Buongiorno, da qualche giorno riscontro un problema con Lightroom. Nel tentativo di applicare un predefinito ai soli elementi non modificati, il processo si è bloccato e ho dovuto annullarlo perché richiedeva troppo tempo. In seguito a questa operazione, il catalogo si è disorganizzato e ora il programma non mi mostra più la distinzione tra foto modificate e non modificate.da poco ha anche iniziato a sincronizzare molti album, ma erano già sincronizzati. non so il motivo e l’ho bloccato, qualcuno sa aiutarmi? grazie
I have been a licensed user for many years. My existing adobe applications that exist on my computer are automatically updated. When I turned on my computer, I saw that all the applications were up to date. Although I can open PS, I definitely can't open the LR application. I can't get into the app. All my work is late. I am extremely victimized. Is there anyone who can help. what should I do
Hi,I’m a Lightroom Premium subscriber.My Lightroom Mobile library suddenly disappeared without me deleting anything.All photos in Lightroom are gone. All albums are gone. All imported presets are gone. All edits are gone. Lightroom Mobile and Lightroom Web both show 0 photos. My original photos are still in Apple Photos. My iPhone still shows 59.34 GB of Lightroom Documents & Data. I already signed out and signed back in, but nothing changed.Could someone from Adobe please help check if my local Lightroom catalog can be recovered?
Lightroom mobile (Version 11.4.10) seems to have introduced a new bug. On the iPad Pro (11' M4) scrolling through albums or photos using two fingers on the touchpad of the Magic keyboard does not work properly anymore. In landscape mode, swiping up/down (scrolling) moves photos left/right. Swiping left/right actually scrolls up/down. It's as if the touchpad and Lightroom would be 90° off.
I recently updated Lightroom and now the application is not opening. I have tried deinstalling it and reinstalling it but this hasn’t fixed it. I am using MAC OS 26.5.2 and Lightroom v9.4.1.

Photographe de mariage, j’ai pour habitude d’effectuer mon tri directement sur lightroom via le système de notation par étoile. Or depuis 3 jours, celui-ci bug et est obsolète. Lorsque je met une étoile, celle-ci disparait instantanément et n’est pas sélectionnée. Parfois lorsque je met une étoile sur UNE photo, toutes les autres photos possèdent une étoile également mais ne sont pas sélectionnées malgré tout. Le seul moyen pour que ma notation soit pas obsolète, je suis obligé de faire clic-droit sur la photo, définir la note, une étoile. Sauf que cette manière me fait perdre un temps considérable !! Faire un clic-droit sur chaque photo que je souhaite noter sur un tri de +6000 photos c’est pas possible…. J’ai constaté ce bug depuis la dernière MAJ. J’ai quitté le logiciel +5 fois, j’ai redémarré mon PC mais SURTOUT j’ai désinstallé l’application et rien n’y fait.

I am using Lightroom (Cloud) on a Windows 11 PC with plenty of ram etc. I have noticed that since the last update (9.4.1) that when I am in the Masking tools that if I create a mask (any style of mask) and make any changes to any of the sliders if I then create another mask of any style it automatically applies all the slider changes to the next mask I create. I have tried to use “Reset Sliders Automatically” setting that doesn’t make any difference. I have also noticed that once this happens that it will not allow me to right click (PC Version) on the new mask just created to delete it. I have to go up to the EDIT on the main menu and then click “Undo New Mask”. This is very frustrating and time consuming to have to manually reset all sliders. I have been using this Lightroom (Cloud) a few years now and have never had any of these types of issues with the masking tool. Am I doing something wrong or am I correct in thinking the controls of the masking tools have changed?
I use Lightroom Cloud v 9.4.1. Since the most recent updates, when I create a mask and then try to subtract an area from it, I can't see any of what I'm brushing disappear (meaning the pink overlay is not getting erased). If I go to a large pink area and try to brush it, I see a very light removal, but it's clearly not removing the area desired. I have density all the way to the right. Any ideas if this is a preference that got changed or if this is a bug? Thanks to anyone who can help.

After an update on July 2026 LR mobile...the video is skipped during import...this was never happened before, this isn't happening with the photos although but with the videos. Can't import video after an update
Hello, before the April 2026 update, when I switched to full-screen detail view (using the F key), I would press the C key to open cropping mode. Then, to check the crop, I would press the C key again, and the photo would resize to fit the screen.Now, when I press the C key again, the photo remains zoomed out without being resized to fit the screen. Unable to edit the text in the “Add watermark” field. As soon as I attempt to edit it, it deletes everything. Text does not appear on the image in the preview or after export. I have tried both black and white colour options, tried with drop shadow and without, etc. I am running macOS Sequoia 15.7.7.
Sometimes, when I try to delete oneor many photos from the Lightroom app, it fails to do that - remove iOS popup just won’t show. Also, it may sometimes help to restart the phone, but the issue isn’t 100% solvable by just restarting, It happens randomly. I previously have noticed that the issue can be easily triggered by trying to remove lots of photos (don’t remember how many exactly), but after the recent update it seems that Lightroom won’t allow me to delete that many photos (delete button becomes inactive after certain number of photos selected). Nevertheless, the issue is still randomly happening when I’m trying to delete like two or three photos. At certain point It just stops working.I have a suspicion that this is some iOS system issue casue I’ve been experiencing this since iOS 18 and not only in Lightroom, but other third-party apps too. But you know how Apple support goes: restart, do factory reset, send to repair, etc. Without actually solving anything. So, I guess such a

After first launching Lightroom, we can enter Crop mode by pressing "C" key. Then we can do our cropping, then confirm it (as we confirm everything on a computer) by pressing Enter. But after using LIghtroom for a while (sorry that's fuzzy), Enter stops working to confirm the crop. We can stil confirm the crop by pressing the "C" key again, but for some reason Enter stops working until Lightroom is quit and restarted. The amount of time LR has to run before Enter stops working for crop confirmation is not known - sometimes it's day, other times (like this evening) it seems to stop working minutes after launch. Something must be triggering the failure but I don't know what. I know this sounds minor, but Enter is so ingrained as the "do it now" key since the beginning of computing that this one always throws me. This bug has existed for the five years I've been using LR, and has persisted across all of the updates in that time. Just getting around to repo
I do NOT follow the prescribed order from Adobe: Edit -> Light, Color.... My normal flow is to eliminate distractions first. So I 1. Crop/Rotate. 2. Enable Camera Optics 3. Geometry 4. Then start the Adobe flow of "Edit (global) > Light, Color..... It would be nice if we can change the order of the icons/panels to match how we think.
Regarding the new tools, why are the action tools/features unvailable on my iphone, even though i have a lightroom mobile premium subcription.

I created collections synced with Lightroom Classic on Windows 11.I can successfully load these collections onto my Android smartphone and store the photos locally.When I try to do the same thing on my iPad Pro, I encounter the following issue: the initial loading of the collections works fine, and I can store the photos from these collections locally: But when I return to the app, the photos in these collections load but do not display. If I close and restart the app, I get error 19651012. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, without success. I should note that I’m running the latest version of iPadOS.
I purchased a one-month Lightroom subscription using my Apple ID, and everything is fine there. However, whenever I open Lightroom, it shows that I don't have a subscription. What should I do?
