Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Running latest Lightroom cloud 6.2 on Mac OS Ventura M2 Pro, white balance selector doesn't work. Pressing W turns cursor to zoom (and it zooms when clicked), and directly clicking on WB selector has the same effect. I realize the same was replied to a post on 19th of March 2023 by HenryJames, but he was told it was "highly unlikely". LIghtroom is in "Sync pending", eats CPU, does IO, and never finishes.I gave it ~ 40 hours over several days to sort itself out. I have gigabit internet.I reinstalled lightroom.Problem continues.Could not deinstall / reinstall the whole Adobe suite because of the other error I posted.In "Options" the calculation never finishesIt does crazy SSD-killing IO on a disk it has no business accessing (AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom CC\Data\), as I set it to have its cache on another disk.

Tengo el problema constante de que, si edito una foto sincronizada en la nube, dependiendo del humor de lightroom me muestra una edición en el tiempo o incluso la foto sin editar. pasa constantemente entre lightroom clasic y lightroom, al principio dije bueno puede ser por compatibilidad, pero ahora que edite en mi lightroom normal usando fui a abrirlo en el portátil, todo lo echo no aparece y me asegure que sincronizara la edición. y es horrible ese servicio nunca se si realmente con lo que estoy trabajando es la ultima actualización que realice, me ha pasado que termino de editar mis fotos las comparto por lightroom al cliente y me doy cuenta ¡que ha sorpresa en el vínculo están sin editar!.he limpiado el almacenamiento aumentado cache, borrar cache. formatear el equipo (esto último solo por limpieza) pero nada soluciona el error y la verdad para estar pagando un programa para editar en cualquier parte y que al final no te deje es frustrante.

Masking problam

I have been havng an issue with LR Mobile on my iPhone 15 Pro Max for now the last 2 app updates and it's become untenable. I am currently on version 10.0.2. When I edit my photos I am very specific on color temperature and tint, as I'm sure many other photographers are. It was bad enough when Adobe decided that color temperature values would now be random and the old, very accurate system of values of fives and zeroes would be replaced with any old number the app ended up on. But now the app is straight up readjusting or occasionally completely resetting my color temp. and tint valies on its own. For instance, I edited what ended up being a 209 photo album yesterday and waited until this morning to indivudually export the photos. As I went back through them, watermarking them for the intended website, EVERY SINGLE PHOTO had different color temp and tint values than I synced with last night. I not only had to readjuast every photo in the album as I went, I cannot be sure that

I can't find Lightroom mobile in appstore, it says unavailable in your country (Morocco). I'm on iOs 18.1.

Utilizo o Lightroom desktop para editar as fotos tiradas no celular. Uso tambem a versão do celular, No eentando a versão desktop trava e demora para responder aos comandos. Até ha algum tempo atrás isso não acontecia, funcionava bem sem problemas. Faço uma pre edicção no celular e gosto de terminar de editar no computador poois as fotos ficam disponiveis automaticamente na nuvem. ES NECESARIO VOLVER A CALCULAR ALGUNAS CONFIGURACIONES DE LA IA (me sale algo ha ido mal). hola buenas noches, estoy trantando de aplicar en lightroom clasic, desenfoque del fondo y me dice que tengo que actualizar la IA lo hago y llega al 30% y luego se completa y ya me sale el error. a alguien mas me pasa, es una herramienta que uso mucho. gracias!

Al momento de descargar las fotos en grupo y colocando credenciales, nombre personalizado y otras opciones no me permite descargar imagen, sale error

Hello all, My previous laptop was stolen and I downloaded LR to a provisory one. I've just noticed that there is at lest one album missing ("Hoje").Also, tehre are two different counts of pictures - c. 13k in one, c. 10k in the other.Finally. how do I deactivate LR from the stolen laptop?Thanks in advance, Luis

Olá! Eu utilizava o Lightroom Classic há alguns anos, e possuía um catálogo sincronizado com a Creative Cloud. Fiquei um tempo sem utilizar, suspendi minha assinatura, e agora estou retornando, e muitas mudanças aconteceram... O problema agora é que desejo interromper a sincronização que possuía deste catálogo antigo, liberar o espaço na nuvem para reiniciar, e simplesmente não consigo fazer isso. Quero deletar este catálogo antigo, mas ainda não o fiz pois tenho receio de ter que configurar algo nele... E ainda: vejo que qdo o abro, ele mostra várias pastas de sincronização, com iphones, ipads... desejo que isso ocorra em outro catálogo! E ainda: abrindo o Lightroom CC no desktop ou ipad, vejo que lá estao varias fotos sincronizadas que nao tenho o menor interesse que fiquem lá, e que nao tenho idéia do motivo de estarem sincronizadas... por exemplo, tenho 2000 fotos sincronizadas do ano de 2022... fotos do iphone. Por que estao lá? Por que somente de 2022? Algumas eu entendo que estã

Bonjour,    je ne peux plus utiliser les masques,  lorsque je sélectionne un sujet , un ciel, ou un arrière plan , des incrustations de couleurs apparaissent et je ne peux plus rien faire .   Photos en exemple.  

I know Lightroom (Desktop) does not have renaming capabilities. If I use batch rename in macOS finder, will those changes cause issues in Lightroom (Desktop)?

Platform: iPad Pro, latest OS Lightroom version: 9.5   Issue:  when I apply a monochrome profile (specifically any of the cobalt images Monochrom M10 profiles, but I suspect any similar) the profile applies, but as of this app release any attempt to adjust the RAW (exposure, highlights, etc) reverts the image to color, and automatically sets the profile to Adobe Color. Prior to this update, they functioned normally as a base profile, and still work fine on desktop (MacOS, latest Lightroom CC version)     specific steps: 1. Take any color raw you have 2. Apply profile; the M10 profiles in question are XMP profiles with an RGB LUT that's applied after all image controls (per Cobalt; I checked with them first). Note the image goes monochrome as expected. 3. Make any adjustment in the develop panel, such as exposure, shadows, contrast, etc   result:  image resets to color, profile UI briefly freezes, automatically sets Adobe Color after few seconds. Export with border no longer works correctly as of 10.0.1, iOS and iPadOS. The added border (say 10 px) has a significance lack of opacity so it is in effect useless. Can anyone else confirm this? It fails on both versions of LR cc (feature not available on MacOS). It's destroyed my workflow. 

I've been using a trackpad and keyboard for my iPad for a while now and in all my apps the trackpad and keyboard work perfectly except for Lightroom which annoys me a bit because its the only app actually pay for.    First off you can't zoom into photos like in the default photos app or safari using the trackpad, I've tried everything and I don't even think there is a way to zoom in using a trackpad altogether    second of all its really buggy to use generally in the whole app   it really does annoy me because its a paid app and I expect a paid app to have somewhat basic support for these things.   Another thing i would love is shortcuts. I'm not familiar with the desktop/lightroom version of Lightroom but I'm sure it has some keyboard shortcuts and it would be great to have them on ipadOS

Bonjour, je rencontre un problème avec une carte Cf Express type B (carte Sandisk Extreme Pro 128Gb), lorsque je l'insère dans mon lecteur de carte Cf Express type B (lecteur Sandisk Extreme Pro), elle n'est pas reconnue par Lightroom en temps qu'appareil photo ou lecteur amovible, mais en temps que disque dur. Cela m'empeche donc de faire un import classique avec Lightroom CC (7) sous Windows 10.Tout fonctionne bien avec les cartes sd et Compact Flash.Auriez-vous une solution, ou peut-être un lecteur de carte Cf Express type B compatible qui apparaitrait en tant qu'appareil photo ou lecteur amovible.Merci et bonne journée à vous.

I'm using LR. After having created a mask and proceeding with changes such as increasing exposure the subject become green without any reason. Actually I'm not in the position to use the program at all.I was thinking it might have been a memory issue but even after shutting down and restarting the issue remain there
