Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I have numerous Apple Photolibraries, photos, and videos. I have consolidated some to a specific external HD. I am using this HD to transfer to LR. The rest are on numerous old hard drives. I am using MacPro2018Ventura and LaCie 4TB external Hd attached to my MacPro.   How do I access the libraries to LR?

I want to have a makeup mode on phone, just like PC.

Hi, I never had a problem with lightroom, but suddenly, since 2 days ago, it started crashing. So I unplugged my external drive and Iphone from the computer and now it works normally.When I plug them again, it won't even start....what's going on??? please help!!!

Hi folks, I'm trying to use the Lightroom API - facing quite a struggle. I'm looking for the Client Secret. It's required for webhooks tools such as in Zapier and Make.com. In the Adobe Developer console, I set up a project with the Adobe Lightroom services API.  The OAuth web page includes the following: Client ID, Platform (single page app), URI, Redirect URI (for me to input), Redirect URI Pattern (for me to input). Nothing about Client Secret. I have not gotten approved yet. Am I missing something? Typically, I can get API connections set up pretty easily, but having a hard time on this. Thanks for the support,

My workflow is to take images with my camera app. on my phone. Then I add them to Lightroom Mobile either with Photos... Add or using the Share feature of Andrioid to share them from the file system to Lightroom Mobile.   In either case I would like to automatically add them to a certain Album - in fact called 'Mobile' so I can see at a glance which are my phone images. I can of course simply manually add them to this album after importing/adding them. But it would be more convenient if this was automatic.   Is this possible?   Thanks

Lightroom won't let me import new photos because it says my local storage is full. But I have over 110 gigs free. See photos. What do I do?

I use to have a sony camera with copyright info from camera, copyright info from camera shows up in Lightroom, but my new Canon EOS R7 with copyright info from camera is not... Any idea?

Having spent hours attempting to install LR CC, I finally contacted support who found that my VPN was blocking the install. After installing with the VPN disabled, he said it should work with the VPN running but it doesn't. I have to disable it before LR CC will run. Anyone know why and is there a way to resolve this issue?

Hey. so I edit photos in a Lightroom/apple ecosystem. I use iPhone,iPad and Mac to edit photos depending on where I am. Now the issue is that a lot of the time I would make edits in batches of anywhere between 5-50 photos on the iPad. Then later that day I would look on the Mac or phone and find it has reset all my edits but has saved the versions so all I have to do is reset to the latest version. why does it reset the edits to raw? I'm trying to edit thousands of photos and I don't always catch the reset. please help as this is most annoying  thanks chris

Hi. I have installed Lightroom on my creative cloud and it keeps on crashing right after startup. I tried uninstalling-reinstalling, checking for updates both on the app and my OS, but everything seems to be up to date. I can't figure out what goes wrong. Thanks for the help.

Hi There,I am unable to download my video after editing, it seems to get hung up.  I am using version 6.4 of LR.  These are the fixes I have tried:1) shutting program down and restarting to immediately download2) Re-install LR I am using Windows 11 on an HP Processor AMD Ryzen 7 7730U with Radeon Graphics, 2000 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s) Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome!  I am very new to LP so I'm hoping it's a quick fix and not a system-wide issue that I've been reading about.on other posts. Thanks,Steph

My company recently migrated all Adobe accounts into one consolidated account. As such, I was assigned a new user id & password. I currently use the full Creative Cloud apps. When I logged out of my old account and logged in with my new user all my albums in Lightroom CC disappeared. All the images I have processed over the several years are gone. The Lightroom library is still stored on my computer with all the images and data. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can get all my albums restored with all the image edits done over the years?

Is anyone else having issues with the sync in the new versions of Lr? Used to be that I could create collection set and albums and once I synced them to the cloud everything went up the way I set it up in Lrc. Now the collection sets do not show up, all the albums are placed anywhere but where I put them and sometimes it doesnt even sync all the edits I have made.Am I missing something or this program is becoming useless?Having to edit in Lrc and then do the same for Lr it is definetely useless.But more than likely, or so I hope, I missed something and there is solution for all this.Feed back please.

Hello, I'm on my 7 trial of LR on Android and I'm trying to blur a background.All the how-tos and tutorial I find say to reduce sharpness to -100, but that is really not a big amount of blur at all, it's barely noticeable, and is not enough to make the subject stand out.Is there really no proper blur function where I can choose the blur radius and amount?Thanks,F

Hi folks, Anyone ever use the API for either a 1-way or 2-way sync with Airtable, or similar database? At the minimum, I'd like to export a few pieces of metadata, such as people. When I manually exported a few images, the people, flags, and likes were lost, and not stored within the image as metadata. If the people doesn't carry over through manual export, do we know if we can get it to carry over via APIs? Going over the API docs of Lightroom, it wasn't clear. Thanks,

Hello. I recently updated my Lightroom Mobile (v8.4) to the Premium Option, mainly to have the ability to do batch edits. However, the two options I find online to select multiple pictures at one time (using the three dots or doing a long click) don't give me a Select option. If I click the three dots, I only see: Batch Import, Square Grid, Justified Grid, Segment by Capture Date and App Settings. If I long click, the only option I get is "Delete." I am hoping it's just user error and I'm overlooking something simple. Any ideas? I am using iOS and my phone is fully updated. Thanks!!

I have a Lightroom CC album that I have shared and made public. It works fine but there is an issue that I would like to address. All of the photos in this collection are in landscape orientation. When I open it on my iPhone in Safari vertically (portrait), I get the full image and the captions. However, when I turn the iPhone horizontally (landscape) to allow the images to be seen larger, the photos are cut off on the bottom and the captions do not appear. I cannot re-size them or move them to see the entire image. Is this a limitation to the "free" sharing application or is this a bug?Album created in LR 12.4. iPhone 7 iOS 15.7.7 Thanks,Paul

Hello, I have a question regarding the quality of pictures in published albums. I use only Lightroom CC and directly import RAW files with a resolution of 6016 x 4016. There are no JPGs or exports of these RAW files in the library. When I view the published albums online on my 4k monitor using the link, the album overview looks crisp and high resolution (please see attachment "lightroom share 1"). However when I then click on a picture and the entire picture fills my browser window, the resolution is cleary limited and the picture appears blurry (attachment "lightroom share 2"). The picture is clearly available in a higher resolution/quality in Lightroom CC (attachment "lightroom share 3"). What is my mistake? Wenn ich meine Bearbeiteten Bilder zurücksetze auf die original Datei, wird da bild nicht aus dem Ordner meine Bearbeitungen verschoben sondern bleibt dort sollte aber in den Ordner unbearbeitet.   Wer kann mir helfen 

My LrM Camera is having an issue.  I take a photo followed by several more from different angles however all subsequent images are identical to the first until I close the app and reopen.  The process is the same every time I use the app.   I am gutted as I took some family photos today and didn't realise there was an issue until I opened the editing section later to edit them by which time it was too late to take more.  I am using Samsung S10 with Android and LrM V8.4.2. Any help or advice would be appreciated and thanks in advance. 

Hi all, I imported a bunch of photos into lightroom a couple of days ago and everything was displayed as normal, nothing out of the ordinary. Today I began editing them and noticed that all of my images are extremely overexposed, which they were not when i imported them and are not when i view them from my hard drive. Has anyone come across this issue before?? Please help! On a side note, when i imported this album i 5 star rated the final ones and when i returned today, all the ratings were gone :'(  

I have many single images that I would like to piece together. In the past I have used Lightroom but for some reason this is not working for me anymore. Has something changed? If not I might be doing something worng but can not figure out what. Any help is great.
