Bring back option to save camera photos to album And not just the all photos section. I found it very useful for my photos to go to an album on my trips. Saved time organizing them later.
I sometimes get a flag for inappropriate use when trying to use AI features when trying to actually ADD/Extend clothing for modesty purposes (in swim team photos, for example). Should be a way to use generative features to ADD (it thinks I'm trying to remove which is understandable re: flag--but that is the opposite...can use the heal/clone but that takes more effort). Does something exist and I'm just not well versed? Add an option to ADD instead of REMOVE.
Please add facial recognition capabilities for pets (dogs, cats, other animals) similar the way facial recognition works for people right now.
Dear Adobe Lightroom Team,I hope this message finds you well. I would like to propose a feature enhancement for Lightroom Mobile that would significantly improve the user experience. Currently, the app allows adjustments of hue and temperature through sliders, which limits precision.I suggest implementing manual input options for these settings, enabling users to enter specific numerical values for finer control. This enhancement would greatly benefit photographers seeking detailed adjustments in their editing process.Thank you for considering this suggestion.Best regards, Chris J.
Since Lightroom doesn't have the ability to create smart albums what about at least saved searches? Lightroom and mobile both have great search functions. I think being able to save these into the side bar would be a great replacement for Smart Albums and very easy for users to figure out and utilize. I've got a handful of searches I use frequently that have multiple criteria. This would save me a lot of time.
It would be VERY nice and HELPFUL is Adobe Lightroom Classic exported Web Galleries included WebP and AVIF image formats. Also, if the web gallery added this behavior... When you click on a thumbnail and the larger (preferably WebP or AVIF) image appeared, there was a slideshow button so it would cycle through all the Web Gallery (again, preferably WebP or AVIF format) images. This would provide our customers with a Slide Show experience where they can sit back and enjoy the Web Gallery content. If I am in error, please let me know what I need to do the accomplish this. Thank you, Nolan Conley
I hope next version of lightroom mobile you will improve the masking feature like in the pc version which we can select other parts of the body and just by brushing our desired object then it will automatically selected using ai.
I would love to see some sort of support for the extra data baked into photos taken on the new iPhone 16 series phones. I'm not expecting it to work exactly the same, but there is clearly more data contained in these files that would allow for more editing latitude. For example, I have been shooting with the tone at -50 in order to add some more contrast to my photos. I feel comfortable setting this as the default becuase I know I am able to recover any of the detail in the shadows that is lost due to this setting by readjusting the photo later. The issue is that when I import into Lightroom I basically lose all editing latitude outside of the image that is uploaded. The good news is the data is retained. I tested by round tripping a photo from Apple Photos to Lightroom and back. Once the Photo was back in Apple Photos I was still able to edit the Photographic Style. It would just be nice for Lightroom to be able to access this data since the round trip is kind of
Feature: a dropdown menu within the "Crop" tab that allows you to save/view/compare different crops of an image - i.e. with different aspect ratios, sizing or other adjustments. Note: this would be similar to the "Verions" tool however different in that any following edits to lighting, healing, masking, etc. would apply to all of the crop versions. I also realize some of the this functionality could be done by duplicating images and cropping each differently, but that really clutters my library so having this live within the single image itself would be much cleaner. Benefit 1: The big advantage of this over the "Versions" tool is it allows you to try out different crops much earlier in the editing workflow, for instance during culling even. Perhaps it's just my own preference, but I like to explore crop options pretty early, so that I know the "potential" of a given image - sometimes it seeing how I could crop an image tells me if it is worth it to spend
Now that many of us are on iOS 18, I believe we would all appreciate the integration of its new features in concert with Lightroom, such as an Lr Camera launch option in the Shortcuts app and as a Lock Screen toggle 🙂
We need to be able to search shared albums in Lightroom so that all team members could easily find a specific image by keyword, tag, attribute, ...etc.
Please can you update Cloud based Lightroom so that we can find photos that are Not in any Album. Also it would be very useful when viewing a photo the information panel included WHICH album the photo was In. This feature has been sorely needed for such a long time and would really help those of us who like to keep our images organised. THANKS!
Adding a copy and paste settings option to the gallery view would enable batching of this process across multiple selected images.
I would like Lightroom Mobile to have the ability to crawl the device photo library and mark old photos that have been imported as such, not just photos that have been imported from that specific device. It already quickly detects duplicates when you try and import duplicates, some sort of workflow to do this in the background and mark them would be nice to have.
I would like to see more filter options on the device tab. A few I would use are:- Photos marked as imported or not- Camera body/ lens- Filter out exports from the Lightroom app to the system app. Would help avoid importing edits that came from Lightroom back into Lightroom
Hello, When Firefly will be available in Lightroom Cloud, please ? Have a nice day ! ^^ {Post moved to correct board by Moderator}
In instances where a large batch of photos involves different lighting conditions (indoors, outdoors, too dark, too light, etc.), it would be nice for Lightroom to be able to find all photos with the same lighting conditions so that I can auto-apply my color/lighting edits to the others that were taken in the same spaces. This would be very helpful for event photographers whose photos were taken in a variety of spaces and lighting conditions.
Adobe - hello, I’m not sure if it’s possible or not but I’d love to have a left handed option for Lightroom cc on the iPad - where all of the settings are on the left. It’s especially tough when using the Apple Pencil with it crossing over the image. I know that’s a huge ask and probably not in the pipeline but thought I’d throw it out there. Thanks. Jeff
This would be a game changer!
Please add b&w gradient map feature to Lightroom/Lightroom Mobile for high contrast black and white images.
I would love to see in-app raw->jpeg conversion. I import raw pictures, edit some of them and they keep sitting in cloud forever. Once in a while I find out they occupy too much storage, so I have to: Actual workflow: Filter and select raws Export to jpegs Delete raws from cloud Import previously saved jpegs Spend couple hours reinstating photos into now empty albums Cry about lost tags and so on Workflow I would live to have with the better result: Filter and select raws Chose "convert to jpeg", set conversion parametres Be happy
I have some payd presets and sometime it add them twice or more. It is really annoying to delete manually dublicates . Also will be really good to have a choose more theme one preset or group of presets to delete and sort them. That's will be awesome I you will do .
I think I missed something, or the only way to copy and paste settings from one photo to another in Lightroom for iPad, is through a buried menu item. Make it simpler (buttons, gestures…) to copy and paste settings, as well as auto sync. What about a simple copy settings from previous photo button as well? It’s as tho Lightroom Mobile is missing its batch features, which is its raison d’être.
