Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Since the recent update, I’m having a lot of issues with masks. When I create a new mask (example a linear gradient mask) some of the sliders have already been adjusted. I have the ‘Reset sliders automatically’ box checked. Additionally, sometimes I am adjusting the sliders for a mask and the change is not being applied to the image (like if I change the exposure slider the selected area does not get brighter/darker). Finally, if I right click on a mask » Delete » nothing happens and the mask isn’t deleted. Is this a known issue? Any tips on how to resolve this please?I am using Lightroom version 9.4 and Windows 11.

Whilst trying to create a short video from an image in lightroom, the result is not what was selected. I selected a portrait version but every time I try to produce a video it produces a cropped landscape version that is not acceptable.

when selecting an image a second image will cover selected image. started with latest update lr, lrc lr mobile

The problem has been going on for about a week. When I clicked on confirm whether I want to delete the pictures, it says that the deletion was successful, but nothing happened and the pictures remained in their place. They also couldn't be removed from the trash. I tried deleting all the application data and that helped...for one day. Today, the same problem again. Turning on synchronization didn't help.  [Android]

It’s a new function, in lightroom 9.4. 

Não estou conseguindo editar as fotos escolhidas, pois quando faço a marcação com estrela ele não está atualizando as marcações quando a foto está aberta. Outros colegas usam o mesmo sistema no Lightroom e ocorrendo o mesmo fato.

After latest update on LR, after checking photos and putting stars, when finish and when i want to export selected files, LR randomly put star rating on other photos and on the selected ones stars dissapear, it didnt happens before, but after latest update. For example, if I put 5 stars on 100 photos from them 2000, at the end i see only 15 photos as rated

Unable to edit the text in the “Add watermark” field. As soon as I attempt to edit it, it deletes everything. Text does not appear on the image in the preview or after export. I have tried both black and white colour options, tried with drop shadow and without, etc. I am running macOS Sequoia 15.7.7.

Hello, I have been using an adobe account that I made a long time ago and want to transfer all 7000 pictures I have from my old adobe account onto my new adobe account.   Besides downloading all of my pictures and re-uploading them to my new account, is there a way I can do this that is built into adobe?    Thank you     {Thread title edited by moderator}

Todos os meus álbuns e pastas desapareceram do meu Lightroom mobile, mesmo criando um novo eles não aparecem.Isso aconteceu depois da atualização 

Lightroom offers a “Share & Invite” option otherwise known as the web based Lightroom galleries. Comments and “likes” can be added to the images in these galleries. But there are no ways for the person writing those comments or “liking” those images to know how many or which images were liked. How it this not something that exists in Lightroom?? Basic image selection and proofing for clients. It is beyond me why this wouldn’t be made possible and just makes it a headache for any photographer to get feedback and images selected by their clients. Please, PLEASE, make it happen.

When using detail view, photo ratings are showing up in an inconsistent state with the actual album. This results in either removing the rating in some cases by double setting it or simply just not having the state updated at all. Right now, the detail view is completely inconsistent with the Square Grid view. I can only hope that the Square Grid view is correct since it seems to work with filtering and shows up correctly across devices. This happened since the most recent update to Lightroom on both my Windows and Mac installation. I haven’t yet tested iOS or Android clients.

I use lightroom mobile on an android. When editing an image and going into more specific edits that give you an option to discard changes, such as masking, if you press the X, it gives you the option of either continuing to edit or discard changes made. In my case, if i discard te changes made to a mask, it resets my whole image, and deletes even the editing history of the image, you cannot undo the action and recover any edits made, it brings back the original image with no editing history. Same thing happened when I discarded changes made to the focus points of the image for artificial focus blur.

Long-pressed images are not deleting since I updated Lightroom Mobile app on Android. Deleted images aren't even been transferred to the 'Deleted' album where they are normally queued for 30 days (where I usually manually delete, often to free up some device storage). I see the usual pop-up windows during the image selection and delete process, but as mentioned before deleted images remain in the album and nothing is transferred to the designated ‘Delete’ (queue) album. NOTE: I’m a Lightroom Mobile Premium subscriber and i’ve never encountered this problem before prior to the latest update.  Sidenotes: *Carried out an app uninstall/reinstall (and log in) to correct the bug. This didn't work, in addition to losing 300+ projects , and a ton of work (with live masks etc) because I run the app through the local device storage option. The lot wasn't synced.  *I don't sync my phone storage to Lightroom, or when I import. My imported projects are storage intensive ie. alot of digital art file

Lightroom CC doesn’t fully boot at all anymore on my Macbook Pro. I’m not receiving an error message—it just immediately closes. I’ve restarted my laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom via CC, and Reset Preferences (option + shift). Any help would be appreciated! 

My mobile LR's subject detection fails to work since few days ago, probably starting from last update. It does not even work on simple portraits (see attached, emoji and rectangle drawn on screenshot only). 

Steps to reproduce:  Try to Open LRCError Message:  Lightroom encountered an error when reading a catalog file and needs to quit.  Light will attempt to dianose the problem the next time it lauches.Tried: Uninstall and reinstallTried:  going back to previous versionTried:  Alt upon opening and tested integrityMy nerves are at the breaking point….I need it to work again.
