Lightroom Classic

Bonjour, depuis le mois de aout 2024, je ne me suis pas intéressé à la synchronisation de mes images. Aujourd'hui, je me rends compte que mes images ne sont plus synchronisées... lorsque je crée une nouvelle collection par exemple, je ne retrouve plus l'option "sync withe lightroom"... et lorqsque je regarde les options des collections (clic droit), je ne retrouve plus cette option de synchronisation. je ne comprends pas et lorsque je clique sur le "nuage", il me dit que la synchronisation est active, et que lighthroom est synchronisé.Je ne comprends pas ...merci pour votre aide, je ne sais plus ou chercherJ'ai une ancienne version de lightroom 11.5, car je ne peux faire évoluer mon Mac, mais cela fonctionnnait jusqu'au dernier semestre 2024

I am having trouble with exporting some images, getting an error box with the message:I believe I have narrowed it down to trying to export to using the "Same folder as original image" option (with the target being renamed and/or of a differnt file type). It works as expected whenever exporting to a Specific Folder whether that is a different folder, or the same one.  I get a different message if exporting to a file which already exists.  I get the same error on different source file types.It is a problem because I am trying to create a preset which uses the Same Folder option, and is not tied to a specific destination.This is on a fully updated Windows 11, and Lightroom Classic version 14.2.Please advise.Tony Maynard-Smith. PS.  For some time I have been getting a message about failing to write metadata, when performing a panorama or HDR merge.  It has similarities in that the process is trying to write to the source folder, and is conceivably related.

Hello tout le monde, need help please   gros soucis avec mon lightroom 14.2 et mon Creative Cloud qui petent tous des câbles depuis quelques mises à jour qui me pourrissent mon workflow ( ma config Mac M1 Max)    Lightroom :    - n'affiche plus la note de la photo après l'avoir attribué (obligé de redémarrer, là ça s'affiche mais après rebelotte, même cirque. Niveau lecture c'est la cata - mes raccourcis sont "grisés" et les faire au clavier fait juste faire un "bip" sans rien changé. Exemple : Commande + U marche pas, I pour les informations en mode Bibliotheque marche pas, et des fois la Synchro des réglages avec commande Maj S n'ont plus. G marche, F marche, D marche, Commande S non.  Je mets quelques captures en PJ. Bref ça me pourri mon flow.  - J'ai testé avec tous mes claviers (français, 123 français numérique, ABC azerty, ABC) c'est toujours pareil.   Creative Cloud :    - j'ai fais les dernières Maj, depuis ça mouline de ouf su

Auto upgraded to 14.2, the catalog has instantly corrupted. Was working fine the day before.   The corruption shows itself by not showing the export dialog in develop. The only way to bring up the export dialog is to switch to another module (in this case Web) and the dialog appears.   It seems that no dialog boxes will open up in develop mode. If you try to use AI noise reduction the dialog doesn't appear aunless you jump to a differnt module.   This happened before, I rolled back to an earlier catalog backup, lost a heap of work whcih had to get redone, the dialog appeared again. I switched to daily catalog backup and it just corrupted again after the program updated itself to 14.2.   So whats the go? Why does it keep doing that? I'm sure someone is going to tell me its my computer blah blah blah....its not. Hello,I've been having trouble booting up LrC version 14.1.1. When opening from start menu, desktop shortcut, or CC, LrC does not open a window. When opening Task Manager, it shows LrC running and using resources, but there is no visible window open. I have tried ending the task in Task Manager, rebooting, and even uninstalling/reinstalling LrC through CC. I don't recall any specific changes made that would have caused this, as I tried opening my Catalog one day and it suddenly appeared with this issue. Any help in understanding what is going on would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Good morning Having imported many folders of images into Lightroom via 'add' (images and catalogue on external hard drive) I can't seem to import any more. They show up in the main pain but then disappear before my eyes almost as soon as they appear - I can even see the numbers at the bottom of the screen go up, and then back down again. I've searched the internet for an answer and even tried a suggestion by a contributor to this discussion board to try 'copy' then open  the 'Destination' box on the right and then revert to 'add', but nothing is showing. Any ideas? Thank you 🙂

Hallo, Beim Öffnen von LR classic vor ein paar Tagen sind die Bildeinstellungen meiner bearbeiteten DNG-Dateien verschwunden: es liegen wieder die out-of-cam Bilder mit neutralen Bearbeitungsreglern vor.  Woran kann das liegen, wie kann ich den Bearbeitungszustand von v.B. vor 2 Wochen wiederherstellen? Hi, I accidentally deleted a folder of raw files and was wondering if there was any way I could retrieve these files from Lightroom Classic backup files. 

I have numerous info.lua files in my Pictures folders (all in subfolders with dates).  Can I delete these if there are no pictures in that particular datefolder?

After the 14.2 update the import dialog suddenly opens randomly even when there is no activity on the computer.Is this a setting that can be changed or a bug?

Version of the app LrC 13.5.1Platform and OS version Apple M2 Pro Sonoma 14.5 Basic steps to reproduce the problemTrying to print this: Color Management SC-P800 series Ultra Premium Photo Paper LusterColor is terrible - kind of magenta.  Changed to Managed by Printer.Still bad but different.    My workflow has been always Color Management and any ICC profile, always was good. Suddenly I am having this problem. Nothing changed in my setup. Epson SureColor P800 I am including both LrC and PS screens since I am getting the exact same bad prints with both. 5. Im exporting a file to a USB sick, if I plug the usb stick in while the export dialogue is open the import window is trying to open and causes lightroom to become unresponsive. I realise that you can turn off the "show import dialogue when card inserted" in the prefs, and this will prevent the issue, but feel that it needs to be made  so that the import dialogue cant launch while you have the export dialogue open. A l'emplacement concerné il est écrit "La réduction du bruit n'est actuellement pas compatible avec ce format de photo". Since downloading LrC 13.3.1 — to my Mac Studio M1 Ultra running Mac OS Sonoma 14.5 — when I go back to edit (or sometimes just click on an HEIC photo and view it) a photo that was added to my catalog when I was using an earlier version of LrC -- all of a sudden now, that image file gets the "Metadata has Conflict" tag and it tells me that "the metadata for this photo has be changed by both Lightroom and another application. And asks, "Should Lightroom import settings from the disk or overwrite disk settings with those from the catalog?"    This has me flummoxed since I am quite sure that since the file was added to my LrC catalog, it has not been changed by any application other than LrC (albeit an earlier version of LrC).    So, what is the correct response? Which option should I choose?   Overwrite Settings   Import Settings from Disk   or*Cancel*if this is a glitch or a bug that will be sorted with a future update, should I simply choose "Cancel"

Since yesterday, 2/13, my LRC Import function from a CF card is not working.  Before, I would be able to preview all the photos and select which one I want to import.  Now when I click Import, a black box appears in the middle of the screen saying "Allow Duplicates   1:1 Previews" and a few other things.  Completely different from before!  I have included a screenshot of what I see when I click the Import button. Can anyone help with this?  

When duplicating a brush mask, the copy shifted right and downward.It will not happen if duplicating the whole mask, it only happens when duplicating a brush mask inside a mask.

New update to LRC 14.2 on Windows 11 - writing metadata stalls or takes forever.Writing metadata to even one file (jpg, dng, heic) stalls with the "Saving Metadata" task bar at top left showing no movement. Updated graphics driver, still the same.

Ich habe ein bild von raw format ins jpg exportiert - im selben datei exportieren. Es wird aber nicht in lightroom angezeigt, nur an meiner festplatte. Wie kann ich es im Lightroom sichtbar machen?Vielen Dank

I recently acquired a new lens (AF-P DX NIKKOR 10-20 mm f/4.5-5.6G VR).  After importing several pictures shot with this lens, I am not seeing any metadata showing up.  Pictures taken with other lenses imported at the same time are showing as expected.  The EXIF data does show up when viewing images in my camera.

I may be alone in thinking this way, but I feel that Lightroom Classic could be trimmed down into a Lightroom Pro version. This would be only supporting Library and Develop modules. I only rarely bother with the Slideshow and Book modules, and the Slideshow ouptut is staggeringly low quality by today's standards. There are plenty of other ways to do both of these tasks. I've never used the Map, Print or Web modules. I feel like all this extra functionality is slowing the software down. I'm sure there are folks out there who use the other modules, and LRC can continue for those photographers. However, I shoot hundreds of events with thousands of photos per event and all I ever need is Import, Organize, Rate, Edit, and Export. Occasionally jumping into Photoshop for more difficult edits. I would prefer a simpler, more streamlined pro version for these tasks.

Hi, when I use "Previous" button in Develop module, I usually don't want to copy masks and crop settings. Could you consider add option to choose, which settings button copies? I saw in Google that first requests for this feature reach 2009 All the bestMarcin

hey guys, Im having a new issue I wasn't having before.In develop mode as soon as I click on a photo to edit, lightroom is automatically making my photos way brighter and over exposed.  Even when resetting settings and having my camera calibration set to my camera nothing is helping. It's doing it to new imports and previous ones and really causing issues with my editing! Hoping someone has a solution!Thanks

Starting masking or adding a mask in LRC 14 works as advertised with a mouse.  With a tablet pen (Wacom), the only way to start a mask or add another is to choose the mask, then click outside the LRC app and the mask shows up.  You have to continue this defocus-refocus maneuver when using a pen for each step of masking.  It began to appear in LRC 13 but is clear in LRC 14. Evaluated by Adobe tech support online after I initiatlly posted this (as a longer post) and has been identified as a definite bug affecting LRC v13 and current v14, referred to development for a fix. Also noticed now that many times when I modify the main image, the Loupe view on the monitor next to it does not reflect the changes...or even flashes black for a few moments.  This is a new phenomenon with the latest release, never seen it happen before.
