibilité de rapporter le bug.Merci beaucoup.
Fresco crashed and restarted the program and all my work on my current artwork was gone. I went online to the cloud saved document wand checked the revision history but the history is missing a large chunk of time. Only the start and the last 19 or so revisions. Is there a way to see more history so I can restore an almost finished version? Please help.
Hi everyone, I recently downloaded Fresco but after a few days of use it started crashing. Whenever I open a project it crashes. I've downloaded the latest version and there are no updates for it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that hasn't helped. It has now started affecting photoshop as well which I never had issues with before. This is on an 8th generation IPad that is up to date with its software(IPados 17.5). Is there any way to fix this problem?
Hello, For multiple functions we are able to add a value through a numpad, why aren't we able to do the same for the brush sizes? Its quite annoying to get the exact values at times, more often than I'd like, I just settle for one close enough.
I'm having some issues with timelapses on Adobe Fresco. For all my other projects, the timelapse is amazing, well defined, no choppiness. For the projects I spend a lot of time on however, the timelapses just end up not loading, the buffering icon is just sitting there no matter how long I wait. I've lost all my speedpaints to this and I am very frustrated.
It would be fantastic if Adobe Fresco were accessible online, enabling individuals without the means to afford an expensive tablet to draw, design, and express their inner thoughts with this amazing tool. Furthermore, it would be even more remarkable if sketches could be transformed into high-quality AI-generated images, akin to those produced by Leonardo AI.
Yesterday I imported a couple of Photoshop brush sets into Adobe Fresco that I bought on Gumroad. They work fine in Fresco, but they don't appear in my Creative Cloud Library (or when I go to assets.adobe.com on my iPad), so I can't rename any of the brushes or delete them if I want to. I've tried signing out of both Fresco and Creative Cloud and then signing back in, force quitting the apps, all the obvious stuff, but the two brush sets still don't show up in my Library in Creative Cloud. How can I get them to appear there?
I can't figure out how to infill a sketch= I upload my fineline art onto fresco. I'd like to add colour within the original black lines. When o try to use the magic wand to select my sketch picture it targets the whole page. When I then fill with colour, the whole page goes pink (for example). i want to upload my sketches onto fresco and fill them with colour. How do I do this?
Hi I saw numbers of people complaining about it with "1 one correct answer" that wasnt one cause it dosen't work in the end so I don't understand why you would even call that a correct answer stop lying I'm angry now it's been about 3 month now I still can't use the software but I still pay for it the hell I'm a student I need to spend my money carefully but for now I'm paying for a service that doesn't even work and no one is able to resolve that. I need to draw tons of things to explain quickly my projects in conception and I consider it should be a priority for adobe to consider his clients at least more than that and provide us some more infos because for 3 month straight we got one update that was supposed to resolve it but in the end didn't worked out im on windows 11 got directX 12.1 all my graphics pilots are up to date i uninstalled clear he cache file installed back multiple time synced all my document in the cloud all that three or four times to make shure I didnt made a mis
Fresco continues to crash on my ipad. I've been having this issue since the beginning of March. I've uninstalled, and reinstalled the app, restarted my iPad, updated the iPad and the Fresco app, signed out and signed back in. I've sat on calls with Adobe tech for HOURS and they haven't helped me. I use a new iPad pro, 5th generation, it is up to date and so is my Fresco app. My iPad has 198.5 GB of free space, so I don't think that is the issue....I've been sending crash reports to adobe for the last month and a half. I even downloaded Fresco on my phone (up-to-date iPhone 15 pro max) to see if it was just my iPad, but it crashes on my phone as well. It crashes, sometimes just when I launch the app, but every single time I try to open any sort of file, it immediately crashes. I'm at a loss for what to do, and I'm incredibly frustrated with Adobe's tech support because these subscriptions aren't cheap....I'm paying for something I can't use...Someone pl
I draw slow and think as im drawing before i lift my pen from my pad, so im constantly having to revert the straight line Fresco gives me when im drawing. How can i increase the time before it straightens out my line?
Hello! Sorry for posting again, but it's a very serious problem and I really need help. It feels like the syncing is not working between Fresco on my iphone and the creative cloud, and I don't know what to do. I even tried reinstalling the app, lost the files (I backed them up as psd in iCloud Drive), but there's no improvement. How can I fix the syncing? It's been two months since it stopped syncing, and it works the other way around, so it looks like an issue with the Fresco on my phone. Did anyone else have this problem? Please help, and thank you in advance.

Bonjour j'écris ce post car j'ai un problème concernant Fresco je l'utilise depuis très recemment et j'ai hier voulu installer de nouveaux pinceaux. Je suis donc aller dans l'onglet nouveaux pinceaux et j'ai cliqué sur ajouter pour les sets de pinceaux qui m'intéresse mais le problème est que rien ne se passe et que je reste coincé sur chaque set avec la réponse " ajout en cours". Je me demande donc quoi faire. Merci d'avance pour vos futures réponses.

Here's how to import the brushes to Fresco For those who don't have Photoshop, you should make smaller file sets of the brush sets and bring in those smaller sets. So instead of trying to import 200 brushes at a time you'd be trying to bring in 20. 3. How to manage (delete, modify, rename) the brushes from within Fresco? Its not possible to manage your brushes from within the Fresco app. You'll need to install the Creative Cloud Mobile App onto your iPad and manage your brushes from the Libraries tab. 4. Hi there, I use fresco as it has vector brushes. However when I export the vector art to Adobe Illustrator, the artwork is not merged as a blob brush in illustrator merges all the strokes of same colour, while drawing. Can we please get this merge option avavible for fresco vector brushes, where all the strokes in same colour can be merged into one object. Hope that makes sense. Cheers

I created an illustration in Fresco. After closing and reopening it in Fresco, I got a message advising that some of my layers were unreadable because they contain Photoshop FX. The illustration has a lot of adjustment layers, but none of them were created in Photoshop ... they were all created in Fresco so should be readable in Fresco. I did some research online and found this problem going back 3+ years with no solution. However some of the links to information were so old, they're now dead so there could be some solution to it I can't find online. Anyone know why this happens, how to avoid it, or how to fix it? I was hoping to swap from Procreate to Fresco and this was my first illustration using Fresco as an alternative. Pretty disappointed if this is an ongoing problem - I don't see how Fresco has any reliability/credibility for someone like me who illustrates for paid clients if you can't reopen a file to continue working on it!
I'm using Fresco in windows with a tablet (not touch screen) and stylus, when I import an image it's not creating a colour palette from the image. It works when I do it with iPhone, is this not supported while using windows?
