Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Dear comunityWhen I import PNG's into Lightroom, they change in Saturation. It's not by a whole lot but it's enough that skintones are too desaturated and the lively look of a picture gets diminished. This can easily be corrected of course but I don't fancy paying for an Application and than having to go through 100s of pictures to get adjust them to their original color. In my sample picture, the left hand is inside of lightroom after the import and the right hand is before the import (displayed using the standard preview app).  My Specs:Lightroom Version 5.3Macbook Pro (M1 Max) thank you very much

Hey guys, quick question, my Lightroom storage was 100GB and full so I upgraded to 1TB in Creative Cloud but in Lightroom it doesn’t seem to be syncing, it still says 100GB / full. Anyone know how to fix this?     {Thread title edited by moderator}

I shoot on an Apple Iphone 13 Pro Max in raw format and when I export to Lightroom mobile on my phone it converts to a jpg image? This also happens when I export on my Ipad to Lightroom. How can I export as a raw file?

I'm curious why, when I try to add photos on LR Mobile, the photos are now ordered by date taken as opposed to most recently added? Previously I was able to, say, export a watermarked .jpg to my camera roll and then re-add it to an album where it'd be the first photo available in "Recents."  Now, and especially as the date taken length increases, that same exported .jpg is no longer the first photo availabile in "Recents," it is buried a mile's scroll away from the top. This has changed and wasn't always like that. Is there a particular reason this was changed and if not and it's a bug, can it please be addressed? I do the bulk of my work on my phone and this is messing up my workflow for no apparent benefit. 

Hi,I've stumbled upon a problem that I only discovered after some digging. In Lightroom Mobile on iPad I've exported (both to jpeg and to Photoshop) some images only to discover they are low quality. What happened was that locally I was working on smart preview, but Lightroom didn't warn me in any way that I am exporting an image generated from smart preview. 

I was having trouble adding pictures to my lightroom app and so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and every single picture I had on there and all my clients albums are gone!!! Someone please help!!!

I dont know what happened but suddenly It doesnt allow me to take or to insert any photo in the Lightroom App (used by Samsung phone) I tried both normal Lightroom and premium and none worked. Hi everyone! I am having an issue in Lightroom version ^. I cannot view the tabs for the various modules. I am on OSX and it is a Lightroom issue and not an operating system issue. I have been using Lightroom for years, but the version I installed on this computer has never shown the various tabs (ie. Library, development, etc.). Does anyone have advice on how to make the tabs accessible? I am trying to get to my metadata. I would post a screenshot, but this forum will not let me.Thanks in advance.

How do I remove the glare that is showing up on my glasses in the attached photo?

In Lightroom, i can filter to only see photos taken with any one (more multilpe) cameras. That's great. But i cant seem to find a way to show *only* the photos that do *not* have a camera assigned (e.g. hptoz imported from the iPhone camera roll that ended up there from a non-camera source (screenshots, saves from whatsapp, etc). Am i missing some way to do this?

Hi all  Has anyone had trouble with their lightroom where previously edited photos are now reverted back to their original when viewing them? but when you view the photos in gallery view they still looked edited.. Any help would be great! 

Lightroom for Android keeps crashing. No update available. Anyone else seeing this?

Hi. For some reason I can't export a photo to my camera roll anymore. It used to work fine but it stopped working. Any idea why that could be? I have storage left, I tried killing the app, rebooting my IPhone.. nothing works. It freezes on the charging pop up. thanks for your help 

I run Mac in Swedish and Lightroom in English and want my Keywords List to be sorted in my way, totally free.Today the sortorder is alphabetical in english but in Sweden we have specialcharacter (Å, Ä, Ö) which sorts wrong. I have to put a Z before this keywords so they show up in the bottom.

Lightroom on my desktop PC is basically un-usable despite hardware that is plenty powerful enough (Threadripper 3970x with 32 cores, 64 gb RAM, 2080TI GPU). I've attached my system info below. It takes 20 seconds just to load a picture and then I can't edit it without the program freezing up. I can't even click the "File", "Edit", "Help", etc buttons without it freezing up most of the time and task manager telling me the program is unresponsive. Same thing anytime I try to do any single edit (eg. moving a single slider). I've watched my hardware while it's frozen and the CPU never goes over 3-4% usage and it only uses 10-20gb of RAM. I've restarted my computer several times and increased the cache size. No change whatsoever. My catalog size is about 40k pictures, most of them RAW files from a Canon DSLR. Originals are all stored locally on a SSD. Lightroom is updated to the latest version.  Any ideas about what could be causing this or anything I can do to fix it? &

Quiero importar fotos para editarlas y. No me deja Nose qe toque pero no quiero borrarlo y qe se me borren las.fotos que están en la app nodr que hacer.   

I've been unable to post from Lightroom mobile to Instagram like I normally do. The 'Open in App' share option is missing in iOS 16.  The 'share with app' option is useless; it doesn't allow me to scale or do any adjustments and sometimes cuts off the head in pictures (because there's no control). can anyone help?

I design digital magazines and have done so for several years. I shoot in Raw and bring them into Lightroom for touch up. This past week i shot a fashion shoot and noticed my photos when i was laying them out in illustrator looked horribly pixelated. I have done over 30 shoots using this method and never experienced this before. I went back to my New York Fashion Week digital magazine i created, like all the rest, in illustrator and looked at the photos used and saw that they were imported from Lightroom at 324 px x 324. Be aware that i am using the exact same camera, the same settings, everything. (I called Sony to check and make sure that the RAW images could not be manipulated in the camera ((they Can't)). So i called Adobe after taking the raw photo first into photshop and checking the dimensions 20 inch by 13 inch by 300 Pixels. When i put them through LIGHTROOM, even if i output them as a TIFF, I still get 240 pixels and they look like crap, this just happened this past week afte

Hi all, it seems to me that Lightroom 6.1 on my macbook air m1 and os 13 runs much slower than before. Eveb the web version seems to permform better than the desktop one.Is it only me?
