I have moved to a new country again, and as per the rules while renewing the subscription, I had to get a new Adobe account. This means, I need to transfer all my Fresco files again! Last time I had to manually move each file (share link, copy in the cloud account to move). It took ages and I ended by losing some files in the process because of how annoying it was. This time, I have a lot more files and a lot less time. Is there a way to move the files in bulk?Thanks.
Hi, I really want to try Fresco on my iPad but the app is not supported in the lastest version on iOS. Is Fresco still mainted by Adobe ? If yes, when will il ne available ?Regards.

I'd like to have fresco premium on my windows desktop but have found out I can only have in a ps plan for about £20 , but ipad uses can get it for half the price , how is this fair.

Yesterday my tablet had problems with the function of all the brushes in the program, the price in all types of brushes and Adobe programs stopped working. With Photoshop I managed to solve it, but this solution is not applicable in Fresco (The installed program folders do not appear anywhere). I already uninstalled and reinstalled the program, I also tried changing the driver on my tablet, but nothing seems to work. Apparently it's an Adobe bug. But, I think it started with a deconfiguration of Windows Ink that I already solved and the other non-Adobe programs returned to normal. Please help!!! I am using a Huion pen display and almost every time when I am using the transform tool, my canvas begins to spin out of control as soon as my pen hits the display. When I move the pen it starts to zoom in and out + rotate faster than the Flash on crack! It is driving me bonkers and makes me want to use Fresco less and less.
Bonjour à toutes et à tous ! Je suis débutant et probablement que mon problème n'est qu'un souci idiot mais je suis perdu. Depuis quelques temps, tous les dessins que j'exporte en png/jpg sortent désaturés. Mes couleurs en général bien pétantes, deviennent ternes et je ne comprend pas pourquoi, en sachant que c'est super récent et que je n'ai touché à rien coté réglages d'exports.
Cada vez que intento abrir cualquier proyecto de Adobe Fresco el programa se queda cargando hasta que se cierra la aplicación automáticamente. Cuando vuelvo a abrir la aplicación me aparece un mensaje de que ha habido un error y aunque envio el informe no he conseguido una solución.He probado a desinstalar varias veces e incluso he probado con versiones anteriores por si era un error en la actualización. Tengo Windows 11 y está actualizado del todo.He reiniciado el programa de Creative Cloud donde están todas las aplicaciones de Adobe y no consigo que nada funcione para solucionar el problema.Gracias de antemano.
I've been using Fresco for the past two months on my iPad with my Apple Pencil, but starting last week it doesn't really work anymore. I've look at other discussions with people having the same problem, and I have tried out everything people have suggested, but it doesn't seem to work. So I was wondering if someone could help with this problem. And yes, I did try to adjust the stylus pressure and it doesn't work, and I've also deleted and reinstalled the app. So if someone could please help, that would be great!
I am on a new iPad and latest versions of fresco and iOS When the object is small ( like the dots of a character eyes) they will not move. This is super frustrating as I need to carefully position the eyes on the face and I can't move them. This seems like a bug If I transform to a large size then I can drag and move as expected. But if I re size to the small dot I can't move it again Thank you for your help Watergirl
How to upload video as base and get audio for animation ?
I was using Fresco before it got crashed. Now it's still repeatedly crashing just once I open the app. I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting my iPad. Nothing works. Anyone can help? I ma super worry about my unfinished work.
Hi, can someone please tell me why I don't have reference layers available? I'm running the latest update, have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it's still unavailable.
Whenever I open a canvas on Fresco (of any size) the program crashes. I use Windows 11 and my device is up-to-date. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Fresco but that doesn't fix the issue. I have attached a video of my crash so hopefully that helps.How can I fix this issue?
Before the update I was able to select eyedropper, double click the modifier circle, and the image in the eyedropper circle would be picked up, now it always picks up the color only. Has this feature been taken away or am I doing something incorrectly? I'm using an iPad pro.

I had JUST finished a piece I was working on when Adobe Fresco crashed. When I reopened, the file had all the layers, but they were all blank. I closed and reopened things, tried accessing previous versions, but it was all blank. After an hour or so, I suddenly had a version back out of nowhere, but it's completely messed up. I'll attach photos so you can see. When I watch the timelapse, I can see the whole process start to finish. It's still there. Can I restore that somehow?? We worked excellently until February, then the problems started. The last problem, for which we have no solution, is that when I share a canvas with my colleagues, it is not reflected in the shared files, it is as if it disappeared in who knows what place. I need a solution!
I've loved using Fresco, but it's becoming increasingly difficult to use on a daily basis with all of the crashes and sync issues I've been encountering. My brush libraries never stay in sync and I have to reinstall them every time I want to create something. Sometimes my installed brush library just completely disappears and I can't use anything at all. Other times the brushes show up in the list, but are not visible or usable within the app. It used to be so stable and was a joy to use. Lately, not so much. Is anyone else having these problems?
So here's an issue I've found with Adobe Fresco's animation/motion features. I've been animating on canvases that are always at least 1080 x 1920 (HD), and this gif was animated on a 2160 x 3840 px canvas, 266 dpi (though that doesn't really matter since this is a digital file and not to print). However, every time I go to export it, it decides to export at 576 x 1024 px. This doesn't change even as I raise canvas size, up the fps, nothing I find is allowing me to export at a higher setting.Obviously this is less than ideal, since now any animation I export looks blurry to some degree and the only other way I can get it back up to high quality would be to export the png's seperately and edit them myself (which, I will be doing at this point). Does anyone else have this problem, and is there a fix? Note: I'm drawing on an 12.9 in Ipad Pro, newest ios with an apple pencil. Fresco version is 3.7.5 and up to date. The exported gif is at 12fps but I tried upping it to 24 and
Hello,I was just wondering when will Fresco be updated for PC? Use a Microsoft Surface and Fresco is my go to program that is comparable to Procreate and its kind of dissapointing to see that the program is not updated for the PC and some features are locked only for the IOS.
Will this feature ever exist? Does anyone know of a work around method?
From within Fresco I installed the Megapack. I then went to select a couple brushes from the Megapack (of pixel brushes) to mark them as Favorites. I was able to select Kyle's Perfect Pencil 2. However, when I scroll down to Kyle's 2Smooth 2B 4Gotten brush I was unable to select it. That's when I noticed many (probably 70-80%) of the brushes appear to be "greyed out" so they are not selectable. I tried removing the Megapack from Fresco, and adding it back in. Same problem. I also closed Fresco and reopened it, with no change. I next tried restarting my iPad. None of these attempts resolved the problem. I use a 2019 10.5" iPad Pro, updated with the latest version of iPadOS. I have an active subscription to Creative Cloud, and I did check to ensure I was logged in. Fresco is the latest version. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Steve
