Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I can't figure out how to download photos on my iPhone into this program

Will it ever be possible to import files from an external storage to Lightroom Mobile and only sync the adjustments to the cloud, without uploading the original RAW files? I want to connect the files from my external storage later directly in Lightroom Classic. The upload of a large files and numbers can take for ever, with hotel Wifi. 😉

Where, and how, do I make a folder to import the photos in my cloud to play with them in LR and PS? Is it necessary to have the BETA version? 

After upgrade of mac it was not possible to open Lightroom anymore. When application is opened, it just shows "try this product fot x dollars per month". I haven't tried to subscribe to additional accound, I have an account already. Will the additional account have the data from the original one? Would i have to pay double (original plus double). Is there a way to contact Adobe, and do they have some type of cosomer support for these questions?

Hi, It seams like the fact your photos uploaded in the cloud are becoming unavailable, after being visible on multiple ocasions, jeoperdising the main purpose of the cloud based system, doesn't generate any interest. Moreover, the system didn't provide any backup, and administrators failed even to undertsnd the issue. Dissapointing. Vlad

Hola, escribo porque he borrado la App debido a que las previsualizaciones desde hace varios días se me veían pixeladas al cargar imágenes desde un dispositivo externo. Cerré sesión y abrí para asegurarme que no perdía imágenes y presets que tenía, entonces decidí borrar, pero al hacerlo he perdido todo: tanto presets como imágenes que estarían en el caché de la App de Lightroom mobile pero que no estaban en la nube. Necesito recuperar ese caché de alguna forma, ya sea llevando el iPad a un estado anterior o que el propio adobe tenga para volver a un estado anterior de la App.. ese caché debe estar en algún lado. Por favor, alguna solución?

Hi, I am using Lightroom in my iPhone. After editing my video with my preset, the exported video does not match the edited version. The output is totally a different version. How can I fix this?

So I've been putting together a multi-month long timelapse. I import the photos into Lightroom into albums that represent one month at a time, each album containing ~13k photos. Originally, I had no issues copy/pasting my edits to an album, but something happened ~2 weeks ago and now it's horribly slow. For context, I'm running on an Apple MacBook Pro M1 Max, 32GB ram, etc. In Settings -> Performance, "Full Graphics Acceleration is Enabled".  Initially I discovered that Adobe had uploaded all my albums and had apparently therefore removed many of the files locally. Therefore, when doing the edits it had to redownload each file as well, so I set each album to "Store Album Locally". It went through an extensive re-syncing process, but once it finished, it's still just as slow as before. The pasted settings only get applied to ~1 photo per second.  My MacBook has ample resources available to it, as I've confirmed Lightroom is only using ~100-150% of resources when p

I've applied a pre-set to several photos and videos in LR mobile. I've exported then all and when I go to use them in Insta, the photos look correct but the videos look different than how they look in LR.

The data from my previous iPhone didn't synchronise with my new iPhone and it's not available in cloud storage. Can I restore it?

It is completely unacceptable that a beta version will take over completely, and make itself default overriding the ability to launch the reliably tested version, just unacceptable. You can't allow a beta to take over, ever!

Hallo zusammen,in meinem Unternehmen möchten wir ein Bilddatenbank in Lightroom anlegen, auf die mehrere Mitarbeiterinnen Zugriff haben sollen. Wir möchten eine Ordnerstruktur erstellen, in die wir die Fotos einsortieren.Jetzt mussten wir feststellen, dass man nur Alben freigeben kann, nicht die ganze Ordnerstruktur. Gibt es hierfür eine Lösung oder hat jemand einen Tipp? Bei über 40.000 Fotos und entsprechend vielen Alben wäre eine gewisse Struktur, die bei allen die auf die Datenbank zugreifen möchten gleich ist, sehr hilfreich. Im Screenshot anbei habe ich dies nochmal deutlich gemacht: Man kann nur "Album 1" mit anderen teilen, die "Test Datenbank" oder die Unterordner jedoch nicht. Danke im Voraus!Freundliche Grüße,M. Is it possible to rotate a clone selection in the cloud based version? 

On my mobile Lightroom app all photos (over 4 000) are loading perfectly. Unfortunately, when I load desktop app or try to access photos from web Lightroom app, I can't sea any of them. All synchronization is set up as normal. Few days ago everything worked normal. I have additional 1TB cloud adobe storage, running Windows 11 and Lightroom 6.3.1.

Hello, good morning Sir. I have a problem with My subscription that suddenly expired but I've paid and restarted it again. It shows as expired on the app and can't edit anything although on payments it looks all up to date and running. I have uninstalled the apps and reinstalled it but no success.  I am using Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus. Android version 13.  Please help me. 

In the Lightroom Mobile app, there used to be an option for exporting a short Timelapse video of your edits that to you could share to other apps but I can't seem to find that option anymore...has it been removed? Or moved to a new place? I've googled and searched this forum but can't find a mention of it, I could be searching the wrong terms tho.

Hi,I have some custom camera profiles on my Canon 5d mk3, how can I import those profiles on to my mac/lightroom? I know it's minor tweaks - just trying to save some editing time  Please and thank you     

Videos uploaded and edited in Lightroom iPhone look fantastic with ‘high quality’ filters etc until you save them to your phone. What's the point of editing a beautiful video when the quality is incredibly low. Did you forget to add that feature because it's useless if the res is low.
