Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I synced a Lightroom Classic Collection so that i could access the photos from cloud enabled apps. I open the Lightroom progtram (non-classic version) on  my PC and I see the synced photos. I then right click on one of them and select "Edit in Photoshop" and I get an error message saying:" Unable to download original file.Original file was not found. Only a smart priview can be used at this time."It then gives me the option to edit the smart preview or cancel. How do I access the original file?

On the new update where you click device and then I click on my album recents, the photo of the album shows the last photo in that album but when I click on the album to upload my latest photo it takes me back to the 1st ever photo I have taken on my phone. I have over 200,000 photos so I can't keep scrolling to get to the image I want.there is arrows on the right hand side which makes it seems you can change the order you can view the photos but it just changes whether I scroll up or down. Is there something in my setting I can do to change this? I've searched online and YouTube to help but haven't been able to come up with anything. Thank you. 

Hi everyone today I have a problem with Lightroom Cloud... I am trying to upload some photos (it's around 700 photos equal to 400 MB but my Lightroom shows me out of storage. full storage over 20GB. Do you know what is happening?  Thank you  

I recently updated my Windows version of Lightroom to 6.4. Since then I have been unable to crop images because the crop windows repositions itself seemingly randomly when I attempt to position the window. Is this a known bug? Is there a workaround? The application is basically useless to me now since this began occuring.

With the newest update, the compare function which allows you to view two photos side-by-side no longer allows you to use the bottom bar to set a star rating or flag for both photos at once. Instead it only selects one to rate/flag. Please fix, otherwise that bottom bar is completely useless

Where is the option to remove all edits? Even if I hold ctrl and individually reset each edit panel (time consuming) there is still a differnce between the image on screen and the image when I choose 'show original'. In classic lightroom I could reset the image from right click menu but I can't find it anywhere in the cloud version.

I am totally confused.I moved/synced about 70Gb of images from my LR  Catalog to OneDrive with the purpose of freeing up some space on my MBPro. After ages of moving these files, I presumed that they would all be "in the cloud"and therefore NO LONGER on my Hard Drive. I can access them/see them on my web browser, also inside my Macintosh HD folder in LR. I ran Grand Perspective and to my surprise the files were all on my HD, when I thought they would be just in the cloud, although "referenced"there in the LR catalog, therefore accessible when online.In OneDrive preferences, under Account, I can choose which files to sync from my OneDrive, by ticking the box - or not - beside each option. If I UNtick,  the warning says "if you stop syncing files or folders, they'll stay on OneDrive but won't be on this Mac. If they're already on this Mac, they'll be deleted".I want the pictures available to me online in LR Classic, but not stored on my Mac (freeing space).What are the correct

Kann man in Lightroom die Alben und Ordner in die selbe Reihenfolge bringen wie in Lightroom Classic? In Lightroom Classic kann man unabhängig davon, ob es sich um ein Album oder einen Ordner handelt, übergreifend nach Name sortieren. In Lightroom geht das offenbar nicht, da werden zunächst die Ordner und anschließend die Alben sortiert.Gibt es doch noch eine Lösung und wenn nein, weiß jemand warum das so anders ist als in LrC?

I love and appreciate all new features and updates for lightroom moblie, but one thing I found difficult at using is how you remove sliding to see the next or previous photos. What's the point of not having to upload photos anymore but you still wasting time to inconveniently tap in and out to see each photo?

I'm using Lightroom Cloud on a MacBook Air.  I have the cache limit set to 10GB.  In Preferences, it says that the App and User Data are taking up over 33GB on my Mac's internal hard drive.  This is despite setting Storage Location to my external drive.   Can I move ALL Lightroom photos, data, etc. to my external drive?    How do I do that?   Thanks      [Mod: Move to the appropriate Lightroom forum]  

Hi!   In a word, I am facing a problem where lightroom cc crashes after starting, and I myself have not found a solution to this problem. I've tried logging out, it didn't work. I also tried renaming the cache files, but it still didn't work. Maybe someone can help me or share ideas. the computer is MacBook Pro 2019 16-inch   Problem was with recent update and now the new one aswell. Best wishes Egnar     {Title edited by Moderator}

Since the latest Lightroom Mobile update every time the dialog window pops up "Missing Camera Profile" when adding a Preset to a imported RAW file.  Cameras are supported: Leica Q3, Q2, SL2, SL2S All profiles uses the "Adobe Standard" profile. Before the update to 8.4.0 it was no problem and never showed up on my iPhone 12 Pro or iPad Pro. It just slows the whole process of editing SO much.  At the moment I am really disappointed by Adobe with Lightroom Mobile. One significant bug after another.

I am struggling to complete the payment process when I want to get the free 60day trial that came with the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra option.  Any tips?  I've added different credit cards, no success. My cards are working with normal Galaxy store purchases. Only Lightroom having a problem.

Apologies in advance if this is an uninformed question, but I'm a novice trying to figure out if Lightroom is a viable solution to our problem. Our organization has an Adobe for Enterprise account, and my department manages a large archive of photos (500GB+). We are looking for an application that would enable multiple users to quickly preview photos stored on a shared drive or the cloud. Facial recognition functionality would be a huge plus. I recently started using Lightroom and have been impressed so far, but rather than importing images into my Adobe user account's cloud storage (which will exceed my allocated storage), we'd like to be able to upload photos to a location with more storage that would allow multiple users to access the images via Lightroom. Our organization uses Box for cloud storage, so it would be great if there were a way for Lightroom to access Box files, but I haven't seen any evidence that's possible. Our tech person suggested using a shared Adob

I have created a collection in Lightroom Classic. It has been synchronized to Lightroom for mobile. When I make a change to this collection in Lightroom Classic, it also synchronizes the change to the app. However, the synchronization does not work the other way around. I flagged a lot of photo's. These flags are not visible in the collection on Lightroom Classic. When I make an adjustment to the collection in the app, the change is not visible in the collection in Lightroom Classic. To test what the problem is, I downloaded the mobile app on my phone too. Om my phone the collection is synched immetiately, including the adjustments I made on my iPad I have checked all the settings, and everything seems to be in order. How can I solve this problem? Both for Lightroom Classic as for the mobile app I have an Apple. Both are updated.

Just uploaded Lightroom and cannot launch it from my desktop.  I uninstalled and reinstalled, but no luck.   

Please give us back the option to view photos by date and not date imported.  Thank you.

When I upload a photo that is B&W or if I turn a coloured one into B&W it automatically turns into infrared or something. Why is this happening?

Lightroom noise reduction producing weird artefacts.  300% 2 Masked object adjustment is also affecting unmasked object, especially with highlights. 3, Nef. file in Lightroom when you transport them to photoshop for further editing are loosing considerably on their quality. I can see that when I am trying to export the same file from Lightroom Jpg. And from Photoshop. 4.Camera raw Lens correction and chromatic aberration are living greyish fields, that impacting other objects not very green at all. But not removing them afterwards when I am using slides grey fields are coming up, but they are not becoming green again, it removes CA but impacts very often other areas instead of CA. the final result is grey affected areas plus CA at the top I have to remove them manually in Photoshop. Is it anyway that my GPU is failing I am following all videos and guidance from Adobe, I checked boxes remove chromatic aberration and lens correction tried to remove manually by sliding, but the resul

Bom dia, estou com um problema no meu app. Quando estou editando alguma foto e clico com o botão direito do mouse e seleciono a opção de 'editar com Photoshop' aparecia a mensagem de 'aplicativo não encontrado'. Eu selecionei a opção de 'Procurar aplicativo'. Fazendo isso abre os arquivos do computador. Eu procurei o Photoshop e selecionei, porém toda vez que eu clico em editar com Photoshop o aplicativo abre, porém a foto não é exportada para que eu possa fazer a edição. Alguém sabe como faço para resolver esse problema? Agradeço.

Hi I can't get into LR it keeps coming up with an initialising error and unexpected system error.   Could anyone help please?   

I am returning to Lightroom and Photoshop after several years using different editors. Since I work with two monitors I had my previous editors set up with undocked adjustments and, when possible, film strip panels to make best use of both monitors. I have done the same with Photoshop but can't find any way to undock the Lightroom panels and/or filmstrip. Is it possible to do that? If so, how? I work on a Silicon Mac if that is important.

Welp it's a shame to take steps backwards I can't export photos I have to individually save them with no options for watermark or any other export settings The histogram is a lot worse and doesn't show clipping I can only choose to open a file in Photoshop and no other program and only as a JPGAll my photos are said to be stored on cloud now but I have yet to find how to actually get to that you'd figure it'd be easy maybe in the CC app icon in my navigation bar (or whatever you want to call it)I can no longer print from the appThe list goes on and on they should just call it Lightroom mobile for the people who take pictures. I cannot work on this in the new Lightroom CC I can only hope that Lightroom classic is here to stay Adobe what are you doing! I like the more modern look but please don't try and put something that should be an app on my phone in my computer it is not professional.
