Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

 Good evening,everyone.  Curious me was just playing around the app when I found the storage option. I clicked on it changing the storage settings from "device" to "my sd card"  And after it reloaded,I couldn't find any of my presets! I tried to switch it back to my device but it wouldn't budge. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it again.  Now all of my presets are gone! Like finally! I can't find em which is really terrible!!  What to do!? Someone help!!! Pls Note; I'm using the free version. Thank you

I have a couple of issues with Lightroom for Mobile (iOS) and wonder if anyone has a solution (or if a feature request is warranted). Right now I hesitate to migrate my library into a 1TB subscription simply because of these issues. 1. I much prefer square (cropped) thumbnails, instead of showing thumbnails with the images' true aspect ratio. The reason is that I wish all photos to get the same screen rela estate to make them equally easy to spot. Now, portrait photos now get so small, it is hard to see them when scrolling through my photos. ALso I think it just looks more stylish with square thumbnails.2. When I scroll through all photos, I often need some kind of navigation support to understand where along the time line I am at, e.g. the date or month of the current thumbnails. I know I can segment by month, but that hides the majority of my photos which I do not want. I received some .heic image files via google drive and now I'm unable to open them in adobe lightroom for editing. It is showing "Failed to load development version".

I am new to Lightroom CC, trying to work with CR3 (raw) files but at 100% so grainy can not make out any details, even at lower percentage, terrible grainy.   JPEG show clearly. What do I need to do to make this workable?   Preferences?   Thanks in advance  

Some (not all, and is intermittent) thumbnails (raw .nef files) in Lightroom 7.1.2 local grid view and filmstrip are blurred.  The images are quite sharp when in Detail view.   Environment:  Windows 11, video = NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (31.0.15.4592).   No performance issues noted.  I have tried resizing the thumbnails to no avail.

When my app from my Tablet adds videos to the Gallery they won't load at all. They just buffer. I have to upload them on the website and edit the orientation there. Then they play in the "My edits" section in the app. My phone app never had this issue. I want to use my tablet since I have more storage but it's extra steps I shouldn't have to take.

Hello,my computer crashed after windows update yesterday. Since then I can´t use lightroom or uninstall and reinstall. In cc it is not installed and I can install and use the current version. But for some reason in my pc programms settings it says lightroom 6.1 is installed. I can´t uninstall cause it saysSpecified product is not installed on this machine.I saw some solutions where people installed the version (in this case 6.1) and then uninstalled and that worked. But version 6.1 is nowhere to be found. I dont even know why that old version is installed. I added a screenshot. Some help would be great. Maybe adobe support can provide a link or something for that version? Thanks and happy new year!

i've uploaded like 10 pics in the Community section yesterday and yet I can't see them in my profile or bump into them in the categories of the Community. Since I also don't receive notifications about interactions with those latest posts, I guess that they've never uploaded. Please help! Is there a limit on the amount of posts one can make?

Estou tendo um problema ao tentar exportar as fotos do lightroom. Consegui exportar somente 10 fotos e depois ele dava erro toda vez, não é a memória do celular (tenho 7GB livre), já desinstalei e instalei novamente o aplicativo e continuou o mesmo problema. A versão instalada é a 9.0.1 e o meu celular é android pie 9.0. Ah, e isso acontece com toda e qualquer foto até mesmo as que já tinha baixado.

I just got a new iPhone and when I went to log into Lightroom all my edits and photos are gone.  How do I find them?  v 9.1.0 30E571/123 on iOS 17.1.2

I used Lens Blur on a picture using LR on PC desktop, the result displayed fine on LR mobile on iPAD. I applied a Lens Blur refinement focus brush on PC ( not available on LR mobile ) that worked OK on the rear dog on PC, but when synced to LR mobile the brushing over the dog showed as a shadow as well as focus refinement. Hi, can anybody help me. I want to leave Lightroom mobile. Before I do I want to download all my photos to an external hard drive. I have no idea how to do this? What can I do please?

Moved over from LR Classic to LR CC as I needed access to the various albums across a couple of devices.  In my naivity to stupidly thought that the basic features in LR Classic would be in LR CC and it feels like that everytime I go for an action it is "Not available in LR CC".  No manual face tagging, unable to export more than one image into Photoshop, and I am sure there are going to be more as use it.   I have said it before, we pay Adobe a great deal of money for, in general, good software that falls down on fairly basic functions.   Rant over.

It's not clear what security there is to prevent access to the 'Gallery' in Lightroom Web? Does anyone have any answers for the following? The 'Gallery' (under 'All Photos') can be accessed by anyone with the 'Gallery' URL.  What is to prevent crawlers trawling all the adobe URLs and hoovering up all the images and metadata?When I add a shared album by using  'Share in Gallery', the 'Gallery' doesn't seem to honour the shared album settings e.g. 'Invite only'.  Is this the case?Is it possible to password protect the Gallery or control who/what can access it? Thank you

How am I supposed to use some of the shortcuts in Lightroom (creative cloud desktop version) when the corresponding keys are not found on my non-us layout keyboard? For example the option to toggle between original and edited photo (\). On my keyboard you need to press alt gr and the plus key to type that character but that does not work in lightroom (not to mention it takes to keys instead of one). In older lightroom versions there were atleast workarounds to customize the shortcuts but so far I haven't found any ways to do it in the latest cc version. If you don't care to support users with non-us keyboards (there must be tons of them), would you atleast consider enabling customization of the keyboard shortcuts?

This is pretty elementary, but I cannot find the Lr app I just bought and downloaded. I spent about an hour on it going through some of the tutorials. Inder my applicsitons tab Mac), I see Lr but it says it cnanot open it. I also see Adobe Creative C;loud (ugh...Adode has way too many product naames floating aorund); that app opens but does not look like the Lr I looked at two days ago.  Can anyone help?  No one is available on chat.  Thanks.  

bonjour, j'ai été obligé de formater mon Mac ( bug, la souris faisait ce qu'elle voulait, et le Mac redemarrait toute les 2 minutes) la sav m'a fait faire des dizaines de manip san srésultat, bref je redémarre, je viens de ré installer photoshop et LR mais je pensais vraiment qu'avecmon adressse mail, mon historique reviendrait sans probléme, sur photosshop je n'ai plus es actiosn ni mes filtres et sur lr, plsl de catalogue , pmlus rien de rien. est ce normal? ou bienil faut faire une manip spéciale. MERCI pour vore aide car franchemtn je ne m'attendais pas à cela .

I have pooled all photos (2.5 Tb) to external hard disk. File path structures are the same as in lrcat files created by Lightroom CC 6.5.1. I try to open the lrcat files but it fails for following reasons: - Something went wrong, The Lightroom catalog cannot be opened because another application already has it opened (I tied this: https://helpx.adobe.com/fi/lightroom-classic/kb/lightroom-error-catalog-cannot-be-opened-lrcat-lock.html) - Unsupported catalog version, This version of Lightroom cannot migrate the selected catalog   I managed to open some lrcat files by copying them to the same drive (C:\[original path]) but I can see that ratings (stars, rejected, flagged) are only imported but not the adjustments (white balance etc). How can I migrate the photos with adjustements as well?
