Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello, I'm totally green, but want to make my wife a gift with editing device and would be greatfull for help :D. My wife is currently editing photos using android tablet with Lightroom Mobile Premium.I'm thinking about Windows Laptop with touchscreen and would like to ask: - Is Lightroom Cloud Based on pc the same as Lightroom Mobile with Premium plan?- If not, do windows touchscreen can be operated just like android mobile version, using pen (I know it can if screen can be touched but does it have any sense :P).- Can you download files from cloud and store it locally in raw format? I know this is the biggest problem for her with this mobile version, because she has often problems with syncing cloud, space is limited and files menagment on android is crapy. Long story short: can Windows Laptop with touchscreen can combine good windows-style file organization and productivity with ease of use of android version? Thank you for any suggestions and answers &#12857

Hi,I'm on version 9.1.1 on Android, on a Google Pixel 5a running GrapheneOS, and Google Play now tells me that the app is not compatible with my device anymore.What is going on here? The 5a is only a couple years old.Nils

  Cloud mode knows how to import an Apple Photos library.  Great, but I don't want them in the cloud, I want to import my Apple Photos library with its metadata and transition to LightRoom.  But in Local mode, those options are grayed out. I'd like it to work - grap the files and their metadata out of the Photos library, and copy them into a local LR library.

When sharing images through Cloud the images are uploaded in a small size and in low quality. It would be nice to be able to control that just like when using plugins

I'm creating a special-topic album (happens to be photos taken from airplanes). This includes a bunch of photos I'm newly adding, and also photos scattered among many existing albums. I duplicated these into one folder on my Mac. I can import the new ones easily, of course, but how do I include the ones in existing albums? Please don't tell me it can only be done one by one, since there are many dozens of these in dozens of albums. Finding and making new versions of them would be too much (and easy to make a mistake).Any solutions to suggest?Thanks, BK (Lightroom CC v7.0 for Mac desktop)

HiThe subscribtion of Adobe Lightroom, does it include any support? I pay a monthly cost for a service. But I can't find any support for the product. Any ideas? // Mike

I've been using both the desktop and mobile versions of LR since their inception. I'm not a novice user. Admittedly I haven't used the mobile version in awhile, so the latest version of the app was loaded onto the iPad when I opened it the other day. I imported a batch of about 400 images from an SD card, went through my usual process of flagging images and was ready to edit, however I could find no means of sorting images into a batch of flagged images. The filter tool that used to sit at the top of the interface is not longer there, and despite spending 30-60 minutes thoroughly searching the interface, I have found no replacement means to do this. The filter for sorting images is the most basic and essential UI component of Lightroom, why would it be removed?What am I missing here?

Hi all,In my workflow LrC is still king: I always use it when I'm home, but oftentimes I find myself editing on my iPhone when I'm on the go, thanks to cloud syncing. The problem is that in the cloud I only have smart previews, so if I need to share the photo, I neet to open my laptop, wait for it to be synced and share it from LrC. Is there a way to sync high-res photos using LrC?Thanks a lot,Carlo

Nach einem Absturz musste ich Photoshop Ligthroom 6 neu herunterladen.  Beim Transformieren hatte ich zuvor nach "Skalieren" noch die Möglichkeiten "Bild nach rechts/links schieben" und "Bild nach oben/unten schieben." Diese Möglichkeitzen fehlen mir nun. Wie komme ich wieder zu diesem Werkzeug?

Hi guys, I'm new to this.tried downloading the lightroom mac app but I am not able to sign in to the account even though I've tried uninstalling, fixing hosts, cleaning using adobe tools etc.  When it brings me to my browser to sign in I get this message after I sign in: But when I go to my lightroom app on my mac it shows this: I am definitely connected to the internet, and I tried disabling firewall, clearing cache, and everything I could find. I can sign in easily on my ipad. Can anyone help? 

Hi! I have fricking annoying issue. I have 3 laptops that I use and would love to use lightroom CC with my photography plan, accessing all devices to the photos as advertised. However, it just does not work.   My thousands of photos in another pc lightroom cc wont sync to other computers lightroom ccs and vice versa. How can I fix this?   All the photos are located in NAS that I importing them from to the catalogs, so all the vomputers have similar access to them.   in old style Classic CC lightroom you just could play with the catalogs files on network drive. Not with this one. 😞   Please help asap 😀

My camera raw files are imported into Lr Mobile (iPad version 9.1.0) while I am traveling where I edit them.  When I return to my desktop and use LrC to sync to the cloud, only virtual copies are downloaded.  I don't remember this happening before Lr Mobile had the ability to edit using the DEVICE tab.  Is there some new setting that I am not aware of?  I need to download the original image with edits so I can get them on my local storage and into LrC for additional processing..  Any help will be appreciated.

When I save presets into Lightroom mobile most of them don’t show up unless I’m in the actual photo that supplied the preset. I just purchased these and it was successfully able to import them and save them but I can’t access them under the user presets. I’m new to this so there could be something I’m missing but I purchased 27 of them they do not show up I downloaded three for free and those the only ones that show up when I import new photos. It looks like I don’t have any presets but when I go in to the photo that has the preset to add a preset it shows all of them.
