Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I did plan to switch from Lightroom CC local to cloud based use, to be able to use recommended presets. Then I realised it will upload all my photos to the cloud. I have about 4 Tb photos in my computer and 20 Gb Photography plan. Even switching to 1 Tb plan wouldn't solve the problem even near. Is there a way I could use those recommended presets? I'm afraid I couldn't possibly afford to buy 5 Tb extra storage, allthough I don't know how much that would cost.

When using a plugin called the RNI toolkit, which lives in the presets menu, only one change can be applied at a time on iPad as opposed to multiple on desktop. You should be able to click +1800 Grain and then +1 Fade, and have both settings applied, but this doesn't work on iPads.

"Lightroom ran into a problem with your local catalog and must either quit or restart."I try to restart and nothing happens. Same error forever. I've tried reinstalling, rolling back to other versions, and reinstalling CC. Problem persists. What is this, and why can't I edit my photos. I'm on Windows 10, latest versions, drivers, etc.  Thank you.

For some reason I can't either copy an image, or import it again into my library. This makes it quite annoying when I'd like to have an image in my library with different edits applied simultaneously.

As a strong advocate for LR and Adobe, I'm increasingly frustrated by the limitations placed on the AI Remove tool. As a swimwear and fine art nude photographer, this tool has the potential to greatly expedite my work, but I'm repeatedly twarted in its use by the notice that my work violates Adobe's Communty Standards (I tried to post this message with the word p*rn in it and was denied as well which is silly). It's basic removal of extraneous marks or items in an image that is firmly swimwear or fine art nude for which I'm paid as a profesisonal. I'm baffled by the application of this restriction and would like it removed so that we can freely use the tool to create our art.

Bonjour,  Je possède un abonnement Créative Cloud fournit par mon école avec lequel j'ai accès à l'ensemble des applications pendant 12 mois. Aucune des applications ne m'a posé problèmes jusqu'à présent, toutes se connectant à mon cloud. En revanche, en installant Lightroom : impossible de me connecter à mon compte. Il ya quelque mois, j'avais en effet souscris à un abonnement "Photographie : PS + Lr" en attendant d'avoir la suite complète. Aujourd'hui, Lr ne détecte plus mon cloud et m'affiche "abonnement à renouveler". Lorsque je clique dessus, cela me met "Renouvelé : prêt à utiliser LR" mais finalement, ça ne me connecte pas... Je n'ai jamais eu aucun soucis avec Ps que j'ai continué à utiliser avec mon cloud. Avez-vous rencontré un problème similaire ? Merci, 

Every tasks run slowly on Lightroom, even switching between images took a long time to load in the edits (1-2s) and the cpu spike up to 100% usage and 14gb of ram. Especially when opening the masking menu, Lightroom would took 3-4s to fully load in everything. At the time, I was loading in an album with 11 photos, fully edited with remove, AI masking, blur, color...   I expected Lightroom to load everything instantly as my system is quite powerful and other Adobe apps run excellently with it. All,   I would like to use lightroom when mobile to review and manage photos but the software is way too either sensitive or needs another mode  because it seems to automatically want to edit or change ratings etc as there is no just view mode.  If I am wrong please can someone teach me what mode to be in so I can just view my photos without affecting the image or rating etc.?   We need a simple viewer mode to be able to share images and not risk changing something about the image.

I have used Lightroom iOS for many years. Never had a limit on how many files you could export to camera roll until most recent update. Now only allows me to export 99 at one time. Looking through settings and options with no luck changing. Please go back to no limit! There's no reason for a limit and now I'll have to do it in batches or from a computer. 

I just canceled my Adobe account for a while.    I have over 4,000 images saved to my Lightroom app on my iPhone. However, I can't see those photos from my Lightroom app on my Mac! Are these images just synced to Lightroom from my iPhone images? In other words, they are not in Lightroom, and that is what is meant by non-destructible images?   I did choose the Lighroom Download app, but I only downloaded a little over 400 images. Issue: No more than four photos can be taken in a row without re-opening the camera. Lightroom Version Number: Lightroom Android v9.5.0OS Version Number: Samsung One UI v6.1 (Android 14) Hardware: Samsung Galaxy A33 5G Steps to reproduce: 1. Start Lightroom's camera mode by any method and in any mode. 2. Take a photo by pressing the shutter button (blue circle or physical volume button). 3. Continue taking photos from the same camera in the same session. Nothing special.   Expected result: For each photo taken, the screen should 'blink' black for a moment and a preview of the photo appear in the lower left. Each shot should also appear in the Edits and Gallery sections.   Actual result: For the fifth and subsequent button presses, the blink animation plays but no preview is shown and the affected pictures don't appear anywhere in the app, as if never taken. If the flash is switched on, it still triggers even for the ignored shots. No error message is shown at any point.

If I select several photos and apply Ai-Denoise to them simultaneously (batch), the process hangs after a few images. It is not clear to me when this happens, sometimes at 2/60, sometimes at 7/10, ... It also does not always happen with the same photo, but can happen with different images.   My setting: Windows 11, HP Fury 16 G10, Nvidia RTX 3500 Ada Mobile (driver 5.52) Lightroom (Cloud) 7.5

Tested on the mobile app. And no, it's nothing fancy that is missing, a lot of standard EF and RF lenses are not showing in the list, the whole EF-M system is skipped entirely. 

I just started using Lightroom 8 online and really enjoying it, however, not familiar with all the features.I cropped and rotated, a photo in Lightroom and I would like to use generative expand to fill out the and corners a bit. <see attached>I can do this in Photoshop but is there a feature where you can use generative expand in light room? If so, where is the feature?Thanks 

I want to learn to unlock masking tool in Lightroom app  

Help, my Lightroom CC workspace looks dull and washed out compared to my dowloaded jpeg.  It's not my monitor because everything else looks as it should, it's literally just the workspace in Lightroom and nothing I'm doing makes any difference. I've tried calibrating the monitor, checked my graphics drivers settings and no difference.  The image is of my photo with the edits in Lightroom (on the left) with the downloaded jpeg next to it (on the right)!  I'm really stuck as to why it's so dreadfully dull looking. I applied the most recent lightroom updates and am using windows 11 home (also updated).

Mon lightroom est en 8.3.1Parfois lorsque je lance sur l'application, impossible d'acceder à mes dossiers et photos dans la bar de gauche quand je suis sur "local". En cloud pas de soucis. Cela fais plusieurs fois que ça me fais ce bug et je n'ai pas trouvé le moyen de contourner ça. Le redemarrage ne marche à priori pas, et ça revient tout seul sans raison apparente. Même le petit icone en haut à gauche du menu est grisé ! Quelqu'un a t-il eu un problème similaire ? Je vous joins une capture d'écran pour vous montrer. merci 🙏

The mask feature is no longer working.  I am using the latest version of Lightroom.  I dont know why this is happening.

I just upgraded my ram from 16gb to 64gb in hopes of optimizing Lightroom performance on my pc. However, it seems to be just as laggy, just without the crashing. It's so laggy that it makes it extremely unenjoyable to use, and I feel like just giving up on trying to fix it. Is there a way to get this issue addressed, or will I need to look elsewhere for a more optimal user experience?

AI Denoise fails on my .orf raw files. I'm using an OM-D E-M5 iii. I do not want to use 3rd party like Topaze or import into Classic to accomplish that.
