Select some photos in the grid and open the Edit Capture Time window. Set Type of Adjustment to Shift by set number of hours (time zone adjust) in the Edit Capture Time window. Now, I want to shift my photo's with 4h30, (Europe vs Sri Lanka), but it is not selectable. I'm only allowed to change from -24 to +24 in discrete steps of one hour. Can the resolution of the interval be changed to one minute using 2 combo boxes?
If I select all images in the Library module in LRC and select "Convert photos to DNG" only one photo is converted and the rest are not. I also have the same thing if, for example, I mark several images in the Library module and enter a title in the metadata, it is only applied to one image. How can I apply the changes directly to all images? Thank you and greetings

My Lightroom cannot turn on the GPU full graphics acceleration function. Currently, only basic graphics acceleration can be used, and "Use GPU to process images" cannot be checked. Hi Adobe Community,I’m encountering an issue in Lightroom when working with my customers’ favorites. Here’s the problem: When I filter the favorites using text input to locate the images, the pictures appear correctly. However, when I try to rate these images—whether by adding stars or flags—the application shows an infinite loading bar that never ends. This makes it impossible to process hundreds of images efficiently.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a workaround or solution to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help!my system:Apple M1 Max32GB RAMmacOS 14.7
HIi have just updated to Lightroom classic V14, my catalogue is still v13.3. I did upgrade the catalouge after the update. is this the correct version?
I use the stacking function of Lightroom Classic (version 13.4 on MacOS Sonoma 14.5) to collect different views and versions of the same art object. Collect objects of the same place in folders and subfolders by type. I may have older photographs stacked with newer ones, one of the newer one on top of the stack, but references in my notes may still refer to the older photograph. Now if I search the photo number of the older photograph within a certain place with all photos in subfolders shown. The photo numbers within stacks are only found if I first make sure that all stacks are expanded. This is valid if I search from "all photographs" (the entire catlaogue) or any of the subfolders with all photographs within that shown (the full number apparent in the folder section). Since classic shows the full number of photographs contained in the catalogue or the respective folder (including its subfolders) in the folder section, but then does not consider all those in stacks when I do a text
I keep getting this error. "There was an error copying files to the detination you selected. The following files could not be copied"My workflow is to go out and shoot multiple jobs. I then import all the files into lightroom, create subfolder for each shoot and then selelct and drag and drop the images to each subfolder for each job. Thing is, every damn time it leaves behind images and says "could not copy " filesname(s) images". It's so random, if I try and move 200 images, it will pop up and say it can't copy 10 of them, next time it can't copy one of them, but it happens EVERY time. So the only way to do it is to repeat the whole action again. This happened on my old PC, so I bought a brand new one and the same thing is happening. It is just so frustrating. I've had a look through the discussions and no real definitive answer. Starting to think the only way to do it is close lightroom after importing and do everything in file explorer and then reopen and synchonise
Problem: Standard Previews are build using the iGPU of the CPU and not the NVIDIA GPU. This is probably a lot slower! It really impossible loooong time for 1000 images. Like 15minutes or so... Title says it. Ever since the latest update both cloud and classic have been running extremely slow and unstable. I was told yesterday by an adobe "engineer" that there was a technical outage on their end. Now I'm experiencing extremely long sync times. On another note, can we all just talk about adobe has twilight zone levels of customer support? They are abysmal, no one knows what theyre talking about, you call and you can hardly hear them over the cacophony going on in their "offices". No one cares, they just transfer you and kick the can down the road. I'm waiting patiently for another company to end their monopoly so I end my 10 year toxic relationship with adobe.
Short & sweet but would be a huge game changer - when you hit \ to see before & after in Lightroom, it would be great if the sliders also showed before & after, not just the after.
Context: Windows 11, Lightroom Classic 14.0.1 Camera : Canon R5 (CR3 files) Lightroom is configured to create XMP filesCatalog and originals on an external SSD SSD is healthy according to Windows and CrystalDiskInfo I imported 33 CR3s, worked a few minutes on one of them and tried exporting it to JPEG. My export parameters are pretty simple : folder and subfolder selection, default JPEG parameters, remove some metadata, show in explorer. Note that this was also the only photo I worked on today. Result : The progress bar appears and instantly fills to 100%, never disappears, and the JPEG is never created. I tried exporting other photos in the same series, one by one (otherwise the whole export process hangs as soon as it fails to export one) and roughly half of them exported successfully. After digging around for a while, I figured out that the XMP files were missing for the photos that failed to export. (note that I created this screenshot after figuring out the wor
Hi, I'm using LC vers. 14.0.1 on Mac. I've got a few folders which are synchronized with the cloud, and that usually works pretty well. Recently I added 122 new pictures to a folder but only 7 (!) of them got synchronized. I don't see any error messageand in the sync preferences window it says there is no sync going on or files stuck:I've tried to figure out if there are any differences between the pictures that sync and those that don't but found no reason (i.e. smart previews or not, files missing, videos or others).Any ideas how to "force" the upload to the cloud of those pictures? Thanks!
Recently I have issues with previews. For example - today I built 1:1 previews for a collection of images. Several hours later, there are no previews while working on the collection, and I have to build them again.I do have the preview cache limit set to 250GB but my preview size is still arounf 100GB Anyone else recognise this problem? Could it be that when I close the catalogue and choose the 'optimize' option, that somehow the previews are being deleted?
Grazie.
After importing images from my source folder, the thumbnail images are dimmed out in Library mode. Any suggestions ? Macbook M1, OS Sequoia

Was mache ich falsch? windows 11 [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules.]
When working with the AI Noise Reduction badge, there are many times when an image (raw) that should have been selected is not processed.
Lightroom keeps showing three photos as being newly synchornized every time I synchronize the folder. I have added keywords, but the next sync the photos show up without any keywords or other work I did. I have manually removed them and sync'ed the folder. They show up new then, as they should, but they keep showing up as new! The photo shows the three chronic re-syn'ers on the lef t and the three legit new photos on the right. I have Lightroom Classic V 13-3 and Windows 11 Pro. [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules.]
Hallo. Vielen
WARNING, a bit of an angry rant here given the damage... This issue was encountered with LR Classic on Mac. I have no idea if it occurs elsewhere. I sure hope not. I have a catalog with about 180K images and videos, all organized into folders by date. In each folder, I have the original images that should NEVER be modified. That includes the OS file creation time (which will match the date/time when the file was created by the camera if you don't do anything silly when importing images). Preserving the file creation time is very useful! Yesterday, I decided to enable the "feature" to "Automatically Write Changes to .XMP" in the Catalog settings. I did this as it seemed like a good idea to keep the metadata on disk as a sidecar to the original image (in addition to it being in the database). My hope was that this would provide an additional layer of security in case a catalog got corrupted, etc. You could sync the folder and get back all the met
Hello, I've recently encountered a problem with GPU use in Adobe Lightroom. Lightroom Classic has been running pretty smoothly for me up until I updated my Macbook Pro 16-inch 2019 to the new macOS Sonata 14. Now, the pictures go completely black in development mode and would only work if I turn the GPU acceleration off, making the software run much slower. Since the Macbook is running on AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8GB, I tried looking for driver updates for this specific GPU but found out that there is no option to install driver updates manually. Will Adobe release an update to fix this issue or is there something I can try to make my Lightroom run on GPU? I'm using the Macbook Pro 16-inch, 2019. 2.4GHz 8-Core Intel Core i-9 processor. AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8GB & Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536MB. 32GB RAM 2667MHz DDR4. Running Lightroom v13.2
