Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

When I update to the latest version, when I click on the three dots, the screen freezes and I can't edit the photo. What should I do? 

i am soo much angry today ,after the latest update ,ligtroom ruins everything on my app everything.none of my presets are usable ,its totatly freacking me out.how the hell this can be done. i created the presets over the years and now whatever i change on the photo i created the preset it ruins my whole colour .even when i copy the same setting to the same raw photo its not the same colours.Man this is so make me crazy .immediately need help becuase i have hundreds of photos to edit. how come an update whole the system .  it even change my raw file color shift when i touch any tiny adjustment .please help man somebody help!

I've mainly been using LrC so, I was surprised to see that Versions, a great feature in my opinion, was removed from LrM now called ecosystems/cloud based. Versions gave you the ability to store different edits or versions of the same photo alongside the existing one in LrM. To view different final edits or even ones in progress of the same photo side by side was to go to Versions. To see one of them full screen or apply to further edit or save that's all you had to do was select it. This was a brilliant feature and extremely useful!! Why would this awesome feature (Versions) be removed I am left baffled and wondering??? If you have a fabulous feature, like Versions, that adds value, why would you remove it - just for the sake of changing something to make it seem new (updates)? It makes me sad that Adobe has jumped on this popular but unfortunate/unfavorable bandwagon of messing with a good thing just to change a good product to label it an upgrade in the software application world. Hello,I don't understand why sometimes Lightroom is very slow to sync, while in my preferences I uncheked all options to store pictures locally.On the other hand on the web application lightroom.adobe.com everything is fast. Does anyone have the best configuration to make Lightroom as quick as possible to make changes?I recently reset all of my ratings to zero and this caused the whole application to crash and is now unusable... (I should point out that I have 20k photos in Lightroom)

I have a problem on lightrrom,i have been created a preset more than a year ago and after lcouple of lastest update(i dont know which exactly).when i tried any changes on the same photo i created the preset .it directly changing my  color witout a reason.on my phone in lightroom making the same and it gives this color profile not supported on this device.first i thought its about phone app limitations but today on my macbook in lightroom same.Icouldnt find any solution please help on this point.Also when i copied all settings from that photo to another (which is just same shot in same place just another pose) it doesnt give me same colour.here i drop the example.

I am not able to view all the images in the gallery, nor in the cloud

Alright folks, I need to ask. I just don't find the right solution online.WHAT DO I LOOK FOR?1.) Outsource a specific albumAs I do in Premiere Pro with whole projects, I want to transfer special albums to an external drive. Then I want to have the possibility to go that ext. drive, select that particular album incl. all the files and settings and do some further work within LR CC. So that I outsource particular 'high volume' albums to my ext. drive and still have the permanent possibility to enter them by plugging in my ext. drive. But I just dont see a way to do so. In Premiere Pro I just copy the whole project folder to the ext. drive and that's it - that's what I want to do as well within LR CC.2.) Separate an album from the cloudSeperate a specific album from the cloud. I mostly don't need the albums in the cloud so I thought there might be like a button or sth. which allows me to decide whether I want to connect the album with the cloud or not. Simple as that.So what do u think? A

Hello, I bought lightroom premium mobile today. After re-entering the app I noticed that all my photo projects and presets of which I had over 150 are gone, I can't find them anywhere. What should I do in this situation to find them?

I know this was a reported bug but its still not fixed in 8.5. I have an android phone.

Hello! I bought the premium service but when I try to use it nothing change in the app (android), still offer the 2 month trial and after I click on it a message says that I already bought and shows a error code: IS9224/6050/ ZxOOxptOsuAlso I tried to restore the purchase but it says that there's not previous purchases.I have my debit card as primary payment in galaxy store and it was bought thru it, I believed that the problem was that and I add a credit card to try to purchase again so I unsuscribe the previous purchase and try again to purchase but it doesn't allow me, the LR app still showing same messages (I'll attach them). I try to restart my mobile a couple of times and still showing the same.I have no problem starting a new LR profile, but I want to see if I can save this first. Any solution?? I appreciate your helpEdgar 

I was trying to upgrade to Lightroom Premium for Android via the app, and it tried to charge me $19.99 per EVERY 30 MINUTES!!!! No joke. You really need to fix this ASAP.   I haven't purchased it yet because of the wrong pricing here on the Play Store.                 Thanks

Recently I've noticed I cannot open Lightroom on the web (Lightroom.adoabe.com) from my Windows pc's. It basically just hangs. When I manage to open the sign in page and sign in it still hangs.It works fine on the TV (Linux) and on my IOS devices.Any suggestions welcomed.

Since I upgraded my LR software to 6.5 a couple of days ago on macbook pro running apple silicon and Ventura 13.3.1 I cannot add photos either .jpg or .orf. I don't get any error messages, just a solid triangle with an exclamation mark for each file.  I've tried different cameras and old files that I have previously been able to import and they don't work either. Other than some .jpg files I exported from LR.  But I cannot import files that I exported as originals from LR??Anyone else having this issue??? I can add to my iPad and then hopefully sync to my macbook, but internet is really poor at Airly Beach with a big Telstra upgrade so that isn't working either on my hotspot at present..

In the iOs and iPadOS versions of Lightroom, the "DefaultScale" property of DNG files is not read / interpreted. If you use DefaultScale to desqueeze DNGs shot with an anamorphic lens, they are correctly displayed in Lightroom cloud web interface, the MacOS as well as the PC version of Lightroom. However, if you open DNGs desqueezed through adjusting the DefaultScale property on the iPhone or iPad, the images appear "squeezed".Both apps still seem to export the file correctly though, so it may only be the locally generated preview that is affected. I do not have an Android device and could not test if the bug exists there or not. Adjusting the DefaultScale properties in DNGs is currently the only way to desqueeze RAW/DNG files taken with anamorphic lenses.

Is there any way to only sync photos taken in Lightroom mobile? If I want to take an "art" photo with my phone, I use Lightroom mobile and shoot in RAW so that I can have more editing control.  I would like those photos synced to the Adobe cloud.  But I really don't want to sync the photos I took with my regular phone camera to my Adobe account.  Those photos are already backed up to iCloud and I never edit those photos in Lightroom so I don't want them taking up space in my Adobe cloud account.

Bonjour,En reprenant un abonnement d'un mois sur lightroom pour avoir les accès premium, ça me met sur l'application mobile (iPhone) que la préparation de l'abonnement est en cours, et que l'opération peut prendre quelques minutes. Mais ça ne se termine jamais... ça fait 24h maintenant. J'ai accès aux premium pourtant, mais ça ne synchronise pas les photos avec le cloud.Vous savez d'où peut venir le problème ? 

Hi I am just wondering, lets say I transfered my RAW files from PC to ipad, then added it on a album in lightroom mobile. does lightroom mobile keep a separate version of those files. Example, I added the file from ipad > image_101.jpj to lightroom mobile album. then I deleted that file from the ipad without using the delete function from Lightroom. Upon delete of the file on the ipad, will the added image in the lightroom mobile be deleted too? or will that be retained? Thank you...

I just spent a little while reorganising my presets, but now some of them aren't showing up in my preset list via the mobile app. I know certain presets only work with RAW photos and they do indeed show up if I load a RAW file into the mobile app, however the same presets are showing and working fine on the desktop app with non RAW jpg files. Does anyone know how to fix this? Hi, I have Lightroom on my phone and I don't know why I allowed the program to backup the photos from the phone into Lr account (30gb) therefore I quickly finished the space in it. I think I have now stopped the backup from the phone but I need to cancel the old photos. Do you know if there is a way or I need to cancel 1 by 1 ? Thanks 

During the migration of my photos from LR Classic, Lightroom crashed. Adobe returned the message: no workaround available for this problem. Mmmmmm, What to do.

Après avoir acquis pour la première fois Lightroom, j'ai effectué l'importation de toutes mes photos qui étaient triées par moi-même dans des dossiers (année > mois > jour). Néanmoins, il y a de nombreux problèmes d'importations quand je regarde la vue "par date". Par exemple pour le 01/01/2022, les photos provenant de mon téléphone portable ou de mon appareil photo sont importées à la bonne date. En revanche les photos provenant de whatsapp qui se télécharge automatiquement dans un autre dossier sur mon téléphone ne sont pas importées correctement. Après avoir exploré les métadonnées : Créé le : ‎jeudi ‎12 ‎mai ‎2022, ‏‎19:36:38Modifié le : samedi ‎1 ‎janvier ‎2022, ‏‎01:55:54Les photos de mon appareil photo / téléphone portable sont importées à la bonne date selon la date du "modifié le" alors que l'ensemble des photos whats app sont importés selon la date d

So far I just took a quick glance and thought, it takes longer to get to things. And the double stacked menu takes to much space away from the actual settings. Whats your experience? 

When I attempt to add photos to Lightroom, I have lost the ability to see previews of the raw files.  JPGs still show previews.  I recently upgraded to the new version (6.2) of Lightroom, running on Windows.  Camera is a Sony a6400.  3rd party photo ingesting apps show previews of the raw files.  I've tried reformatting the SD card, with no luck.  Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?  thanks much     here's what the screen looks like:    

We are missing the feature to make search by meta tags in shared albums .Is an update on it's way or do we need another solutions to share our photos and videos?
