I wonder why when you take an HDR photo in Adobe Lightroom, the dark colors of the photo appear very dark?My phone is Samsung Galaxy note 8 (SM- N950F)HDR photos look like the photo below when indoors I shoot RAW HDR then export it in jpeg format Can't I get HDR photos in processed jpeg format?  

Hello, I'm using Lightroom V7.2. Some of my photo edits are not saving as the files are "Read Only". A dialog box tells me I need to change permissions (presumably to make my files editable).  How do I do this? Thanks, Gavin

My Lightroom seems to freeze/crash after I rate about 5 Raw photos. Only rating, not editing. It has never done this until recently. I cleared the cache, ensured everything was updated, updated graphics card drivers, and restarted my computer. I have a beefy AMD CPU and GPU. All editing features seem to work fine before it crashes. Once I've rated a few photos, Lightroom completely freezes and eventually closes. When I reopen, the ratings are there, but the photo that comes up when the program opens is a photo I worked on days prior. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I want to test out the new function on some noisy low light photos I have but am met with the message "Denoise is not currently supported with this photo format"On the site it says "Denoise is currently supported only for Bayer and X-trans mosaic raw files" My camera is a Cannon EOS Rebel T6, which does use Bayer Mosaic, so shouldn't it be able to utilize this function?Is there a specific setting on the camera or something when i transfer the files to the computer that is changing it? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Troquei de smartphone, e ao baixar o LR ele disponibilizou apenas algumas das minhas edições.Tenho mais de 100 imagens que pedem para que eu abra o app no meu celular antigo, porém ele parou de funcionar. Estou com um novo e não consego acessar minha edições anteriormente feitas. Sempre paguei o premium e nunca usei a capacidade total da nuvem. Por favor, poderiam me ajudar? preciso urgente dessas imagens.

I use both Lightroom (cc) and Lightroom Classic (Classic (v13.2) is my master, I use Lightroom CC (sic) (7.2 on pc) to have mobile access as well as iPAD pro and iPhone 11). What I have noticed is, I will create Collections in Classic and sync them.    I will then edit photos is one or both places and everything seems fine.   Hoever, more offten then not, eventually the "Albums" on CC will get "stuck" and the photos no longer sync.    I have waited, I have ensured that all files are synced, I have permenetly deleted all files in the the Deleted bin, nothing seems to resolve the situation. As an example, I have a Collection in classic Temp-Sunrise-Colors that at some point had 922 photos in it that successfully synced with the CC albums (see pics).  However, I removed files from the Collection but in CC, the files never removed themselves.   After some time, I had a Collection on Classic with 454 files.  After several days

Hi ,  I tried all the steps suggested in comments section in all previous threads , still i am unable to load CR3 files in lightroom mobile . This is such a big issue as it becomes difficult for us to edit CR3 raw files .  Kindly provide us information ho can we acces and edit CR3 RAW FILES . 

Hello, I'm working on a Hyperlapse video and want to edit one photo then copy those settings onto the rest of the images. Well for some reason it's not pasting the settings even though it's saying it is. In the example I am attaching, you can clearly see how the sky looks in the edited image and how it looks after it said it pasted the settings. Looks like I didn't even edit the image. I am using Lr Mobile on an iPad Pro. The first photo is the one that is supposed to have the settings pasted.Thoughts???    

Hi! When I open my RAW images in the app, the picture gets lightend and its not the same als the RAW picture in my galerie (i have the premium version) is there a way to fix this? 

When I open LR, the thumbnail raw files that are on my device display an exclamation mark. There is no issue when I click to view the file but it is a hassle to go through one by one. This happened only after the recent update. Previous forum post yielded no solutions.

Lightroom doesn't seem to apply Fuji profiles to RAW images when I import them and instead uses Adobe Color, although it does let me select it after the fact I just don't remember which profile I would've been using. Is there anyway to fix that?

I've have imported .psd file into LR. If I update the .PSD file how do I get it to automatically be reflected in LR.In essence, nothing changes in LR, only the imported file. I want LR to work like "Placed Link" in PS. Thanks in advance! 

I use an IPAD Pro 12.0 from 2023 and Lightrrom Mobile (1Gb cloud option).I transfer the files (DNG Raw) from the SD card directly from the LR app. Then, when I am back home, connected to the Wifi, the sync with the cloud starts. But it's so slow ! Almost 20 minutes for a 60Mb file ! IT's not related to the upmload speed from my internet provider, as it works so fast with wetransfer or other file transfer apps (onedrive...). I also use the PC laptop app, and the transfer is OK, not as slow as with the ipad app. But the problem is : I have 220 files in the sync queue form the ipad app, so I need to wait that these are fully transfered...I can't see a solution from what I found on this help community... Am I alone ?  

Hello,  I have 18,000 photos that I need to export in my lightroom library, they are all in the cloud I believe. It gets to about 2,000 pictures but then stops, with no reason and no pop-up. How can I export this many photos? Thank you!

As of two days ago the Lightroom app randomly started importing and exporting all my recent photos to DNG. I did not change this setting and I do not want this either as it crops iPhone photos down from 16:9 which I want on purpose for Instagram stories. How do I change or get rid of this bug?!?

How do I delete my own self created preset in Lightroom cloud? The info here says there should a "delete" option in the preset manager, but not on my version.  I'm using a Mac. I can delete them on the copy of LR on my Widows machine
