Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

How can I upgrade Lightroom plan? I don't have the option to Manage the plan (as it is in the instruction, completely useless instruction). So I found I need to cancel the plan and buy new one. But then I need to pay over 60EUR just for cancellation! Makes completely no sense. Is there any way to upgrade it quickly without any extra charges? I really need my Lightroom

I am working on a website on Umbraco and I am trying to embed a lightroom web gallery. Currently everytime I embed the link it works but it shows up as a slideshow rather than the standard tiled (Photo Grid) view which I have selected on the web editor.  Any help on this would be much appreciated, have spent hours trying to sort this out and nothing seems to be working.. I have attached screenshots below.

When I use Share & Invite, why doesn't the recipient receive the Keywords in the metadata. I am using Lr 6.1 on my Windows 11 & Lr 8.1.1 on my iPhone 11. Thank you.

I am experiencing that edits made on my iPad are disappearing.i edit an image on my iPad and I no not touch that image on any other devices. An hour or day later all or some of the edits that I have done to that image is completely gone. Help please, some images I have edited multiple times and the edits keep dispersing all of them. I saw post similar to this topic back from 2018, it this an issue still?

After I moved to a new macbook with Time machine, lighroom would not start ant the following message appears. Creative cloud seems to be working fine and I already reinstalled lightroom. Thx in advance for your help!

I may have pushed Lightroom CC to, and past its limit, at least with regard to the People feature.I have 147K photos synced from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom CC as smart previews. Lightroom CC identified 24K or so people. I forgot where I saw this count, maybe in the iOS version of the app, as I cannot easily find it in the Lightroom CC Desktop.I started merging and naming the faces even as more photos were being synced. Everything was going well until1) It got very slow after about 80K photos, and still is;2) I went through an exercise of merging and naming a person, which added up to about 1000 photos, which would have made her the sixths most photographed person in my library. Instead, she disappeared from the People view completely.Short version of the question: did I hit a limit, whether hidden or stated, of how many named people will show up? I have been getting error messages only while using Lightroom and Photoshop.  They system shuts down.  Usually it will restart, however, there are times when I have to unplug the PC. error message is Video_DXGKRNL Fatal Error. How to fix this?

Hi  I have downladed and installed Adobe Lightroom (with included Adobe Creative Cloud App) from Adobe website. But when I try to launch the Lightroom with "open" button in Adobe Creative Cloud App nothing happen, I also downladed, installed Adobe Photoshop (in Creative Cloud App) and it works perfectly well. I try diffrent solutions like reinstall, logout and login, rebooting computer, installing previous version (Ligtroom 5.4), try to update but nothing works for me.    In the application list there isn't a Ligtroom icon app but the Photoshop icon shows   I have a 13-inch Macbook Pro 2020 with macOS Monterey 12.5.1 Adobe Creative Cloud version 5.8.0.592     {Thread title updated by moderator}

I have an old version Lightroom 5 with the serial and I wanted to know and can I update it to new versions. I can do it? Can I get a discount for the latest versions? Or can I just use version 5 with no chance? Can't you buy a software license anymore and that's it without subscribing?I have to say that Adobe support is really bad. Comment exporter les photos avec la date et heure correctes? J’ai bien coche l’export des meta données, mais quand j’exporte systématiquement cela me met la date et heure de l’export. Dans ligthroom pourtant se trouvent bien les infos correctes.Ce sont des photos en RAW que j'ai importe d'un Sony Alpha & IV, puis j'exporte en JPEG dans le camera roll. Tout cela sur un iPad.Merci par avance de votre aide! J'ai cherché partout sur internet, rien trouvé.

I have been trying to export photos from Lightroom to my external hard drive in order to make more room on my computer.  I initially have 195 photos I am attempting to export. I select all, give the files a custom name and start everything from the number one, but when I click on Export 195 files, it shows me three files I exported LAST week, and the 195 files I would like to export today are nowhere to be found.  I have been going around in circles, and even attempted to export another group of files, but it always goes back to the same three files I exported last week, and will not allow me to export any other files. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks in advance for your help. Mark

Bonjour,  J'aurais besoin d'un coup de pouce s'il vous plaît...Lorque j'ouvre une photo en JPG, clique droit > améliorer > améliorer j'ai bien le message "génération d'un fichier DNG" mais introuvable. J'ai l'impression qu'il ne le génère pas... J'ai cherché à la racine, dans le cloud... rien et je n'ai pas trouvé d'explications à ce souci. Uniquement que normalement les photos sont enregistrées à coté de celle d'origine avec en libellé libellé+accentuation.dng...  Pourriez-vous me dire si vous avez réussi à en générer et comment ?  Merci par avance,  Céline

When running export on all a filtered selection of roughly 6800 images. LrD crashes with an error after about 10 minutes, processing roughly 600 images. In the filter, I am selecting all 2 star images, and no videos. What debug, log information is available to determine what (if any) specific image is causing the crash? Tim
