Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Have been happily using Lightroom CC on my Windows desktop and laptops for a couple of years. However, recently updated to the latest version and it is a nightmare to use, as it keeps freezing and crashing, particuarly when using the Brush Tool. Anyone else experiencing this, got any fix suggestions, or know how to go back to an earlier version of Lightroom CC (not Classic)? Cheers Martin 

There is a problem with my app. When i try to Edit my pictures in my library, there is a message "failed to lead development version". Does anyone Else have this problem? What does it mean? And how can i fix it? I tried to upload the picture again but it doesnt apear in the library. 

Hola, al exportar los archivos en Lightroom mobile en Android selecciono perfil Adobe RGB pero siempre me lo exporta en sRGB. Sin embargo si exporto el archivo en Lightroom Classic en mi Mac si que me guarda los archivos en el perfil de color seleccionado...¿Cuál es el problema? (siempre edito en DNG y exporto en JPG)

Hi, I have a problem with importing some particular image files, that have been added and deleted from my lightroom cloud previously.I would like to add theses images again, however, theses images are faded and I am not able to upload ("zuvor hinzugefügt")As far as I remember it seems a common issues but deleting cache, restarting lightroom or my mac simply doesnt do it. I also chose a different folder from where to upload. It doesnt do the trick.  Tipps would be more than welcome. Thanks,N

Dear Support Community,after updating my Mac to Mac OS 13 there are some problems with cloudbased Lightroom, after I open the app is shows the window which says: "Update...Migration is in process" and there's been no reaction for a long time. I tried deinstalation - it didn’t help. When I log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) - I see all my photos there as usual. Could you please help me with this problem? Thank you in advance, Marie

Hiafter the last uppdate i can no longer import pictures from my  fujifilm XT 3. 

Hi,I was browsing through old photos in lightroom on my ipad when I noticed that I can't edit some of them despite there being a "continue editing" button. The error message is:Missing Profile. The profile "Adobe Standard" that was applied to this photo isn't available on this device and will be changed if you continue editing. To edit the image and keep "Adobe Starndard", please open and edit the photo on the device you originally edited this photo on. 1. How can "adobe standard" be missing from lr? I haven't deleted any profiles.2. When clicking on "continue editing" nothing happens. What can I do to edit/save the photo? Thanks

see attached screenshot. The Cloud sync icon keeps spinning round and it wont open any photos or let me add any or edit. This is a new phone and i am a paid subscriber  

Hola, soy nuevo, hoy he instalado Lightroom , he elegido una foto de prueba para editar, pero me sale a rayas. Te ajunto un video "fallo" . No sé si es un fallo de instalación o problema de hadware , ya que la caracteristicas de mi  ordenador es  Intel I7-6700 , placa base Gigabyte z170-HD3P,.grafica FirePro w2100 2g DDR3,... y uso windows 10 Home 64bits Como puedo solucionar, Creo que la tarjeta grafica es vieja ?  fallo 

Hola. Tengo la ultima versión de lightroom.Tengo un problema un poco raro.Nunca he tenido un fallo con lightroom de este tipo.De repente cuando hago una mascara y uso un pincel por ejemplo, lightroom dice que no responde, luego parpadea y esta todo parado, luego no puedo ni ampliar y encoger la fotografía.Alomejor el pincel despues de yo dibujar se va en linea recta hacia otra parte de la foto y me hace varias lineas por toda la imagen, tarda muchiiiiisimo en pensar todos los pasos etc.Nunca me paso esto y ahora llevo 2 dias para enmascarar una ventana.He actualizado windows, he actualizado lightroom y photoshop.Me dice de hace tiempo, pero nunca me dió ningun problema que el controlador de la tarjeta grafica no esta actualizado, VRAM insuficiente.Pero con eso llevo meses y nunca he tenido ningun problema.He desabilitado la tarjeta grafica, para no trabajar con ella y sigue saliendo ese aviso y mis problemas siguen igual.Alguna ayuda???Creeis que debo comprar una tarjeta grafica nueva?

It is not possible to use organser to place UK photos on the place map outside large towns, without encountering insurmountable problems. It did not work in Elements 2018 and it still does not workin Elements 2023.  Does it work in Lightroom?

(Been out of Adobe practice for a while, so am very rusty.) I am attempting to go back and forth between Lighroom and Photoshop, but after I save the photos, they go missing. In other words, I am unable to retrieve/access the edited PS photos in Lightroom. I have watched several tutorials to mitigate the issue, but I am finding that my system looks entirely different than everyone elses. For example, the menu options are pretty scarce on my end, and I can't find the appropriate tools.  I have been away from Adobe for a while and the technology keeps changing, so this is a frustrating situation to be in.  I have an Adobe CC subscription. I am using Lightroom 5.5 and Photoshop 23.3.1. (I'm using Lighroom 5.5. because my computer is a bit older and couldn't handle the latest version of Lightroom).  Much appreciation to anyone who can walk me through this! 

Lightroom for ARM64 (surfaceprox SQ1) had been working well for me for the past year, but after a windows update on Nov 1 2022, it cannot open, I get error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application" for lightroom.exe. I've been using the mobile Lightroom for a while with no problems but yesterday it stopped working - I had only LR and Adobe creative cloud logotypes on my screen and nothing else. I tried reinstalling the app - removed the current one from my phone and tried downloading it again. But neither it downloads anymore 😞 What happened? I bought so many presets for this app...

Hi,Lightroom has just udated itsself, and would like to know how to invert the radial filter for all my photos without having to invert it each time for each photo?Also, as i use the same settings most of the time, is there a way to set it for each image? I did have this feature in the previous vertion.Thanks

Recently, the external hard drive i use for local storage died. I have since gotten a new drive and set it as the destination. However, when I try to move my photos to the new drive, I get "unable to move some photos" window. (Pictured below)I feel that I've run into a brick wall as to how to resolve this, especially, as the old drive is dead. I'm tempted to press tge "forget volume" option, but don't want to lose anything.  Any suggestions? Also, i'm using a macbook pro. Thanks! 

Necesito instalar Ligthroom pero una version anterior a las que ofrecen en el paquete porque mi sistema operativo de MacOS no me permite instalar las ultimas actualizaciones solo hasta las del 2020, mi imac es del 2012, por su antiguedad no me deja actualizar sistema mas que el high sierra version 10.13.6. ¿Alguien tiene el instalador de esa version de lightroom?

Just got back from a long weekend and took many photos with my iPhone 14 as well as with my Fujifilm mirrorless. I imported all of my Fuji photos into LR mobile on my phone with an SD reader. When I got home today, I unpaused the sync and it began uploading around 350 images. Suddenly, it has become stuck in an "Upload pending" state with 278 images to go. It has been stuck in this state for about 4 hours now and I'm hoping I don't have to manually import all of these again. I'm running iOS 16.1 and the latest LR Mobile. Are there any options for getting this moving or am I stuck having to sign out and then sort out the mess it has left manually?

Lightroom on my laptop gets stuck when I try to delete photos. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. What can I do?   (Thread title edited by Moderator)

Hello, the past few days I haven't been able to import photos from the camera to Lightroom on the ipad. I do not think it's a connection problem as I can import my camera photos to Lightroom on my Mac laptop and I can see the camera connection on my ipad through ipad files folder. I use the LR classic app on my iPhone 8, both systems updated with latest version and all of a sudden LR tells me masking for subject and sky are not supported on my device even though they worked fine two weeks ago. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. No change. 

Hi all, it has happend to me twice that Lightroom exports also the deleted photos... I haven't noticed it and handed over to my clients also the bunch of unwanted photos. I mean, pretty annoing. Anyone has an idea? Thank you! Mara

I have a Windows 11 laptop which I use on 3 locations: At home, at work and at my mountain cabin. In total I have Lightroom installed on 2 workstations: The laptop + my desktop computer (never have any issues with this one). From laptop I also never have issues from home or at work. However, when I go to the mountain cabin with same laptop (using mobile broadband) it appears like Lightroom thinks I'm not licensed and/or that I am suddenly using a new device: I am asked to sign in, then I am asked to sign out one of the devices (despite the laptop I am on is one the devices listed). Then I restart Lightroom and always get an issue that Lightroom can't connect to the licensing server. Then I need to do a full reboot of computer, go through all the steps above again - and only then I'm able to start using Lightroom. Any ideas what's causing this or how I can avoid these issues?
