Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I use Lightroom on my Windows PC (not LR Classic, just the simplified LR). On my old PC, I had a "show original" funtion in toolbar in the bottom right hand of my screen. I can't figure out how to get this back on my new PC! I often use my PC like a tablet (with touchscreen and the keyboard folded back), so I can't always hit the \ shortcut. Thank you!! 

I'm currently using a Macbook Air M1 chip on Ventura 13.5.2. When I try to open Lightroom, it crashes on startup. Loads the splash screen, and then crashes. No error message.

dear all, I do not know whether I am doing something wrong or missing the point.When using masks, I face quite often the need to select something "difficult" therefore I duplicate and invert another mask and add few corrections if needed (+ or -).But many times this is not doable because it's not either A or B, there's something else.So I may try to use intersect function if what I wish to select is shared by both masks.What if it is just the opposite ?I would like to have the "negative" of the intersect, in other words make active everything BUT the intersection.Is this possible ?thank youeric

Hello Adobe Community, I am reaching out in hopes of finding a solution to an issue I’ve been experiencing while trying to import a custom lens distortion correction profile into Adobe Lightroom. I am using a Yongnuo YN50mm F1.8S DF DSM lens with my Sony A7C II camera. Unfortunately, Lightroom does not natively include the lens distortion correction profile for this specific lens. Aware of this, I contacted Yongnuo support and they kindly provided me with the lens distortion correction profile file (.lcp). However, I am having trouble importing this .lcp file into Lightroom. I have followed the online methods suggested, which include placing the lens profile into the following directory: /Users/(User Name)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/LensProfiles/1.0. Despite this, the profile still does not appear in Lightroom. I have reached out to Adobe support, but they were unable to assist me in resolving this issue. Hello, I just recently updated Lightroom to the latest version on my Android phone. Since I updated I noticed that the exported images look different then one edited in Lightroom. I managed to make it work by changing to AdobeRGB when I do the export. However I don't want to use AdobeRGB, but I want sRGB. Before the update there were no such difference between the edit in Lightroom and the exported image. I always used sRGB.I really think this is a bug.Is there any workaround for it? The AdobeRGB doesn't work in my case (the printer which prints the images work in sRGB, so I really need thag format like before). Best,Levente

I'm on the Lightroom plan with 1TB storage (£9.98pm) but I prefer to use the "old' Classic version: plus I can use Topas Sharpen AI directly (drop down edit menu) with Classic but not the current plan that I am on. I'm an occasional amatuer photographer so don't use LR everyday, primarily after travel trips. I normally use my home-based Mac Mini on my return. However, I now have an M2 MacBook Air to take with me on those trips - to do some work 'on the road' - so believe that the classic version would better suit my needs. Reaching out to the experts in this commuity, what would be the best way to get to my goal. Perhaps stop my current plan and move to an alternate one? Many thanks in advancde.

I'm relatively new to the IpadOS environment of LR. My issue is that even when I have my Creative Cloud Synced from both Laptop and the Ipad, the presets from the laptop (using Lightroom Classic) never synced to my Ipad which is pretty annoying. Both devices have the latest version of LR but still no dice...

Hi,When I open my lightroom, I'm able to edit for a 2 minutes before the software closes without any message or warning.* I have unstalled and installed lightroom time and time again.* Turn off the GPU setting within Lightroom.* Ensure that my GPU was not overclocked.Any solution would be greatly helpful. Dear community, I have a strange issue using LR mobile. I have quite a bunch of photos and have run through the counter of my SLR (DSCxxxx.jpg) three of four times. Using LR mobile for years now, I ever so often get the following problem:- I copy photos from my Sony SLR to the phone- I import those images to LR mobile- For some images, LR does NOT use / show the actual photo but a completely different, older photo. Which has the same filename.I deleted a lot of old photos from the phone etc. and could finally trace the problem back to the cloud: - Once there is a file (let's say) DSC1234.jpg, LR always uses THIS file. Now when my SLR counter goes over 9999 and is back at that number a year later and I want to import that newer DSC1234.jpg, it DOES NOT WORK. It is simply not possible to get the current new image into LR. I'm quite frustrated because there seems to be no solution to the problem. Hallo, ich hab folgendes Problem: beim reinzoomen in das Foto erscheint der Text unscharf, das ist aber nicht immer so. sobald es unscharf angezeigt wird sind auch alle weiteren Fotos in meiner gallerie verpixelt. ich Importiere die Fotos meistens raw auf mein iPhone und bearbeite es dann mit LR Mobile. Ich hatte vor kurzem noch das iPhone 13 mini und nie dieses Problem gehabt, aktuell habe ich das 15 pro. mit Apple habe ich heute telefoniert, die melden sich nochmal bei mir. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen ? 

Hi All. I always had a paste previous photo settings button in the Lightroom Mobile app but after the last update it's gone and I cannot find this feature any more. Could you please advise. Thanks 

Hello, New to LR and photography and find the app amazing! One thing keeps bugging me so I'm hopeful someone can provide a solution to a simple storage issue.if I open LR and go to *my edits,* I choose the *3 dots* in the top right corner, then *segmentation* then *by month.* When I close the app and return to it, the segmentation defaults to *by day.* How do I save *by month,* please? Thank you!Bruce

I have a few purchased presets installed in my Lr cloud that have a few issues on mobile (iOS17.0.2 & iPhone 15 Pro):  - Presets make photos incredibly dark, and display completly different behavior to using the same presets on the same image on the desktop app (Mac Sonoma) - Selecting a preset folder, choosing a preset, and then tapping the "back" arrow will sometimes make most of my presets drop from the selection list    

Lightroom iPhone app won’t share to Instagram  This is a very recent change. I've been able to post previously but since the latest iPhone app update when I select an image to post, click the share to Instagram ... it opens my camera roll rather than Instagram.  thanx. 

I'm trying to manage my creative cloud storage as it says I have none left but no matter how much i delete, none of the storage frees up. Help! 

A friend of mine shared an album of photos to me and my collagues. Other people in my company who have the link see all the images. I see only name of the folder but no images on my pc. Tried several browsers, no luck. The link works fine on my iPhone, though.  What  could be the problem.

I opened Lightroom mobile this morning. The app crashed and I reopened the app and all of my edited photos and preset collections are gone. Does anyone know how to fix this? I also logged in online and no photos were there either.    {Thread renamed by moderator}
