Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Lightroom, doesn't it acknowledge my payment that I I paid in Galaxy so I can't access the better functions Any ideas? 

I use Lightroom CC (mobile version) to edit photos on my Huawei P20. I recently found out a problem when publishing photos on Instagram. The photos look perfectly normal when saving them to my device from Lightroom CC but when trying to publish them on IG, there appears yellow colored areas on top of the photos. The areas are rectangle shaped and they appear differently in every photo I try to publish. Both apps (IG and Lightroom CC) were updated a few days ago and after that this problem appeared. I am able to publish non-edited photos normally on IG. If I try to take a screenshot of an edited photo it still makes the yellow areas on top of it when publishing on IG. What can be wrong with the app/apps?

Hi, I would love some help with this issue. A few weeks ago I've purchased the 'Photography plan' (Photoshop + LR + LR cc) on a website: Licentie 2 Go. (I'm Dutch, so if anyone is also from the Netherlands, please let me know...) I have activated my license, but when I go to Lightroom desktop, it says that my license is expired. After a lot (read, hours of frustration...) searching and chatting, I think I need the Serial Number. On Adobe Account > membership and payment > products, then they ask for a Serial Number. But I can't find it, not in my mail, nowhere...  Is there an other way to solve this issue, or does anyone know where to find it when you've purchased it not on Adobe?

I travel alot, and Lightroom is my go-to editing app because of its portable nature, all the features packed and downloaded. But despite this LR doesn't load? Hopefully this is a bug, because the editing works fine offline, just not if you start it up that way. Kind regards,Samuel

I am trying to connect my new Z8 to lightroom on my iPad to import photos. I connect to the Z8 wifi from my iPad. I then start Lr on my iPad (Lr 12.4, iOS 16.5.1). When I try and select camera in device, I get a "No connected camera device found." message. Not sure if this is a bug or I am missing some step. Has anyone successfully done this or have an idea of what I may be doing wrong?

I'm in a time crunch and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to export a photo from Lightroom (not classic) as a PDF. It gives me only the options: JPEG, TIF and DNG but I must have the file in PDF format. The internet says I can export as a PDF from the Print section of the toolbar, but my screen doesn't display a toolbar at all (doesn't show up by pressing T or Command/Control T). Am I missing something? Creative Cloud says Lightroom is up to date and running the most recent version - my Mac laptop isn't up to date but I figured that wouldn't have any impact. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Lightroom was working for a few weeks and now I cannot use lightroom masks without crashing the application. I moved to Poland from Belarus and the app thinks I'm still there. I changed my location information in Adobe, but nothing has changed. Now I can't subscribe. Please help.I use the iPad version of Lightroom (version 8.3.2)

I have been trying to figure this out now for a few weeks, lightroom keeps crashing on my computer it worked just fine before and now it will work for a short time, like 1 minute, and then a window will pop up to have me send a crash report. I have sent it and done the don't send, I have updated the program, uninstalled and reinstalled and I get nothing. It happens no matter what button I push.  Running Windows 10 App version: 6.4

Hi! I can't do any masking.. "No people found" No s**t Sherlock, it's a photo of a bird or a tree! So, there isn't any option. No people - no masking att all.. This can't be the case?? Help me please!

When I mask the sky in LR I can now only adjust temerature or saturation. When I ahjust exposure or highlight or shadows the whole image gets adjusted. This is new and I would love to know how te get it back to what it was. Many thanks,John

Did Lightroom mobile get rid of the versions option ? I have looked everywhere on the app and can no longer find the versions option to edit my photos with 

Hi,After the last update for Lightroom maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago, every time I try to open the masking tool, my computer freezes, I tried to close the window, ending it with the task management and even after I reset the computer, the lightroom screen still show open. I have to shut down the computer to star all over again. thank you

I'm using a Canon 6D Mark ll and shooting only in RAW. I uploaded my photos to my Apple iMac Photos where all the photos there say they are in a RAW format. I then add these raw photos to Lightroom and some of them convert to JPEG and some of them stay RAW. Now I don't understand why it changes to JPEG on its own. How do I stop this from happening since I want to edit all my photos in RAW? I'm also not sure what is making this happen? I have the latest updates for Lightroom and Apple iMac, is there something that I have to do to my camera? I prefer to upload all my photos to my Apple iMac Photos and then pick which photos I want to add direclty to Lightroom. I'm  also noticing from my pervious lightroom photo edits for RAW, is that there will be around 6-7 RAW images and then 1 JPEG and it repeats a similar pattern, which is weird because all the photos where shot only in RAW? In Lightroom when I click add photos button, the raw image that I took on my camera n

Hello! I updated to the Lightroom 6.3 version and now I can not add my graphic watermark. I was able to last night but now this monring after the updated I am no longer allowed to. I can use the text watermark though. I don't know if this is a bug or if it's something that's new. Please let me know if it's something I need to fix on my end. Thank you!

I just installed Lightroom for iPad (basically becasue I am taking an iPhone Photography course that requires Lightroom Mobile) and was under the impression - at least it is listed in the Lightroom for iPad listing in the iPad App Store - that there is a Premium 40GB Monthly subscription for $1.99 a month. The after installing the app I only see the option for a $4.99 monthly subscription. And when I started a "chat" on the Adobe Lightroom site the person who answered said "We only sell plans for the desktop version" without even attempting to refer me to the mobile site.Any help would be appreciated?

HelloI have Lr Mobile 8.4 installed in iOS 16.5 on an iPhone 13 Pro Max.The Edit Replay does not appear in the share menu.Am I doing something wrong or must I have the iPhone 14 for this feature to work? Thank you in advance for your help.

I've been with support for 45 min and they said maybe it's both of my SD cards.  When I try to import photos from my Sony a7iv it says no images can be imported on selected device.  There are pictures on there that haven't been imported.  Also this is MAC.  If click the as card on the desk top I can open the files and import into light room, why can't I do it the way I used to though using Add photos button on left of screen in Lightroom cloud.  Thinking of switching to C1 Also it's worked perfectly for the last year.

I subscribed to the premium account of LightRoom on 16th June 2023 and used the free trial for 1 week. The amount was supposed to be automatically renewed on 23rd June 2023. So I canceled my premium subscription on 22nd June 2023. But before I cancel the amount was debited on 22nd June 2023. Since I canceled my subscription I couldn't find the LightRoom account with premium features. It would be appreciated if you could help me with the refund of my money which is Rs.1699.

Trying to type in keyword "Bill". Bill flashes up, then disappears and only B is left. Restarted system, same problem. I’ve paid for Lightroom CC subscription (and have receipt) but premium functionality is still not available. Have tried restoring purchases, logging out/in etc.

I've had LR cloud version for +5 years now and have loads of words that I would like to delete or change but there's no way how to do this?

On lightroom mobile I can't upload pictures from my gallery anymore. It shows that they're getting uploaded but they don't appear in my lightroom gallery       {Title edited by Moderator}

I keep a local copy of my entire Lightroom Library on an External SSD.  I've out grown it, how do I move the current library over to the new SSD?  It seems if I redirect it in Lightroom, it's going to 'sync' each picture from the cloud.  I have almost 1 terrabyte of pictures in the cloud.  I just want to copy the library from one drive to the another and direct Lightroom to start on the new drive where it left off on the old drive?   Is this possible?  This is Lightroom - NOT Lightroom Classic.
