Can't search multiple photos by filename

Hi there, I'm coming in with a very frustrating issues in Lightroom CC I didn't have in Lightroom classic nor in Capture one, which should be pretty simple in my opinion : searching for multiple photos by filename(s) Not only I always get a blackhole, but even searching for a single file name doesn't work. ( Even if I'm copy / pasting the exacte file name from the actual file. Also when using a service like Pixieset.com for your client to review a gallery, I know you can copy a client's selection and paste it into Lightroom Classic or Capture One to get the same selection easily. Why isn't that working on Lightroom CC ?! If anyone can provide any help with this issue, I would truly appreciate it because it's been very frustrating and slowing down considerably my workflow. Best, Chaz

when ‘Distraction Removal’ will be available for LR?

Following Adobe Max 2024, I was impressed by the distraction removal tool in Photoshop. However, I only subscribe to Lightroom and hope it will be available there soon, as I often use the removal feature. Does anyone know the plan for this?

How to get my photos to save to my computer?

Hello, I am having this problem where I cannot seem to get my photos to export once I have edited.. I have tried setting up a new folder (and even an older one) and it does not work.  It tells me that I "do not have access to save photos", it happened out of the blue one day. Its only on my lap top not my imac.    PLEASE HELP, i am a photographer and would love to edit on my lap top as well.

How to only import new photos?

When I go to import all photos on the disk show up, including ones I already imported and edited, so any that I've already deleted also get checked by Lightroom to import. How do I only import photos between certain dates?

Error: "Falta el perfil"

He estado trabajando con Lightroom mobile desde mi Ipad, laptop y celular. El problema es que a la hora de trabajar en la misma fotografía en dos dispositivos, aparece este error que falta el perfil "adobe standard", que no esta disponible en este dispositivo. La solución que me da es que edite la foto en el dispositivo donde la descargue originalmente. Además, este error suele aparecer después de que intento descargar la foto en el nuevo dispositivo. Cuando la descargo, se alteran los colores y presenta un tinte verde muy brillante e imposible de ignorar. Adjunto foto de los errores que aparecen en mi iphone (me ha pasado lo mismo usando un Ipad). Espero algún experto o técnico me pueda apoyar. Gracias

Lightroom and Creative Cloud sync problem

Hello everyone!This is my first time posting in the community. I'm trying to fix a problem but with no success so my hopes are all on you! 😄My storage on Creative cloud is full and I always see the red alert every time I open Lightoom. I deleted lots of folders and files and it was always appearing a messages saying that the files will remain in the library. So, I logged in my Creative Cloud account but I don't see any files (neither the past ones nor the ones I have just deleted) and I don't know how to delete them. The red alert inside Lightroom keeps appearing but what can I do to create more space?Thanks a lot in advance to whoever will help!

P: Using Generative fill to add or expand clothing (for modesty)Open for Voting

I sometimes get a flag for inappropriate use when trying to use AI features when trying to actually ADD/Extend clothing for modesty purposes (in swim team photos, for example).  Should be a way to use generative features to ADD (it thinks I'm trying to remove which is understandable re: flag--but that is the opposite...can use the heal/clone but that takes more effort).  Does something exist and I'm just not well versed?  Add an option to ADD instead of REMOVE.

Doesn't work properly on Macbook Air M1?

Hello,   I am using Lightroom CC on a Macbook M1. It seems that the app doesn't work if I am not online and it doesn't show me the local folders. In any case it is super super slow. On top of that, after I do my edits, I can't batch export, as the loading bar gets stuck and unable to move on.   Is this a common issue? Should I switch to lightroom classic instead?   I just bought the photography plan last week, but I seem to have too many technical issues

Lightroom Cloud delete without Active Account

searching now for dozens of posts cant find the answer:i want to delete my own files from the adobe cc cloud i dont use anymore for a yeari dont have an active account ..... as i didnt use it for more than a year after a while of searching found the lightroom downloader app (strangely enough u need another program to get your own files from a available "web-app" with download function - so blocked on purpose download is currently running and after that i want to delete all my private pictures from the cloud  where ??  pls sb can help me ... and no ... they are not liste with an free account under "files" only the adobe scan files were there (and i deleted them ,.... one by one as there was no bulk download available: win10, chrome) thanks for valid answers guys ...  if i overlooked it i am sorry

Import issues

Hi. I use the app Lightroom on my phone (Google Pixel 8 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra). For over a month I have been having a new issue with Lightroom. I am unable to import images directly from my One Drive files into Lightroom. Each time I attempt to do so a warning message in red pops up in the Lightroom app saying "Could not open an editable version of the photo. Please go back and try again". All the files are in RAW format, not edited whatsoever. The camera I use is a Nikon D5300. I have to 3 steps in order to have my One Drive Files into Lightroom.  Step 1. I download the image I want into my device (phone) Will call this (File 1).  Step 2. I have to make a copy of the same file I downloaded in order for the image to look the same as the original photo (File 2), otherwise if I end up importing (File 1) that I downloaded; the image will appear darker in Lightroom. The copy (File 2) appears how it looks in One Drive. Step 3. Import the copy (File 2

Lightroom Downloader stuck

Hello, I am trying to download my LR CC catalogue with the Lightroom Downloader. After seveal attempts (I have a tonne of images and slow internet) I am stuck at 96% done.. it's been stuck for several hours and shows no activity. There's plenty of space on my drive. If I have to start over is there any way to know what was downloaded? Will it sync up to know? Or do I have to start over again?Any tips to get it to finish the lasy 4%? Thanks

Lightroom Downloader app for Windows 10 stops at 40%

Does anyone still try to use the Lightroom Downloader app for Windows 10?I bought a large capacity SSD drive to back up my files for "just-in-case-my-computer-dies" or if I'm cyberhacked. The Lightroom Downloader app worked great at first, but unexpectedly stopped at "40%," even though I had a huge amount of space left on the SSD drive. Should I even bother trying to back up Lightroom photos because if my computer died I could perhaps reinstall all my photos and edits from Lightroom onto a new computer?I use Lr, which I think is the cloud-based system... Thanks for anyone's recommendations!
