Lightroom Classic

Bonjour, Merci pour cet espace. Je suis photographe pro et j'ai plusieurs projets nécessitant des catégories et sous catégories via Lightroom Classic que j'utilise depuis plusieurs années. Je fonctionne en créant par domaine ou projet des 'ensemble de collections' et sous 'collection'.Exemple : Je réalise donc plusieurs imports à la fois via la bibliothèque des différents dossiers sources en cochant à chaque fois “Ajouter à la collection” et en m’assurant bien que la collection cible est sélectionnée pour classer mes photos qui ont parfois le même nom (par exemple lorsque je donne des ateliers avec 10 nikon différents et où je derush par participant comme ci-dessus). Régulièrement (je dirais une fois sur trois ou quatre) les photos n’apparaissent pas dans la collection cible et sont seulement ajoutées au catalogue général. Je souhaite donc réimporter mes photos depuis la bibliothèque mais elles sont alors grisées car déjà dans le catalogue mais non classées dan

Bonjour,quand j'exporte des photos dans un dossier, je suis obligé de synchroniser le dossier à chaque fois alors qu'avant c'était automatique.

When I connect my iPhone to my computer, Lightroom Classic wants to import -- as if they were "New Photos" -- several types of pics that are not new.1. All the pics on my iPhone appear checked as if they were New Photos, even if they're already imported.2. Photos I already deleted on my iPhone appear as New Photos.3. Photos I edited on my iPhone appear duplicated -- in both edited and unedited form.4. Pics I've recently looked at on my iPhone appear checked as New Photos, even though they were uploaded long ago. This makes it very time consuming to import the right photos, leads to a lot of dupes, and results in me accidentally importing stuff I dont want to keep in LRC.  Is there a fix for this? Is there a setting I don't know about? Please help!

It's been a while since I used the Camera Matching Profiles in LR CLassic, so I was surprised to find that those now listed do not even closely match those in my camera. They used to, but now they seem to be generic. Does anyone have any idea why? I'm using a Mac with Sequoia 15.5, LrC 14.4, and an OM-1 OM Systems camera. Thanks!

Hi, I try to open LightRoom Classic but after three seconds the spinning color wheel turns up and won't leave. I have restarted computer, tried to use a different catalog, but can't seem to get through. What do I do now???

Hello Adobe Community,I want to describe my problems here and hope to get help with the latest changes in Lightroom Classic concerning the Denoise, Raw Details, and Super Resolution functions and related export issues.Previously, the Denoise function worked excellently, combining smart noise reduction and sharpening (pic 1). Now, as far as I understand, these two options have become separate. Moreover, Denoise simply "blurs" the image. With Raw Details - no effect. And with Super Resolution, it's impossible to adjust the degree of its application to improve quality – there are no sliders or parameters to control the effect; and after application, there is no difference. And Denoise and Super Resolution cannot be applied simultaneously, which is very inconvenient (pic 2).In addition to this, new functions like Denoise and Raw Details are extremely unstable. I have been working on a book of about 120 pages, and suddenly all the pages and content have disappeared.  I'm left with just a few blank pages , similar to when you start a new book.   I don't understand what has happened.  On the LH side in the Collections panel, the collection is stil there, and as the book name shows as a sub collection with a book icon next to it.  In the film strip, all the photos I used have a 1 over them.  Surely this shows that the pages still exist somewere?   In another thread, I read to click on the 2 icon in the filmstrip.  But this opens a new window with just the selected photo.  Wthin the same collection, a different version of the book remains intact.      I have tried opening an old version of the catalogue and that didn't help.  I'm certain that I didn't delete any pages, I feel that I must have switched the view or mis-clicked something, I was working on the cover at the time,

I recently had to get a new hard drive in my laptop and reinstall Lightroom Classic. My Lightroom catalog is corrupt so I am using a backup one that is a couple months old. I went to import photos and cannot find any of my user presets in the import window. I have looked for them in the develop window as well and they are not there. There is no option under "Manage Presets" for user presets. Any ideas what happened to them and where I can find them in Lightroom?When I used this catalog last time, all of the presest were there.

Hi,  I installed the latest available version of Lightroom Classic (14.4), which is supposed to support Live Tethering, and I've been waiting for it since the device's release in 2024. You're displaying a feature on your website that doesn't actually exist... shame on you.The SDK provided by Canon has already supported this feature for several months, and my camera can connect from Canon DPP, but when I use Lightroom, no camera is detected.If things continue like this, I might end up switching to one of your competitors. Canon R5 Mark II, version 1.0.3 Adobe Lightroom Classic 14.4 Windows Professionnal 11.  

When using Lightroom, my Synology NAS disconnects repeatedly - sometimes every few seconds, sometimes every minute. This only happens while using Lightroom; in all other applications, including macOS Finder, the NAS connection remains stable and reliable.One of my workarounds is to randomly browse files on the NAS via Finder while Lightroom is active (e.g., during imports). Doing so seems to keep the NAS connection alive. It appears that something about Lightroom's activity is triggering the disconnects.This behaviour disrupts imports, preview rendering, and general workflow.My setup:Mac mini M4Samsung SSD: holds Lightroom catalog (.lrcat) filesSynology NAS DS415: stores RAW/image files, up to date, connected via SMB (AFP disabled)This has been my setup for the past 8 years (though with earlier Macs), and the issue has been steadily getting worse over the last 6 months.Another workaround is to use the Samsung SSD as a working folder for current projects, and only move files to the NAS

J'ai redémarré puis mis à jour mon ordinateur (macOS 15.5 (24F74), j'ai mis à jour toute ma suite Adobe, j'ai installé et désinstallé Lightroom Classic et impossible d'ouvrir l'application. Cela reste bloqué sur "l'application ne répond pas".Avez-vous des solutions ? Je m'inquiète également de perdre des années de travail (presets &co).Merci par avance pour votre aide !

HolaUtilizo LRC en Mac. Cuando estoy editando las fotos, en el carrusel de abajo cuando vas pasando fotos hacia adelante y hacia atrás , se queda bloqueado y siempre se ve la misma foto y hasta el rato no responde.¿Os ha pasado? Si es que si, ¿cómo lo habéis arreglado?Muchas gracias

When I upgraded to the new version of LR CC, I lost my ability to email photos directly from LR. I have put my information in the Lightroom Email Account Manager window, and it will "validate" my account. But when I send an email, I get a notice that the email did not send. I have called Apple and they said that it is an Adobe issues. And Adobe said it was an Apple issue. I just want to email photos from Lightroom. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Has anyone managed to capture tethered images with the Sony ZV-E10 camera in Lightroom Classic? I've already updated the camera firmware (2.02), but it doesn't find the camera. Has anyone solved this problem? operational system: Windows 11

I seem to have acquired an irritating quirkMy longtanding workflow has been to import my photos (Copy raw as DNG) , Ctrl A in Library Grid view, rate as one star and then start rating as 0 or 2 (with Auto Advance checked under Photo) My last few days have seen the screen "flick" and for them all to revert to 0 stars after a minute or two of sorting (so that sorting is lost) on almost all occasionsNo recurrence after the initial revertLightroom Classic version: 14.4 [ 202506051112-5918896a ]Windows 11 Home Build 26100.4349Canon R5 Mk1 

I have been using LR 6.0 for a long time with no objections (I really don't need subscription service).However last week, with WIN 11 update to 24H2 - it started to be unresponsive ("the program is not responding") or incredibly slow (each mouseclick takes like 10 seconds to get reaction, improting a photo takes more than a minute).I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program.Is this known issue or is it just Adobe trying to force me to subscription model (they will not succeed though...)

Hello,I have a little problem with Lightroom ...It becomes slow when I start working on masks.Everything that has to do with brushes (for outlining defects, etc.) is done in a jerky way.At times, I can see via the Task Manager that the processor is at 100% (I plan to change it soon), but lately it's not at 30% that Lightroom freezes/crashed...RAM never exceeds 75%, SSD no more than a few percent, graphics card never exceeds 75%.I don't understand where this is coming from. I know this is basic, but I'm lost.  A few days ago, I imported raw files into LRC.  Let's call that Batch A for a moment since I don't know the right term for it.  Today, I imported another group of files into LRC.  Let's call that on Batch B.   Now I want to develop Batch A.  How do I get back to it?And sadly, I need step by step directions., like click on this then click on that. It's probably so simple that it'll make me feel like an idiot. Thanks

Good afternoon, fellow Lightroom users!  Would anyone know how to remove the duplicate menu items shown in the image below? Is this a known issue or is it new?  I'm using the latest Lightroom version in a Mac Mini with Sequoia 15.5, but this problem exists since the original Lightroom and Mac Os installation , a few versions ago. Thanks for your continued help!!! 

All of a sudden today, I cannot import any files into Lightroom CC Classic due to this error message:"Could not copy a file to the destination folder because it is not writable (159)"I have a 2016 MBP touchbar, 1TB of SSD (150GB free).  This happens when importing from iPhone, copying photos to SSD first, importing photos from internet. Nothing will import.  I tried to repair the SSD using Disk Utility, but no results.  Restarting computer didn't help. "Make a Second Copy To..." is unchecked.Help.
